Would give zero stars if I could because of how another customer get treated by a worker named Starla at this Casey’s! No customer should be told there not going to be served because of past dramas no matter they use to work there or not! That is not even right a customer is a customer and should always be treated right and served when they come in! That was very unprofessional!And since when did they allow a Caseys worker to stalk someone on Facebook and send them some threatening messages because of an honest review?! I will be getting ahold of my lawyer I can’t believe what kind of people they have working at this gas station

Went in for coffee and had my mask on. Employees in kitchen were not wearing their masks and appeared to be without gloves. When I asked if its okay to not wear masks anymore, the young employee said that it is required because its a HIPAA law violation to wear a mask. This is not a HIPAA law violation, the employee was argumenative. I can not see myself continuing my services in this store for the lack of sanitary practices and the lack of understanding to health codes or following the law and store policies. These individuals are creating a public hazzard and need more training.

Don't make it here a Lot . Just noticed today when I went there for gas and a pop it was very dusty and I was afraid to get a lid out of the dispenser because it was so dirty they need to come up with a different system for that. The over night employees or not doing there job duties it looks like. How can a manager not notice this . Does he or she not walk around a just look ? And this is just in front of store . Do I dare to look around ? Do I want to see the restroom ??? I DID !!!!!! DO NOT USE THE MENS RESTROOM!!!!. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED!!!!!!

My girlfriend decided to get tea from here and found get this a worm of some sorts this is atrocious and disappointing I go to caseys all the time and never has this happened I am ashamed and appaled
