Went to the world's biggest Walmart in Marion, IL. I was looking for Valentine's for my kids. Found them! Awesome selection. They had beautiful flowers for my Easter wreaths as well. What a beautiful selection!

This Walmart is pretty good, but I've witnessed workers just standing around when I've needed help and not once did one of those workers come ask me if i needed ĥelp.However a young lady that had been hard working helping otherswalked over to help me once she was finished with her other 4 customers. This was so wrong and i told her how sorry i was for her. Management needs an overhaul here

I love this store and drive about 30 to 40 minutes just to get there because they have more options than the other several stores in my area. However, last week, when picking up something that was an age restricted item, the self check out lady told me that if all the parties weren't 21, then we couldn't buy it. Now I'm in my 40s, and my husband is in his 30s. If that's the case, then shouldn't there be an age restriction on the store? Can you really stop that? I mean, what if i bought a rated R DVD with my 12 year old? I thought it was the person paying for it. My husband does look rather young. The lady then proceeded to scold him because his ID is due for renewal in a few months. She told him he should be more responsible and get that fixed. How rude she was. We will be looking for another store from now on. Thank you

I love the "in-and-out" ability I have every time I go in there. Deli don't seem to be stocked or your service isn't important enough as the phones that some workers are on. I get more and more depressed every time I go in there. I am on the edge of moving to a different store.

Typical Walmart. Typical Walmart service. Lanes are always closed or, at most, have 1 or 2 attendants, forcing you to do free labor for the company. The restroom was dirty. I'd shop just about anywhere else if I could afford to. It's sad that we are practically forced to subsidize workplaces like this that make billions yet let their critical workforce languish in wage slavery.

It's Walmart, what more do you expect? Not having cashiers and pretty much having to use the we're going to catch you stealing from us machines is getting old. You want to heavily reduce theft? Put cashiers back to work and take it out of non paid, non trained customers.

Going shopping at places like Walmart, Kroger, any bulkier stores, have jbecome a mess an a hassle. Almost no-one that you can find can actually help you, The place is always a mess, and it's just so packed and crowded with unorganization in some spots it makes it harder to find the correct prices for things. I hate online shopping, but I've come to prefer it over 'bothering' some of the workers.

Walked in, and we said hello to the "greeter/loss prevention" lady. No reply. She was too busy looking at her phone. Checked out, got to my car, and realized I did not pay for all my stuff. Walked back in. Lady still looking at her phone. I go up to her and tell her that I forgot to pay for some things and she didnt catch me. No answer. I called and talked to a Manager and advised of the situation. She was not happy. MyHannah? Probably not spelled right. Get off your phone and do your dang job! 🙄 I don't like having to pay extra for .y stuff because they jack up the prices because people steal!

Forgot multiple items in my pickup order. I called the store as soon as I realized. A manager was supposed to call me back. They didn't so I tried to submit a message on the Walmart app. Then I was instructed to call a number. I called and gave my item number and every item I was missing. Was placed on hold 17 min and disconnected. Called again and they acted like I had to give the same info over again. They magically found my case and said I may need to call tomorrow, but they would transfer my call. Been on hold 15 minutes. I just want my money back.

I don't understand when you have to self checkout that you are being constantly watched, like your going to steal. If your that insecure, why don't you hire more cashier's to do the job. I'm actually working for free. I unload, scan, reload and bag my own items and then pay. WoW talking about insecure. If you would have analysis the pros n cons of bringing in self checkout you would thought twice about shutting down your manned checkout register.

