I’m pretty basic so I usually go in for the 4 piece chicken with gravy. However, I decided to try the Triple 2 cheese deluxe. As I’m waiting for my food I’m just amazed by the teamwork shown and the service delivered. There was one worker that stood out, he had a very welcoming smile and they knew what they were doing putting him up front. Super nice guy and customers are definitely going to come back for the service he provided. You’ve taken some hits but you’re making a comeback. Bravo Dairy Queen❤️

Usually super clean even when it is busy. If you don't want to be around too many people 7pm to 30 minutes before close are the best times to go from my experience.Wheelchair accessibility: The walkway up to the door is sloped and has no stairs

Everything was dry as a bone, way crunchy and nasty😵‍💫The chicken, the fries, etcThe blizzard was the only normal part of the mealAs much as Sterling location messes up and the smaller cake selection I unfortunately would recommend just going to that one

This place gets expensive when you add the meals with the ice cream. I see what you did there Dairy Queen.... well played.Bringing the whole family here when there's six of you makes for a deep dig into the pockets.Jokes aside....The food was good.The ice cream was good.The service was ok... the kid at the register was a little lost, no worries though... he pulled through.The workers were too busy and entertained with their conversations about who was doing what and where.They weren't engaging with customers until they were forced to.Looked like they could of used a couple extra bodies as well.I'd go back... but no rush.Dietary restrictions: Call aheadParking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

5/5/2023 I ordered a couple of Blizzards for me and a friend. They did not turn them upside down before handing them to me. And lids were already on. I mentioned to the manager ( Pat )giving me the blizzards. That they are supposed to be turned upside down before handing them over as a quality control check. Which is on their website. And she shrugged her shoulders and said that she didn’t want to dump it in my car.I got home 2 miles away and was able to DRINK the blizzard. No spoon needed. Now I see why lids are on the blizzards now and they refuse to turn them upside down.Horrible product with the new ownership. And no care given by management either.

Common sense isn’t so common nowadays..I went through the drive thru and wanted a royal Oreo blizzard, which they had all the ingredients for. But they chose not to make it for me because it wasn’t on the menu; or because they’re just completely incapable of following simple orders? That’s why these type of people work at fast food restaurants, getting paid minimum wage. They deserve nothing more than that. Pathetic. Also overpriced. $10 for two mini blizzards.

I typically don't get super excited about going into a fastfood place, but sometimes time and area call for it. This was probably one of the best DQs I've been in. It had an updated outside with some nice tables. The lot and grounds were clean. The restroom was a little dated but clean. The young lady working the register was super friendly and helpful and the food came out relatively quickly. The eat in area was small but had a nice atmosphere to it that was well updated but had this comfortable feel to it. For DQ the food was absolutely delicious, piping hot, the bun was fresh and the burger wasn't dried out. Probably one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time!!!

When I was in Morrison last night, I took two of my kids to get some ice cream. We pulled in and as we walked across the parking lot (which still had cars), we noticed someone hurrying up to the door from the inside, locking it, and scurrying out of sight. We got up to the door to check the hours and it said they were open until 9:00pm. I pulled out my cell phone and the time was 8:53. It was then I noticed all the lights being shut off inside and it appeared pitch dark. This is no way to treat people and if this is their management, I would sure hate to see their employees. They use to be good, but progressively have declined over the last couple of years.

There was only 1 car in front of me and I had to wait 30 mins. The past 2 times I have eaten there, the next day I was sick. I was puking and everything. I used to eat there all of the time without a problem. There are new owners now and they do not keep the place clean. I also had barely any butterfinger in my blizzard. I do not recommend

My drive through experience felt like I was dining in at one of Chef Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants. Exceptional customer service skills at the window by a young lady named Joselyn! I will be coming here more often in hopes she takes my order and serves me at the window again!

OK. Everyone knows Dairy Queen. Good tasty food, freshly prepared. The staff here were very pleasantly helpful and quick, and even let me request the addition of an extra patty to my hamburger order (I'm not used to this flexibility at most fast food places, but I guess "freshly prepared " has some advantages ). I don't know get excited about fast food places, but I really enjoyed this visit

Shakes were like milk with lumps of syrup and ice cream. Messed up everyone's orders. Your crispy chicken sandwiches had a huge piece of fat in the center. I couldn't eat half of the sandwich. All around waste of money. Will not be going back to this location.

Love this place. Make it a must stop when I go to or thru Morrison. Have never had an issue here. Quick service and accurate orders. Would highly recommend this location. I watched them training new hires how to clean the lobby in their down time and that is just so nice to see, a company keeping up on the appearance of their building, inside and out. Plus their is an atm in the parking lot so that is quite nice.

Boss is great and friendly and fair. An attitude change for a couple of employed would be good or at least a smile life is beutiful no need to look like a sour lemon but over all best DQ won't change it and for the comment it needs remodeling. Are you going to do it ? Foods and people there is amazing so don't push. It looks just fine. The floors don't have to be golden to see that they are awesome

This is the best DQ we have ever been to. Service is excellent, the place is very clean, and the food met the best standards of Dairy Queen. We eat here often and will continue to do so. Love their 5 buck lunch any time of the day or evening.

Took forever to get my meal. They bagged it all and it sat there. Finally they called to the cooks where are my curds. Oh I didn't put them in. So while they are cooking my bagged food is sitting there getting cold. How nice, at least my curds were hot.

This is the worst dairy Queen I've been to In My Life we came there with coupons to get 99 cent blizzards they messed up our order when they gave me the blizzard they didn't turn it upside down to prove that it won't fall when I said thank you they didn't say my pleasure this is the up most rudest restaurant for dairy Queen have been to I would not recommend this the nobody else
