Stopped by to get my puppies pointy nails trimmed and they took her right in and did a wonderful job at a great price! Made it another nice trip for her so she will learn it isn't a bad experience. Did wonders with our previous 2 monsters!!! No more bloody scratches for a week or two! Picked up a couple treats n toys for spring break! They have almost everything you need for your pet at a good local price!

I had an appointment today at 4pm, I got there early enough to explain my dog's special needs which was already explained over the phone when I made the appointment, the groomer starts to tell me that my dog is going to have to be crated for a while because she still to bathe another dog and finish A cut with another dog I said okay we will wait in our car and give us a call when it's our turn she proceeded to tell me "that's not how things work here" So my dog would have to stay in a crate, wait around in a crate because you triple book yourself? and instead of being accommodating to my dog with special needs she she said I could reschedule for a different day?! Way to put pets first good job!

I took my Morkie here for the first time and was very surprised at how the groomer lied to me I had called to see if my Dog was ready after she was there for 2 hours and they kept saying 10 more minutes. So I waited and no it was another hour so I decided to go in they had not even started on my Baby she was just finishing up a dog 4 hours when I had an 11:30 appointment she rushed and got my Dog and began to cut her hair she nipped her neck which I had not noticed until I got home. When I called the next day to report it the manager said they would call me back. Never got a follow-up call.Don't take your pets here they don't have experience groomers. And I had to take my dog to the vet for $160.00 due to them hurting my dog.

Great customer service. Thank you for your assistance with a product return. And the self-service dog wash is amazing. They do have groomers and very affordable grooming service, but we decided to wash our dog in the dog wash tub and it was easy (albeit wet). I do recommend bringing your own towels and dog brush.

You can bring your dog here to give them a bath! Edit: we only used 2 washes out of the 5 that were purchased. This guy named Jon said he couldn't help us look up any name or number to figure out that we paid 40$ for 5 washes. They pretty much told us to leave and that they didn't care. That's how you treat your customers? None of them bothered to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get my dog romeya washed. Poor thing needed a bath and now we are struggling to get her a bath.

I love this place and so does my pup! We specially go here for him to get a bath so that my bathtub doesn't get all clogged up and we leave clean and happy. I highly recommend this place!!!

Decent selection of dog toys, many of which were on sale. However, disappointing selection of dog collars, leashes, crates, beds, etc. Just got a new puppy, went here because it was one of the only places that carried food brand he was already on.

I had the best experience at this location, I came in with a new kitten I just rescued not knowing we’re to even begin. That’s when Emilio asked if I needed help and proceeded with the most exceptional service I’ve ever had. He was with me from the beginning of my shopping journey all the way to checkout and helping me to my car. He answered all my questioned and showed me where everything is. If he didn’t know the answer he went out of his way to look it up online to help me. The ladies at the registers were also very nice and sweet. I want to give a personal shout-out to employee John. I was at the store just to restock on my fur-baby's food, but it was all the way on the top shelf! I asked John to help me, he grabbed the bag, carried it to checkout for me, and then offered to carry it to my vehicle for me! It was so kind and such a huge help, especially since I had my pup with me. This is not the first time I have been here and had great customer service and friendly employees, but John went above and beyond! Much appreciated. Definitely the best pet store in the local area.

I ordered at this location for pick up at 2pm and never received a ready for pick up email so I called the store. When I called a young man answered and I explained the situation and he spoke to his manager, the young man returns to the call and tells me they had JUST received my order…at 6pm? Not sure if that is true or not but I did get the “order confirmation” when I placed it. Minutes after our call they called back to let me know it was ready for pick up. Though they did give me a training treat for free (which I appreciate) I think they should communicate more with the customer.

My fur baby needed a last minute bath and the groomers took him in right away! Jose was amazing and did such a great job. My dog has bad anxiety but Jose did really good with him and my dog loved him!

I love coming here. The manager always says hello and remembers my dog, and the employees are a pleasure to talk to.
