Haven't had the opportunity to use the trailer dolly. It was easy to put together, and appears to be as advertised, heavy duty. Not too impressed with the condition of the box upon delivery. Luckily, it doesn't appear trailer dolly was damaged.

Bryce and Blair were very helpful today, I was in and out in no time. I had a few exchanges to take care of and Bryce was very personable and quick. Blair did a wonderful job hanging signs for the building. 10/10 would shop again

I'm visually impaired and was visiting this store looking for chickens I had to pick them up in order to truly see them yet I was yelled at by an employee. She screamed "what are you doing" I replied looking at prospective chickens" The employee continued to look at me with a disconcerting gaze. So I headed for the exit to pay for my items. Unfortunately they have lost a customer 😕 😞 I can't help it that I couldn't read the sign.

After 10 days (5 working) I still had not received confirmation on my order. I called and was helped by a very nice young lady, 3 days later my order arrived although I never did received any confirmation. The box arrived and was pretty beat up, fortunately its a sturdy item so no damage done. As this was my first order from Rural King I'm not sure if the delay was due to the item I ordered or if this is standard wait time. Will I place another order from Rural King, probably.

Real king is a good place to shop. Today I met a man who couldn't talk but he heard me when I asked him if he knew for certain things with located he let me know he couldn't talk but he got on a cell phone and got a hold of a an employee who come immediately and showed me where the parts that I wanted was located. But I got to the checkout counter the lady I met was very very nice to me and very polite and seem to be very very conscientious about her work.

Not the greatest experience. One of the batteries was incorrect and I didn't catch that while taking them. When I returned I was told to go get the correct on myself, wait in line and then they were trying to charge me another core fee. I was simply trying to exchange the wrong battery that they pulled for my order. Customer service should be better!

The Toy Bruder truck we purchased looks great and the price was better than we found anywhere. Purchase and shipping went great as well. The only thing I would say is that there were so many additional items on the website but no were available to buy on line and said store only. I called a store and they said they don't carry any of those things. I would like to have brought more but..................

Easily one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Customer service is definitely sloppy to say the least. I was double checking the price on a Milwaukee impact/ drill combo (the sticker right below the product stated a price and a description of the product) I took this price to be true. I asked an employee about the price and he said he would get his manager. After about 10 minutes of waiting I went and found him, only for him to inform me that he did not speak with his manager (Poor customer service). The Manger happened to be nearby and he checked the product out for me. He informed me the sticker below the product was incorrect, even though it described the product accurately. He then showed me a spot on the floor, out of all places, where supposedly the product belonged. There was still no price near the product. I informed him of this and then he told me that the correct spot for the product was on a shelf behind us. Once again there was no label on the shelf that showed a price for the product. It's annoying to say the least when you have to go to a retailer only to waste 30 minutes of your time trying to find out if a price that was on a product is correct or not. Throwing bad customer service in the mix is enough for me to take my business elsewhere in the future. Still pursing the particular product but definitely not at this location.

Rural King is good, as long as the item needed is in stock. If not, it's sometimes weeks before it's back in. Super friendly people, daughter likes the popcorn - husband does NOT like using any of their caulking products - said they usually seem "old" and don't do what they should...??

Have Not received order. Poor customer service. Have gotten no response in a week when I inquired by email. After calling, and waiting 20min the customer service rep said they would have to check on the order and would get back to me that day, and 4days later I still have not received a response. It is quite obvious that Rural King is not prepared to compete competently in the online retail market. This was my first and last online shopping experience with Rural King as there are many more competent online retailers to do business with. Someone should be held accountable for this type of poor service.

Ordered back on 11/30/17. First time ordering and only ordered 1 toy. Called after 1 week of order processing and was told my order was transferred to a different warehouse and everything was fine. Next week went by and still no shipping info. Sent numerous emails receive no reply except for the standard auto reply. Tried to chat with person on website and was disconnected every time I was next up in the que. Called and had to disconnect after 45 mins of waiting. I wish I had the time to wait for an hour on hold, but I do not. Finally received shipping info on 12/15/17. Received package 12/19/17. Shipping was fine, processing is a joke! Your pickers in the warehouses should be fired or you need a better system!

The store is surprisingly nice and clean actually its the best Rural King I have been in including two Indiana stores I used to go to at least twice per month. And the employees were really kind this Rural King is by far and wide one of the best if not the best. I as a retired former business owner with four decades of experience believe this store should become the model for all other Rural Kings it's that deserving some other locations I can't say I would tell others to go to this one I absolutely would and already have and now giving it five stars which I very rarely do what less have this much good to say.

Best Rural King around. The Staff is amazing at this store. They will go above and beyond to help and make sure are finding everything. The managers are always very helpful, Mel in the pet department is on top of things and always a positive attitude. The cashiers are very nice

I ordered an e-gift card on Christmas Eve. I did not receive the e-gift card and after several days, I contacted Rural King Customer Service. The man I spoke to said he cancelled my original order and placed a second order and I would receive the e-gift care within 48 hours. Again, I never received the e-gift card, but did get an invoice so I know the e-mail address I gave was correct and working. Finally after more than a week, my daughter called customer service and was able to talk to a representative who got a supervisor involved. Finally, I received the e-gift card. This was stressful because of the dollar amount of the transaction. I hope Rural King improves their on-line e-gift card system.

Eight days after I made my purchase there was no response. To multiple emails and two phone call with representatives telling me they would call me back. Which never happened. I canceled the order. It seems that this is a trend with this company. Don.
