This was my first time visiting this Ace Hardware located in Morton, we needed to refill our propane tank so we were looking for a nearby location to do so. Their prices were decent and it was nice to have a store like this so close to our new home. We went on Black Friday so some specials were going on so it was nice to take advantage of those deals. I especially enjoyed the Christmas displays, they were very homey & priced nicely! I also appreciated the kindness of the employees, it's not too common that you have that, so for the employees to go out of their way to be kind and to ask if I needed help around the store or anything like that was very appreciated! We will be returning!

I want my money back on all my stihl equipment set a time and date ...you sell the equipment saying it or they have a residential 2 year warranty then the first time in 20 years having never had a problem never had to use warranty and the little metal piece on fs 70 head somehow is missing and won't warranty it the head unit out and just replace the head...they said it only had a 3 month warranty....It doesn't show its not covered..I believe my youngest kid has the fs 70.backpack blower .edger..and I still have my fs55..everything else for sold buy my oldest kid.these 4 items are only a year old...............i understand the blade on the edger wouldn't be warranted...I did by the options to make my warranty extended to 4 years...and also no where in my paperwork or on your computer there isn't anywhere it says 90 day warranty ont the trimmer head ....I understand the string would not have a warranty but the head?.Now I'm afraid to even bring any thing in for any future warranty work ...cause then it seems or will change the warranty on it or them...that's why I want my money back for all of them and I will never buy anything from ur franchise again if you are going to change things after the sale

THESE FOLKS UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Timely, Defect Free and Kind. I had several people jump in to help answer questions that I had. Even though they didn’t have the right replacement part for my Larson storm door, they told me where to get it and how to get it covered under warranty. It is apparent that they enjoy being at their job and serving customers well.

I love this hometown hardware store! The hours are convenient and they have great products at a good price. They also have the Ace Rewards program, which is great and saves money. Most importantly there are great and helpful staff members always willing to answer any questions.

Went looking for a soaker hose on Memorial weekend and as soon as we walked in the door someone was asking if we needed help. She told us right where to go and then we had 2 salesmen who also asked if we needed help checkout was smooth and easy!! The next day we went back to get another hose and was again met with the same care from everyone!!! I would highly recommend Ace for all their hardware goods. I also bought some home goods while I was there!!

I have been going here for years and it’s always been one of my favorite places. I’ve bought grills, to many boutique items to count, and all my boyfriends tools. Every single time I’m met with great customer service and deals. I thought it couldn’t get better till I walked in and seen a cat a couple months ago. Y’all will always have my business

This is the most friendly, helpful place around. I always enjoy shopping here. It is always a pleasure with plenty of staff. They have such a wide selection and almost always have what I need. I love walking in and finding sale prices on items that I didn't see online. A true community store and gem.

The staff and owners make this my hardware store of choice everytime. If I know what I want or if I need any help with some crazy ideas their staff is always available. A must stop for any hardware or tool needs for your a remodel or backyard update.

I had my 1.2 gallon propane tank filled at Nena Ace Hardware in Morton. It was the first fill for this tank as I just bought it. They charged me for 2.38 gallons.I watched the man put 5 lbs in my propane tank. Five pounds of propane is essentially 1 to 1.2 gallons of propane; which makes sense because I have a 1.2 gallon tank. However, my bill was for 2.38 gallons.I told the salesperson this wasn't correct. He said it was. So I went home and looked at the product information sheet and realized I was correct.I called the manager (twice) and he does not seem to think there is a problem. I am not missing the 6 or so dollars you overcharged me, I am missing any kind of customer service!

Don't buy a stihl chain saw I spent 736 for a new one. I used it for an hour. Couldn't get it to start the next day. I took it back to the store Ben kept it for 13 days. I called him and told him to fix it today or give me my money back. He called me a couple hours later and said it was fixed. I took it home tried for an hour to get it to start it is still not starting. I offered my neighbor a hundred dollars if he could get it to start after an hour it still wouldn't start. Not only do they sell junk they lie to you when they say they fixed an item you bring into them.

VERY nice locally owned hardware store, with much more to offer..they carry a bit of everything from hardware to toys, cleaning products, kitchen ware, gifts and plants. they also have specialty bbq sauces and hot sauces and candy.the employees are knowledgeable and friendly...SHOP LOCAL! next door is pumpkin postal for your shipping needs.😊

I needed a brass tub drain arm and ACE had the exact fitting part. I did have to buy a rubber washer, which they also sell, as I didn't think the original lead washer would last. Everything fit back together perfectly in time for bathtime for the little one. Thanks y'all. Staff is always helpful, sometimes too helpful as I want to wander the store and get inspired but that's more on me than them 👍.

I love this place! Tremendous, locally owned business. Really deep inventory, unsurpassed customer service. I bought an Ego mower from this store and it started misbehaving after 60 days so I took it back to the store to see if they could help. Walked out with a brand new Ego mower in less than 20 minutes. If you think customer service is a thing of the past, try Nena Ace in Morton, you will love the experience.

I've only been here a few times, but I think I found one of my favorite places ever! They have everything you need for your home plus a little boutique right in the heart of the store! The employees are the nicest and most helpful people around! This is truly a gem on the eastern border of Morton!

the staff was very helpful. The minute I walked in the door I had two different people asking me if they can help me. The lady was knowledgeable and knew exactly where the item was that I needed.I would definitely go back again. They even have a boutique in there where you can buy decor for the house.

I love this store. Great selection from hardware, paint and tools to lawn and garden and more things you don't need but want. A hometown hardware store with comparable prices to the box stores but you actually get kind and knowledgeable help!

The place to go for unique items you can't get at the big places, like uncommon lag bolt sizes and such. I'll go out of my way to avoid the other places not having what I need to finish the job.
