Cold Blooded Coffee & Roastery has become my go-to spot for the perfect coffee experience! Every visit is a delightful surprise, thanks to their talented baristas who never fail to amaze me with their delicious creations. I always ask them to SURPRISE ME with any coffee, and without fail, they exceed my expectations with their flavorful and perfectly crafted drinks.I was thrilled to discover that Cold Blooded Coffee & Roastery now carries Grinds coffee pouches. As a coffee enthusiast always on the move, this addition has made me love this place even more! I suggested different flavor variety to the owner, and I'm so grateful that he took my recommendation seriously. Now, I can enjoy their fantastic coffee and coffee pouches even when I'm on the run.A huge thank you to the owner and the wonderful team at Cold Blooded Coffee & Roastery for their commitment to customer satisfaction and for continuously adding new flavors and products. As soon as they restocked the Grinds pouches, I snagged four more packs without hesitation! This place truly understands and caters to the needs of its customers.

I love finding excellent roasters and coffee shops in small towns. This is one of those gems. Great service, excellent coffee and comfortable space.They have a wide variety of add on flavors, use natural local honey and have alternative milks. I ordered a hot oat latte and will be returning to try out the iced drinks.Prices are high average.

Stopped here first before a day of hiking. Had a amazing Thai Chai Latte with added vanilla and sweetness (chai is not the presweetened kind. So good! Friends ordered just standard brew, cold brew and Italian cream soda (cold and delicious). Everything was on point and barista was informative and friendly. A great place to meet friends the storefront has great hang out vibes.

The friendliest barista's! Will offer suggestions, and give you new things to try. The coffee is great, as are the selections. The weekly drink specials are always delicious. This is a go to for your caffeine fix if you're visiting, or just live in town.

I am sure glad this place is in Murphysboro much needed! Fresh espresso 👏🤗 The coffee is delicious. Latte’s are amazing just look at the froth done right! The atmosphere is very inviting you want to stay and Relax all day!The staff is fantastic, so much so I drive from Carbondale! The best coffee in the area, hands down! The owners put so much time and effort into their product, and it shows. For the past 3 years, I've driven 45 minutes to the Marion Farmers Market to start my day with one of their amazing specials and the Bootlegger Blend (take-home beans).. I HIGHLY recommend!P.s. if they ever have the Pink Tulip Energy (pictured below) available, GET TWO. I hope this becomes a new menu item because I'm addicted. 😋

One of the best lattes I’ve ever had.I make a habit of reviewing hot vanilla lattes where ever I go. And this one was absolute perfection. A great espresso pull - full bodied and smooth. Milk was foamed and poured with excellent care and skill. The barista at the Murphyboro location is incredibly talented and very friendly.It’s a new shop so it was pretty empty when we went in. But there is plenty of space to hang out and there is free Wi-Fi. Very good atmosphere, and tons of coffee accessories available in store for purchase.I highly recommend this coffee shop if you are in southern Illinois. The Murphys location is in a great spot and is clean and very welcoming.

Menu is a little basic but the coffee is fantastic. Atmosphere is great and the service is always spectacular. They’re very friendly and make beverages quickly. Only complaint is that I wish they had more food options. They have a few bagels & muffins available, but I wish they had more stuff so we could get a quick breakfast here rather than just coffee & snacks.

The coffee is GREAT! I was so excited to visit Murphysboro, Illinois and see this new coffee shop. And it did NOT disappoint. The coffee is wonderful, the chai latte is top notch because it has no sweetness and all taste and flavor. The regular latte is smooth, no bitterness coming thru. The regular cup of coffee has some octane and will satisfy the need for a caffeine jolt. Some food selections that are perfect accompaniments to coffee and the environment is cozy. Would love to see a table or two outside and car and ppl watch. But regardless I head to this coffee shop every visit to this part of SoIL since I have found this gem!

Told cashier that I wanted a dark roast coffee. She recommended Reserve. At home I opened the bag and noticed the grounds were very light brown and not a strong smell of coffee. Brewed a cup and was so disappointed. This was not a dark roast. Had very light coffee taste. Now I have a $19 bag of coffee that won’t get used

I just found them at a Farmers Market type of event in Springfield. I love this coffee. I tried their Brazilian coffee at the event and it was wonderful. I bought the X/O and it didn't disappoint. It's excellent. I've found my new coffee!

Interesting and eclectic coffee shop, with great drinks, pleasant atmosphere, and kind staff. We visited today, the shop was busy, and one young barista was doing it all single-handedly. It's first come, first serve, so you order and then have a seat and chill while you wait for your drink to be made. One lady (we'll call her Karen) came in while we were waiting for our orders to come up and ordered a to-go order (there were 14 customers in the shop at this point, and half of them had their drinks). Then she threw a fit about having to wait and chewed on the barista. Thankfully, one of the other customers stepped in before I had to to defend the barista that was working away steadily. It pays to look around, people. If you walk into a busy shop and half of the people don't have a drink yet as they sit and chill, and there is a single barista working, chances are you'll have to wait. Don't be THAT customer! We'll be back!

I love Cold Blooded Coffee Shop! The drinks are amazing and it is a perfect cute and cozy spot to relax and read a book, study, or even play a fun game they have laid out on the tables. It is my favorite place to go to get away. Oh, and Jackie is AMAZING! Thank you, Jackie :)

Stopped by after a hike. Staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Grabbed a growler of cold brew and a less-sweet latte and both were great, tho the cold brew is probably a little lighter than I usually like.
