Was very slow for a Saturday late afternoon, there were not many customers shopping. The store was clean from the deli counter to the bathrooms. I was actually very impressed! The self check cart was easy to use and made shopping super easy. I appreciated that they also had registers for customers that aren’t tech savvy. The aisles seemed pretty small and there were a lot of employees shopping for online orders. It wouldn’t have been much of a bother, but their carts were quite large in proportion to the aisle size. All in all, a cool place to check out. If there was one closer to home for me, I would use it for quick weekday trips for a handful of items.

Amazon fresh is easy to shop , A breeze to check out, they have all the familiar products you’re used to and some new ones, I was impressed by how clean the store is customer service was very good I was approached by two staff members and asked if I needed any help you don’t get that another corporate chains. The meat and fish were fresh and prices were similar to the competition, giant clean salad bar was really good fresh baked goods were delicious. The vegetables were priced right and in good condition, no squishy items at all . The high tech shopping carts are cool . This was the Naperville store I shopped, on RT 59 .

I enjoy going to the store on 59th road just after a quick workout session at the gym next door - talk about everything in one place. Overall, Amazon Fresh has become my go-to choice for hassle-free grocery shopping, saving me time and effort without compromising on quality.

Amazon Fresh is a nice store. It's clean and the staff is friendly. But with the economy in the dumper, high inflation, and food prices at an all time high, Amazon's food prices are almost always slightly higher than the area competition.You'd think a company with the buying power of Amazon could beat the area grocery competition like they do with the rest of their commerce but they don't. I love Amazon for nearly everything. This is a great store but I can routinely save $10 just by going across the street to a competitor.

Very clean store, very quickly walkable, aisles are laid out and planned well with good signage. Employees are friendly and their self checkout machines are the easiest I've ever used. My favorite grocery store in the area.

Really large waste of space. The only difference is that they have a special cart that you can check out as you shop. I do not see why this could not have been implemented at Whole Foods. The selection here is much less than whole foods. You would expect that AMAZON would have a great selection being such a large company, but there is just your normal basic stuff. The men's restroom was very basic, boring, and not really that clean. The worst part about shopping here is that you have to fight for space in the aisles with the workers picking orders for all the other mostly lazy people that do not want to go out. These workers block aisles, never offer any help, and look just as lost as anyone else in the store. They all have large carts as well.

The lady working the returns counter was amazingly efficient. I had a lot of returns to do and she did them all while remaining friendly and carrying a friendly conversation about family. Thank you

A trendy grocery store. They have a huge variety of fruits and vegetables which I couldn’t find it other grocery stores. But their packaged item prices were not competing to the others. Their deli section was great. They had multiple cuisine foods that are quite decent and good price too.

Interesting store. Not as innovative as one might expect from Amazon, but playing around with the dashcart, while not the most practical due to its size, sure is fun.The store is laid out well, looks and feels quite modern, but the hundreds of cameras hanging from the ceiling have a somewhat offputting effect. Also, their selection is fairly limited.

The store was very clean and well stocked. There were only a handful of shoppers in the store. The main reason for the visit was an Amazon return. I decided to tour the store since it was my first visit. The prices were higher than other stores in the area.

Apparently this is not the place to show if you are low on funds. I picked up some spaghetti sauce that rang up for the wrong price. It was a different price on the shelf and when I told the cashier he told me I was wrong and that I must have grabbed the wrong item. I let it go because I was in a rush. Since the price was different than anticipated I did not have enough cash on me to cover the purchase, I told the cashier that I need to split the payment and he said “oh come on, you don’t have an extra dollar? Splitting the payment would be too hard.” I am completely mortified, especially during rough times and feeling like I can’t continue to shop there. Would not recommend.

I was excited about seeing this store but here are a few things that really didn't make it anything special.1.) The shopping carts are interesting and cool in how you can use it to purchase products. However the con here is that the shopping card is small and you only get two small bags to fill and you can't overfill them. So this cart is really good for a quick trip to grab a small amount of items. After you're ready to "check out" you still have to go to a designated area to ensure that everything is accounted for in your cart.2.) There isn't a lot of organic or gluten free options which is very surprising considering Whole Foods is a sister store.3.) Prices aren't all that much better than other places.Bottom line, it feels more like a gimmick than really bringing any value to your life. Go into any other store you can grab a few things and then just go into the self check out area.

It's a new experience using dash cart. It has sensors and camera around the dash cart. It does a good job in identifying things that u add or remove to the cart. There are alexa devices around the floor to help you find items. I wish alexa was built in to the cart itself. You need to have amazon account to use dash cart. After shopping you just need to go out through the dash cart lane and you are all done. They have traditional carts and checkout lines too.

They really didn’t have a whole lot of things in stock. The store was pretty clean and not too crowded. I do like the idea of an Amazon store, however and i hope more of these keep popping up.

So many products are wrongly labeled.The system malfunctions without showing promotion price even if I scanned my membership QRcode.The system didn't not accept my stored credit card as well as another credit card. I had to ask help from the associate and we succeeded after three to four attempts.The vegetables are not fresh.Some products even pass the expiration date.I swear I will not come back again!

In the most technologically advanced store in the country, the least technologically advanced restroom . There are not even sensors at all.4 stars for technology. But the store itself is not very good yet. The assortment is scarce, at the entrance there is a person who helps to figure out how it all works, but even he did not find the QR code in the menu the first time so I could start shopping. The interface is not intuitive. Not all products were identified at the first try. At the exit from the store, there was some kind of technical error, so I also had to call an employee.I would rate it 3 stars, but I will add one because this is something new and generally comfortable.

Amazon fresh is OPEN! Went there this morning (12/10/20) and it was an unbelievable experience. I received warm greetings from every employee that I passed and they were extremely helpful by showing how the new Dash Carts work. I would highly recommend using the Dash Carts because you do not need to use a checkout line and everything is electronically added to your total cost the moment you place an item in your cart. If you prefer not to use these carts then they have regular shopping carts and check out lines as well. At the moment, it is a challenge finding a close parking spot so plan ahead.

Started my shopping at 4pm. Interesting process for self-checkout. A bit of a learning curve the first time, but the second time should be a breeze. Unfortunately there is not a manual scanner on the self-check cart so if the cart does not read the item you put in the basket then you have to type in the code (produce etc) The weighing process for produce (putting the item into your cart to have it weighed) was not clear and produce workers were busy filling cubside checkout bags and non-interested in my questions. You type in the code and then put the item in the cart to see the weight & price.A high percentage of items were not stocked, although there were tags for their spot in the aisle. Also this is not like a regular grocery store like Whole Foods where you have a lot of variety.Although I found a few items I haven't seen elsewhere so that was a happy surprise.The store is clean and well-lit but there are more workers then usual filling orders for online or curbside customers. At least three or four workers per aisle! Aisles are a bit narrow and with workers and their carts plus shoppers and their carts it created quite a traffic jam at times!All the hot food items looked tasty and properly maintained. There were dinner entres, a pizza area, soups, salads and prime rib carving station.Prices were about the same as Whole Foods. There was some difficulty using an online coupon from Amazon for an item and I had to go through regular checkout instead of self checkout or it couldn't be used.I can see this being a good option for a quick run but I wouldn't use Amazon Fresh for my weekly shopping.
