I will never walk in this store again. First off the employee's are rude and extremely unhelpful. I have a Kroger card back home, but evidently it doesn't work up here. So they refused to give me my discount and were extremely rude when I ask to get one of their cards before I checked out. It is ridiculous to have to have a SPECIAL card everywhere you go to get the same price that everyone that walks in should get. Also in dairy there were at least 5 blocks of Tillamook cheese covered in mold. So evidently, not only does their customer service lack but their quality control does also.

Always clean, well stocked and usually can find what I need. Although they do seem to run out of Pillsbury pie crust a lot and you need to inspect your bread purchases very carefully for mold.

The people that work there are kind and helpful. The selection is good for most things. Prices are usually reasonable, especially with a Kroger card. We take advantage of the fuel discount every month. Nice perk.

It was crazy, only a little bit of snow coming our way and the was a long line to checkout with a 20 minute wait. Other than that, great; I love the place.

Great store to shop. Produce is fresh and meat is good. Service is great. I have found employees to be very polite and helpful. I am a senior and many younger employees lose patience with older folks as we tend to move slower and take longer to read what is on the screen when paying with a card, but I have not experienced that here.

If i could give no stars i would... the money service counter is never open! Dont expect to get your bills paid if u cant get off work an hour before the counter is supposed to close i should have another 40 minutes to get service but since the lady at the counter was too busy playing her own bill she cant help me when she is supposed to be working untill 7 i even called ahead of the time to ask her how late the money service counter is open she thwn told me 7 but did not inform me for the last 40 minutes of her shift she will not be able to help me i even left my job early yet i cannot receive service from her what a damn waist of my hard earned money never expect anything from this Kroger

Great store ! Produce is a hundred times better than E.P. kroger is!and store is so clean and they value their customers to! it was worth the bicycle ride up there cashier was nice too, wowing can't get over how nice the customer service desk was!

Manager Kelley helped me so much when my bakery order for my aunt's 70th birthday cake wasn't completed. Bakery staff completely it quickly and Kelley even delivered it to the venue for us when we couldn't wait (people were at the venue waiting on the food to arrive). The chicken the deli made was wonderful and the cake was delicious too! I can't thank Kelley and her staff enough for making everything right for us! 5 stars!!

Very good assortment of merchandise, the bad thing was that they reduced the offer of Cheese they had, as well as the Sushi they prepared there, I imagine that there was not enough demand to maintain those businesses, a pity.

Absolutely the most terrible experience at the customer service desk at 4:47pm on November 17, 2022. Disrespectful, rude, abrasive, loud, refused to listen and see customer’s point. The employee wore Amanda G name tag, but produced the receipt with name Ashley on it The headquarters took my side on the issue in question. It is up to the store management to take corrective action to the person at fault.Do not put people in charge of refunds if they are unable to read the receipts! And THE ATTITUDE on top of it! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This is my first review I have ever done in my life!

Rodent alert!!!This is our usual place to go pick up our weekly groceries. The selection is ok and prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, after years of shopping here, I won't be back. For the second time in two weeks, we have seen a mouse running through the store during business hours. The most recent time was at 7:00 (in a busy store). As I was walking down the main aisle, a mouse ran right past myself and several other customers.I know that this kind of thing happens and maybe it was a coincidence that it happened to us twice. But perhaps most telling was the reaction of the staff when I alerted them. I wanted to be sure that they knew this was the second time I had seen this so I asked for the manager. When I told her, she just said 'I will let the store manager know'. She didn't act shocked at all. Which tells me that this is probably a very common occurrence. She also didn't even offer an apologize or anything.My families health and safety is way too important to me to take a chance buying our food from a place where mice are running free and the staff doesn't seem to care. Even if this means that I have to drive further to fill my pantry and fridge, that is what I will do. I won't be visiting this store again!

The selection of products is very good and the prices are okay. The store is clean and easy to navigate. I cannot recommend the Starbucks. If you're not a regular, the Starbucks employee will 1) Screw up your order, then 2) Not take responsibility and argue with Kroger management in front of you about how to rectify the situation, and 3) Tell you a refund can be procured not there at the Starbucks counter but at Kroger's Customer Service counter. I don't need that kind of drama so I won't order a drink there again.

Krogers and the management at Krogers in Morton Illinois are some of the most very and considerant people that you couldever find, especially the manager ( Chris ) When I needed help when my car broke down in the parking lot. He was there to help me . Thank you Chris you are a God send to me.

This evening I stopped to pick up some chicken for dinner from the deli. Their was NONE made! I was informed by the only employee that she couldn't "do it all!"I'm appalled by Kroger! I have been a lifetime Kroger shopper. Little by little, I've watched Kroger slide down a slippery slope.I predict that in 5 years, Kroger will no longer exist. I bid farewell to Kroger!

My wife mistakenly left her phone set down at the check out line. We didn't notice the phone was missing for 2 hours. We located the phone via "find my phone". Went to the store and their policy is to ring the Phone to verify ownership. Thank You for keeping the phone safe.

Busy but well stocked. Some of the people working there, however, aren't very helpful and act like your really bothering them if you ask for help. Others are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make the shopping experience pleasant. Depends on who you get I guess.

Meat selection it just Okay. I do not like to buy chicken here, Everytime I buy it, I feel like it is starting to turn. Sometimes they have a hard time keeping the produce section stocked. On several occasions I've come out of there feeling like the place was just ransacked and I missed out on everything. Front of the house staff is EXCELLENT! More convenient than Wal Mart to run in and out. Managers are always friendly and customer service oriented. I wish the East Peoria Store was in Morton with the Morton front of the house staff....

I just wanna post this to thank Amy the cashier at the Morton kroger! I'm a instacart shopper and I was at the Morton kroger this morning10/11/21. I was checked out by the cashier named Amy. She was very nice and she bought my at my donuts because I was nice to her. She said most instant cart shoppers are mean ,which I don't understand because we're all just trying to do our jobs! Thanks again Amy you made my day!! 😁

Employee admitted she didn't know how to do wic purchases with the new wic cards and my debit card was charged for the items. Spoke on the phone with manager who apologize and told me come in and they would make it right. So I went back in and was then told there is no way for them to correct it and was given attitude about it was my fault.On top of they hardly ever have wic approved items.No more of my business will be done here!

I go here to get my produce all the time. Everything is easily organized. I like that there is sample of different cheese and other food items. It's cool because they have a Starbucks in the store too!

This Kroger is always clean and organized. I really like that they have a sushi chef that makes all the sushi fresh and who was very kind and helpful. Anytime I have needed help finding anything, the staff has been very cheerful and helpful.

It's my favorite Kroger. I drive 18 miles one way just to shop here. It's clean, has fresh deli, sushi, salad bar, produce. The meat dept is wonderful & you get even cuts in your meat. There's nothing more irritating than getting a steak that's 1/2" thick on one end & 1/4" at the other end.

I go to this Kroger for all my groceries and fuel. The produce department is big and has a good variety. The new addition of a Starbucks is an added bonus. One of my favorite qualities of this store doesn't have anything to do with what they sell but it keeps me coming back, the music that they play in this store is a crazy good mix of hit after hit from the 70s through today and I often times don't stop myself from singing along.

The only grocery store I’ll go to, Walmart is too far. They have everything I need, most of the time. They are some friendly faces, others don’t even bother to even acknowledge u. I needed help finding an out of stock item and the lady acted like she didn’t want to help me. She wasn’t helpful or happy. Always a clean store, that’s never a problem.
