Extremely clean and perfectly laid out store. Clean parking lot. Very polite employees. I found exactly what I needed. However, the plastic flowers selection is getting kinda low as far as different color options.

Visited Walmart real quick tonight because I had three things I needed to pick up, I may have left with about 15 things but hey that's okay. They've been working on updating the store and it honestly is coming together really good, looks like they're just about done! So I decided to take a few pictures as I was walking through the store to show you guys some of the new updates, it looks really nice. I like this Walmart a lot even though it's kind of weird because it has a completely different layout compared to all of the other Walmarts but I guess that's what kind of makes it a bit more unique and enjoyable to go to because. It's not typically very busy either and it's my Walmart of choice hands down!

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Supercenter Auto Care Center in Morton, Illinois that truly exceeded all expectations. After being turned away by a competitor across the street, who was too busy to look at my tire problem, specifically told me not to go to Walmart because they wouldn't be able to assist me, I decided to give Walmart a chance, and I am so glad I did!The employees at the Walmart Auto Care Center went above and beyond to help me with my tire issue. Not only did they provide prompt and friendly service, but they also went out of their way to fix my problem and get me back on the road quickly and safely. I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete and they finished in about 40! Their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable.I cannot thank the team at the Auto Care Center enough for their exceptional service and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire assistance or maintenance. Five stars are simply not enough to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the service I received. Thank you for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile to help me when I needed it most.

This is the norm when it comes to Walmart. A line of 5 people at customer service with 3 associates behind the desk but only 1 of them servicing customers. It’s almost laughable how terrible service is with this company as a whole.

Limited healthy options. V8 makes a 0% added sugar variety of juice, doesn't carry it. Capri Sun makes a 0% added sugar variety, doesn't carry it. Shelves often pretty bare and it's now 2024.

Jeff Potts, Walmart Store Manager, Morton, - is compassionate and cares very much about his customers. He will drop what he is doing to help you in any way he can. Nothing is more important to him than the customer. I have witnessed many kind deeds. He has gone above and beyond for my husband and myself many times. We are happy with the culture you have created there (except for those blue carts in the grocery aisle - they could be a little nicer.) Shopping for baking goods. Low or no supply for frequently used xmas baking. Location for each item was all over the place. I won't return for groceries. Worker not so very helpful when asked.

Worse Remodel ever!!! Why would you make the grocery aisles smaller. Workers can't work with all the customers and on line shopper cart. Aisles are very tight. Don't shop here, every shopping trip is stressful !!°

Not the best Wal-Mart (avoid the produce, in my experience). On the other hand, convenient location, open 24/7, and plenty of parking.The mini nu micro wave works pretty good,but don’t put it in the oven😀

Decent place to shop but when I have to use the bathroom in the back they force the doors to stay open like ok if I have my business out why have the door open to where a little girl can just walk in, now I'll look like a creep so yall can what?and when close the door why are employees getting confrontational if I want to close the door??

Rude customer service. My wife went to return flour that was purchased by mistake. The associate at customer service rudely told her, "...you know I'm going to have to throw that away." Later during the conversation, the associate coughed extensively into her hand and used that same hand without washing or sanitizing to interact with her. I get that the flour likely costs the store some money, but I doubt it costs as much as this review or the fact that we will avoid shopping at this store in the future.

Our family likes the fried chicken from the deli, however it seems impossible to ever get any. We tried to call and place an order and no one picked up and I get it other customers are being served. So I went to the store and tried to order and was told it was going to be 20 minutes. With that I said “OK”. He then replied, “we can only cook so much at one time.” (I was only ordering 10 pieces) Needless to say I left with only a bag of disappointment. Walmart this will probably be the end for us. When your employees refuse to serve the customer I have to draw a line.

Bought this cute tiny espresso cup for coke with hubby, just because it was fun lol. Nice place, saw many cute cups and other stuff as well and reasonable price

Seems like every time I find something I like it gets discontinued. Plus not much of a variety of food...gone to their private label on everything. Gentle man in electronics was very helpful. Have to double bags everything because sacks always rip. Seems they have been out of stock on a lot of items too!

This Walmart is remodeling. It has been crazy and I can't find anything, but it is cleaner and seems to flow better. At least the food isles have remained the same for now. It will be interesting to see when it is all done.

What's really great about the WM app is you can make out your shopping list and find which aisle each item is before going in AND see a map with it's exact location on that shelf whether it's on right or left side and how far up or down the aisle it is! And it's accurate!

This location is always out of stock! Never before have i been so irritated with a walmart. I have to drive so far just to find out I wasted time and gas. The employees would much rather stand around and do nothing instead of performing their jobs.

I visited the garden center here. A majority of their plants were completely neglected and dying. Almost nothing was marked down despite the condition the plants were in. Maybe if they would put a tarp up to help shield some of these plants that would help... But they also need to be watered.

Had what I needed for my customers. The associates had a smile on their faces and even the customers were happy. It's always a plus to have a Starbucks in walking distance.