Wow! MOLDED SPAGHETTI SAUCE TO BOOT!!! CORPORATE, where are YOU?!!!!The so called "greeter" with dark hair and a mustache seems SUPER PREJUDICE!! Tonight I did self-check, as I ALWAYS do at this WM (see below) and chose not to bag a few items - as did several others in front of me. Let's say they l@@ked more "conservative" than me, as I have my head partially shaved due to medical conditions, and I like ripped/destructed jeans - I'm a 90s girl. This guy (which I believe attends MBC in Cdale, does NOT look good for them - which is super sad!) let's them walk on by, smiles, nods - 1 gal has her receipt out for him to check, he says "oh no ma'am, you're fine..." Doesn't check anyone. I go by and he tells me "you need to STOP." I ask why?! He tells me he needs to see my receipt because I have "un-bagged" items, I said, I KNOW, I didn't bag them on purpose. Awful man makes me dig thru my purse for my $200 receipt AND MAKES ME STAND THERE WHILE HE GOES OVER, AND OVER IT! It was INSULTING, PROFILING and utterly RIDICULOUS! SOOOO ANGRY!! Wear your khakis, polo and bag everything at self checkout if you wanna rob the place while Mr. Mustache is on patrol!Wow, my mom and I had the "pleasure" of Cashier on Register 1 being not only a horrible employee today (5-14-19) @ 4:29pm, but this awful woman threw, yes THREW my items (including eggs, Hallmark cards, bread, medications, cleaners, etc - over $350 worth on my purchase alone) on the FLOOR, completely OFF THE BELT, she combined cleaners and food - loaded bags so heavy they SPLIT as I lifted them!! She soooo conveniently had her name tag turned completely around so you couldn't see her name. Grumpy middle-aged, little older actually - pushing senior (gal)with shoulder length brown hair. The most frustrating thing, BESIDES her DAMAGING my items is I'm OCD with groceries, so I put all the food items together - boxes first, then frozen items, then cold items...keep cleaners separated and fragile items - like eggs and bread to the very last. It took some HORRIFIC effort on her part to completely pack my bags - spilling over the top with cleaners and frozen food. My goodness - RETRAIN THAT WOMAN ASAP - or get someone else in there that actually APPRECIATES a job with benefits and won't RUIN our groceries and items with her, we'll say, "ignorance" - better yet, "poor attitude," or both! Wish I could give a -5 stars!

I would like to have given this location a good review as it's usually fairly decent but I went there today to have a tire change at 4:33 p.m. while I was waiting I walked around a while and looked at the clothing department for a second. I would have expected to see t-shirts and shorts because it is currently July but the only thing they had were long sleeve flannels, hoodies, sweatpants, and an assortment of things that no self-respecting man would wear. I was told that they had no control over what clothing they carried and that corporate had refused to do anything constructive about it. So I continue to shop after a while I expected a call because they took my phone number but never receiving one. I finally walked back to the automotive department to check on my tire. The rather lethargic young man behind the counter turned around and looked at an envelope and said oh I guess it's ready I'll go get it for you. He came back to the registering and rang me up and I couldn't help but notice that on the ticket it said that my tire had been completed at 4:42 p.m. at this point in time it was 5:42 p.m. I asked him why he had n't called me and told him time was money to when she responded I feel you man

Went shopping for groceries at this location. After filling our cart full with groceries, we went to the only checkout line open and were 5th in line. After 5 minutes, and 4 more people in line(9 deep now), I went to customer service and calmly asked if there was anyway possible way to open another checkout line as the people actually here shopping would liketo get checked out by someone who wasn't busy filling orders for people who weren't even here to do their OWN shopping.. The on duty manager for the night, Tanya, immediately responded by manning a register to help get everyone checked out. Great job for helping your customers have a quicker checkout and being pro customer! Thank you! She stated that she is new at this location. From what I've read on previous reviews, she is a well needed upgrade to this store! Thank you again Tanya, for your efforts

They stop people on the way out to ask for receipts. If they really need to check them they should have more cashiers and stop making people check themselves out. Saw a black man being followed so I followed and took her attention away from him to ask a billion questions any chance I could.

Went here again today with the husband but only because I can't afford to drive any further w gas prices as high as 🦅 a$$. I wouldn't mind Walmart if they hadn't destroyed every mom and pop place from sea to shining sea all while they pretended to help em up. They'd place the product on their shelves and sell it for the manufacturer, cutting their expenses and boosting their revenue so they felt assisted. Poor folks didn't realize they assisted em right out of business and must of had it planned for such as I remember stocking half an end cap name brand and the other half w the then sam's choice, now great value equivalent. It's not just IL they shut down but every small town stop for food was crushed and then they went for the bigger competitors. How that were down to just one final sears and I think 7/8kmarts nationwide they've not got much on that monopoly they goaled for. Let's all aim to earn enough to avoid Walmart like the plague they are.

Did the curbside pickup. Employee was very friendly and courteous. Didn't wait but maybe 5 to 7 minutes. I was only one there at that time in the afternoon. If you can deal with the app, I have issues with it on my phone, curbside though is a great option when you don't feel up to going in.
