I brought my 1.8 pound yorkie puppy in to get groomed for the first time last week. When I picked her up everything seemed fine, the groomer even said she would take $10.00 off of my total because Schatzie is so small. But when I got in the car I noticed that one of her ears looked strange and after inspecting it, I realized the tip of her ear had been cut off! There was dried blood where the skin was missing and it was clear she had been cut by something. I immediately went back and showed the groomer. She insisted that she didn’t do it and that Schatzie’s ear must have been like that when I brought her in. (It wasn’t. I am positive I brought her in with two normal ears… plus I have hundreds of pictures of her before I brought her in to get groomed and her ears look perfectly normal!) She also suggested that it could have been from the ear drops I have been giving her which are prescribed by my vet. (Doesn’t even make sense) It's one thing to make a mistake, but then to lie to my face about it and deny it !? I am FURIOUS and I feel absolutely terrible for my little girl. I won't be back and I truly hope those who are reading this take into consideration my experience before you take your dog here.

Rhonda and her team do a awesome job with my two little dog's. Shop clean, and pleasant employee's. She's got me in several times when they desperately needed groomed. Best cut they've ever had. Thank you girls 😊Bella and Chance look amazing. Never going to another groomer again 🐾

We got a new foster / adoption dog last night. He smelled terrible! He had a long trip and got a quick bath but ugg... still smelly. I called "You Dirty Dog" in the morning and they squeezed him in. I couldn't believe how much better he looked. It took a long time because he had so much hair but they did a fantastic job grooming and cleaning him. They were also a good resource to ask about caring for my new dog's grooming and upkeep. Great customer service really goes a long way! I highly recommend them and so does Max. 👍

The Cats that greet you are so awesome. My kids love them. Rhonda and Miranda do such a great job and Chloe (17yr old Maltese) always looks great. Plus Rhonda and team car about so many animals outside of this business! Thank you all.

Very clean, professional and friendly. Most importantly, I trust them with my dog. The styling was good and my dog is not an "easy" groom. (He has issues, lol) Thanks for taking good care of Polo and making him look good again.

I took my Golden-doodle to You Dirty Dog on 7/10/20. They not only did not listen to our instructions they literally did a hack job. Part of her hair are different lengths and they shaved her when they were asked several times to not shave her. They were even sent a text message again asking not to shave her and did without a phone call or anything else. Was supposed to take 2-3 hours and took 5-6 hours also. When I called to complain the owner basically spoke rudely to me and then hung up on me when I explained my dissatisfaction.

I have always had a positive experience with them. They do a great job of cutting our dogs hair and giving her a bath. She always comes back with a different scarf.

After grooming my dogs for 20 years, "My Dirty Dog" will no longer be my groomer. I do not tolerate incompetence form a business that can't keep their books straight. I showed up for a scheduled grooming and was told I was not on the schedule. I checked the schedule I was mailed and sure enough I was scheduled. I never heard we are sorry or any resolution to there mistake other than , we can get them next week.That is NO way to run a business.

Whoever works there is rude. I believe it’s the head groomer Rhonda? I will not be recommending. Stopped me from being a customer before I ever even started. Maybe you should try to be a decent human and learn how to talk to people correctly and maybe you’d have a more successful business. (Also this is not the same date of my complaint)

It’s not often you walk into a groomers with tears in your eyes and a flyer of your lost dog and get a hug. It’s more rare for your groomer,after 10 hours on their feet, to come out and join the search for your dog. Rhonda and Miranda’s heart for puppies is unmatched. You Dirty Dog has my loyalty, hands down.- Missy

Amazing people, kind and efficient. My skittish St Bernard mix loves Rhonda Molleck and she likes nobody. Rhonda is the only person who can cut her nails and she does it in only a few minutes. Love this place
