I've stopped at allot of truckstops over the 20 years driving. Building is decent overall but the cleanliness and maintenance inside Building is among the worst I've been in. This ranks as use only in emergency in my opinion. Far better stops out there. All it would take is for them to clean bathrooms which were nasty for 12plus hrs and general clean up inside store. I can't believe management let's it get this bad. Stall are so small you have to stand over toilet to open door and I'm not a huge guy. Sinks are just as crammed on 2 of 3 work. Soap only 1 of 3 work.

Huge circle k. Also a truck stop location right off the high highway. Anyone that knows anything about over the road truckers you'll unstated this next part. Yes they have showers to buy, as well as quite a bit of useful things like fans for the truck, phone stands, neck pillows, etc. You can had your semi there as well as sleep I BELIEVE. ALL THAT PLUS your normal circle k awesomeness!!!

This is my store review.. I come here all the time for the past 7months. I watched a lot changes happen in the time that I have began being a patron at this location. The ppl are really friendly and the staff is familiar. So they are good with remembering their customers. Lately I’ve been noticing some new faces and I feel they are good additions to the staff.Past two weeks it’s been a male staff member who has been having a hard time adjusting to the routine of the store. The first time I thought maybe he is having a bad day. Today I realized his customer service is very aggressive when he is having an issue understanding the procedure of the systems in the store. The strain from it is being directed towards the line of customers. I don’t know if training would help or maybe limited interactions with customers would suffice

Their fuel prices are super top secret. I drive a semi and was looking for diesel. I called the store and was told they can disclose that information over the phone. I’m definitely not getting off the highway to find out your prices are sky high.

Usually in and out but on a Friday eve about 4, while one lady was doing lotto in a long line (her job) her co worker w braids put sandwiches away, talked, got on her phone and didn't even bother to help me with the door although I was carrying 4 big pizzas plus multiple 2liters of soda. Wow.....

Customer Service is HORRIBLE, they act like your bothering them or hey they do have to work and not sit home getting free money. I had to give them a star which they don’t deserve even that. The showers are a joke can barely move in there. They don’t throughly clean the toilets look under the rims yucky. The washer and dryers are constantly out of service.

Great little truckstop!Showers need to be updated. I suggest taking the toilets out and adding a bench. Hard putting shoes and socks on with nowhere to sit. Maybe downsize to 2 showers and make them more comfortable. Thank you Circle K

This place is always nasty, bathrooms are never clean! If you gotta do #2 here because your desperate, bring your own Clorox wipes to sanitize the toilet. This place is a dump as far as the bathrooms go. And everything in the store is overpriced! Do yourself a favor and go to the Wal-Mart down the street! The only thing nice here is the gas, get fueled up and leave! If you can get it elsewhere for cheap, go there! Forget this place, been traveling to this place for years hoping that it will be better once, don't hold your breath!

Ehhh, clean and decent sized parking area with grass for the pups. Standard gas station inside with trucker area. Bathrooms are mediocre with nasty worn down toilet seats. Nice showers with not too comfortable "driver lounge". 3 sets of Washers/Dryers offered at a decent price but hot water DOES NOT work. Got a refund to rewash the load and they were being sticklers, "suprised" they didn't have hot water connected to the washers. Otherwise, would stop here again. Not as bad as the reviews make it.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This place is great! Very clean inside and out. Laundry facilities have newer equipment and very inexpensive. All concrete parking for the big trucks. Showers and many food options close by. Will definitely be stopping here again.

Okay place to weigh a load. Small, irregular parking lot makes it difficult for trucks to park.Their entrance and exit signs are too small. Their traffic flow is terrible.

I go to the roller grill and the sign specifically says 3 for $3.33. I fix my brats and get up to the cash register And they ring up $6.37. I told her what the sign said at the grill and get called everything but a liar. No one bother to go and look at the sign or correct it or apologize for the misunderstanding. The cashier was very cavalier and indifferent And she called I suppose the manager. This lady came out and was even more rude. She wanted to start an argument about the price of their hot dogs and told me that the night shift must have moved the sign. I told her that I was a customer and that was not something that I should have known prior. She told me it did not matter and that was the price. I told her fine, and walked out leaving them on the counter. These people were acting like they were doing me a favor when they should have been trying to apologize... Screw this place. If I could rate it zero stars I would do so.

Store was clean and well stocked. Assistant manager friendly. Two for price on Snapple did not ring up correctly on register. Ended up paying single price on both. A dollar or two isn't a big deal, but over the course of time, it adds up. Sometimes, I think that places purposefully make a "mistake" to increase their profit. Most people likely don't even realize that they paid more than posted.

Same shower issue as many fuel stops-none available although none are in use. All are dirty because its more efficient for them to clean showers all at once and you...CAN WAIT! I have news for you, it's not my duty to wait on you, im a truck driver and I don't get paid by the hour, im paid for tangible results. Just screw the doors shut and tell drivers you no longer have showers.

There's this one worker who no matter the day or time or weather or how hard I attempt niceties or cracking a joke or making his job easier - this guy is just DETERMINED to be so glummmm! Everyone else is fantastic, and honestly this guy is not terrible either, I've just seen him also be snippy with coworkers twice now and I'm hoping he maybe sees this by some miracle and decides to pull the stick out of his . . . Ahem.

I have recently taken over the Morton truck stop as a new manager a month ago. I'm embarrassed of the reviews I see on here and embarrassed of the store and hope to change the reputation of this truck stop. I have a lot of work to do and my number one goal is the customer service...then restrooms and showers and diesel pumps. I hope to increase my business from the friendliness and professionalism that I bring to the table.

Its a circle K people not a Loves. With truck diesel pumps parking and showers laundry. Its a modern convenience store trying to be a big boy. But thats okay, because its good enough and show me what other Tstops are in Morton? Plus you have many amenities within walking distance including a mega Walmart.
