I cannot thank Jess enough for blessing me with the best dog in the world! My girl is happy, healthy, smart, and beautiful--everything a quality Shih Tzu should be! It is readily apparent that Jess' puppies get plenty of love, attention, and socialization before they even leave her home. I ordered the dog water bottle and it is the greatest invention! Our small dog has had it since he was 18 weeks old and he stays hydrated and has clean, dry fur. My floor stays dry and there are no water bowls to constantly empty or accidentally spill. Great product and responsive maker. We have had the water bottle for two years and it is still going strong. Very sturdy and holds a lot of water. Worth the investment.

We have purchased 2 of these Thirsty Pet Water Bottles from Ryan's Shih Tzu's website and it is absolutely the best water bottle for any doggie which has a lot of fur around their mouths. Wonderful product and really worth the price! My 8-week-old Shih tzu learned to use this bottle in 2 days after using a water dish from the breeders since birth. She loves it and we can't say enough about it keeping her mouth dry and smelling great vs water bowls which makes their tiny mouths smell sour. A++++

Emailed and waited and waited. Only received a response after emailing a negative comment. May be a great breeder but they should respond to people within a reasonable amount of time
