I have gone to Tender Care Animal Hospital for their veterinary services, grooming, and boarding. They’ve given my pups amazing care in every situation! It’s the only place my first dog was comfortable visiting for grooming and boarding. They also did great taking care of his needs as he got older, and they were so caring when he passed. My current pup has been excited for every check up and grooming session!

This was our first time at Tender Care. We are very happy with the care we got from Dr. Lyons at the Morton location. Our dog had an ear infection and made it very hard trying to look at it. She, along with her assistant, were able to provide the care needed. We will definitely be going here now. Thank you!

Dr. Mitchell is such a wonderful vet. She’s so knowledgeable and always explains things to me so I understand. I know she really truly cares about our dogs! She recently stayed late to help with a major emergency we had with our senior dog and between her and Dr. Larson in Peoria, they saved his life! Dr. Larson did the surgical procedure the next day and he was equally wonderful! He kept me updated, he explained everything and took his time to work through next steps. He was genuinely concerned for our dog Shilo even though he’d never met him before. Dr. Lyons has also been so great to work with and shows the same genuine care and concern. All the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly, especially Brooke in Morton! The love they have for animals really shows! I can’t say enough good things about this place. So thankful for all of you!!! We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you all for taking care of our fur babies!

We visited the Morton location because out 11 month old had an ear infection. It was the first time I had been here. We had previously taken our pets to Banfield. After seeing the care our dog received at Tender Care and the way they were treated at Banfield, we have found a new home for our dogs. Fantastic experience!

Bring my cat here for boarding every time I bring her they give her a shower, which is a nice bonus. Also, if you can bring your own food else your cat may get an upset stomach later. 2 night board plus 15 min playtime only cost me about $80

My sweet kitty was more relaxed than I’ve ever seen him when at the Vet. I didn’t get “body shamed” because of my cubby kitty. (I’ve got him on a diet and got great support for my efforts). The Vet was so knowledgeable and explained everything. I highly recommend.

I had to wait for quite a bit to drop off and pick up my dog for grooming but the groomer was very nice. Overall my dog looks and smells good. I wish his bum had not been scissored so much but that was probably a miss communication on my part.
