This Pharmacy is like going to a Doctor's appointment, and when your in line and only 1 person's at the window with both lanes open holy hell! If your not gonna have two people working the window then you should have one lane open. Sometimes I'll get a message saying my script is ready, and it's not ready when I get there. I don't know Walgreen's but y'all need to step it up and have things organized and have better communication with each other.

Great little store with a great selection. Great staff.If you need to get something quick, odds are they have it at an OK price. Picking up a gallon of milk at Walgreens is literally about three minutes from the time you pull into the parking lot until you are back in your car.Wal-Mart often has a better selection and typically a better price but it takes at least 15 minutes to run in for a gallon of milk.

I just.wanna give props to an exceptional employee, Heather, thank you for looking out, being observent enough to realize that I was in a rush, and you stopped what you were doing to ring me up outta there, lol. Walgreens Corp changed their website. It is harder to check on prescriptions, find what is being fille or ready for pickup. And the auto refill changed the refill date on a couple of my prescriptions by advancing the date for several days in a row. Had to manual order it. Local store is swamped but the employees are nice and try their best.

This is the worst place to get medicationIt takes all day after the doctor calls it in the morning. The customer service girls at the counter are rude seem to have no idea what’s going on.I will be going somewhere else for now on

I have to set aside 2-3 hours every couple of weeks to try and speak with someone to fix the problem I'm having with my prescriptions. Every time since switching to this location I've had issues. I constantly get hung up on or switched around to different techs to fix the issue. Then when they say they're ready they're not...and it's a loooong wait to pick them up. Every month I have to go a few days without my medication while trying to get things resolved. I'm livid with this Walgreens. I've never had issues until here. So it's not a knock on Walgreens itself just this location.

Shouldn’t choose this pharmacy. They lose medications, and give out wrong information. Our prescription was supposed to be ready by 2pm. When we arrived to pick it up, they told us that only 2/4 prescriptions were ready. (The other 2 being a machine to use the medication.) I specifically asked if they were sure they had the machine in stock. They said “Oh yes, that’s not the problem, we just can’t find it. Come back tonight and we’ll have it ready for you” we returned later that evening to find they still didn’t have it ready and they WERE out of stock. By that time all other pharmacies in town were closed. The machine an medicine needed were for breathing treatments. This whole situation could have been avoided with some organization. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

This is the most outstandingly poor Walgreens I have ever seen. I don't know what is wrong with the pharmacy. It takes about 40 minutes to wait in line and pick up your prescription, and when you finally get up to the counter it's sure to be fowled up in a major way. The girls are doing the best they can but it seems the owner would rather wear them down the. Hire enough staff to handle the work load. I am not going to spend another damn dollar here until they change this mess. Terrible!!

Go to any other Walgreens if at all possible. A heavy-set manager named Adriana tried to scam me, and is the sole reason that I will not be shopping here. She forgot to give me the correct change from my purchase, claiming I had given her a 10 dollar bill when in reality, I gave her a 20 dollar bill. Then she insulted and said I was "trying to scam her to get money for drugs". So I had to call the police because I wasn't going to let her steal from me. The police reviewed the tapes, and then confirmed I did in fact give Adriana a $20 not a $10. There's two and a half hours of my life I'll never get back.

The Ladies at the pharmacy are awesome , particularly Jackie.... she is amazing and showed me a great deal of compassion while I was writhing in pain. She went out of her way to help me and has been incredibly courteous and helpful on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone in the area.

Walgreens has become pathetic. Helped my parents by picking up there scripts and updated the family express pay. They for some reason didn’t add my sister to the updated account. So when she tried getting a refill in Chicago they said she needed the physical card because they won’t take it over the phone. We offered to go into the Walgreens here, but they said no. You have to have the physical card purchasing the prescription right then and there. And they say it’s the rules like you should just accept their horrible policies. They’re don’t care about customers anymore. I’d suggest going to anywhere else for prescriptions.

Update/edit: About a year ago I was having issues with having my prescription being filled in a timely manner and at one point I was even told that my prescription was lost! Since then it seems like things are much better. I have no complaints.

Just wanted to say thank you to the ladies that were working there on 03-21-2020. They allowed me to park my semi truck there and buy some water and other necessities when Walmart didn't have any. They were very polite and even told me to be careful out on the road. I will always be grateful for people that help in this trying times.

Ok so I went through the drive thru for my prescription ( incredibly slow by the way) and they only had 2 out of 4 ready which is ok I understand. But they told me to come back in an hour that it will all be ready. So I go at 9:30 pm and they tell me “It’s almost ready for you! Can you please park on the side and we will shoot you a text when it’s ready! Should be less then 15 min” nope ended up watching everyone lock up in my face and never got my meds. And to add on all of this I got no sleep that night. Thank you Morris Walgreens :)

Horrible slow.. 2 hours to fill a prescription is ridiculous..Then after the long wait they manage forget a medicine or give the wrong medicine...The women that work in the pharmacy should stop standing around talking!If you have to ask a question be ready to deal with their attitude...The lady that was supposed to help me at the drive thru was incredibleOf you op

Had 4 days to put in a prescription that was dropped off on friday as the medication wouldnt have been in until tuesday. Called tuesday to pick it up only to find out that they just decided it wasnt important enough to put it in so they didnt have enough to fill the Rx. Go somewhere else!

they're just very helpful and if you go through the drive-thru and you get Whitney you don't have a problem at all she's awesome they help you out so much if you call him don't make sure they have your medication in stock for you

You can look up all the ingredients and manufacture your own medicine before this place will have it done. Put in prescription refill 3 days early get there messages amd everything and guess what still not ready really could have figure that oh pos place go elsewhere

Looks like mayhem in that pharmacy! So glad I don't get rx here. I mean , here's this pharmacist who spent a fortune on a pharm. D. And he is in assembly line. I think computer pill dispensers would be more efficient. Id be going home q draining a btl of vodka or smoking weeds from morris dispense. Smh. Vaccine appta r a joke here

I love Walgreens. It has such a great selection of things. The only negative is that the weight in the line for prescriptions is pretty long, even just to pick it up.

Worst place ever.. 3 times in line to pick up meds and all 3 times the wait was over 45 mins. Only to get up front to be told it will be another 20 mins to fill rx that was called in by Dr the day before..

DO NOT SEND YOUR SCRIPTS THERE!!! I'm not sure if it's bad management or a high turnover branch, but the pharmacy there is a nightmare. our family had to transfer our medications elsewhere it became too inconvenient

Incredibly slow service. Dont even bother going through the drive thru. People hold up the line and wait for their rx fill instead of using for a drop off and pick up.Great employees, just Understaffed.

You will wait a minimum of 30 minutes in line at the pharmacy, only to be told they don't have your prescription.... Even though they called and said it was ready. The worst customer service ever.
