I LOVE supporting small business. Nails and Tails pet grooming took my shaggy baby and made him look SO GOOD! She was absolutely amazing! I would HIBLY recommend her to anyone! She's an absolute pleasure as a groomer and my pup LOVED her! LOOK AS HIS SMILE! IT SAYS IT ALL!

This place is fantastic! My Doberman was a rescue and is the only dog that I’ve owned that won’t let me cut his nails. Every other vet and groomer in the area had an extremely hard time (understandably) Zeus is 100lbs and strong willed. I showed up late once before a holiday weekend and the owner ran in back and grabbed the nail trimmers and cut Zeus’s nails on the spot, you don’t understand how impressive that was that he was comfortable and didn’t fight us at all with all four paws!They are the only place I’ll take my dog to.

Arrived a few minutes late, but the problems were it smelled like urine,it was messy and the ladies were very rude and unfriendly. Very limited help & They had pets walking around loose. i didnt feel safe leaving my cat alone with them. they also said that i can leave because it would take roughly 2 hours to give him a simple bath, Depending on his behavior, 2 HOURS!!!? Come On! The Animal Hospital had it done in less than an hour...never coming here again!

Stacy and her crew are absolutely amazing! I've purchased purebred poodles from her before in the past and they were both very good boys. There are times I wish I still had them but they would be too big for where I am now. She always goes above and beyond to take care of her animals. I've read some of the reviews about stench and smell and I can honestly say it was the building not her or how she keeps her shot her shop is always clean. Plus most of the time to my understanding she also keeps some of the Foster animals with her at the shop during the day. You can't find a better groomer she will tell you how it is right up front if your dog's fur is in bad shape and she has to shave them she will tell you up front it won't be a surprise unless you aren't paying attention. I have known her for over 15 years and she is an absolutely amazing groomer and she loves animals with all her heart. I know when my little guy needs his nails trimmed I will bring him to her I highly doubt he will be any trouble for her because he definitely hates getting his nails trimmed

Very nice ladies but very unprofessional job. I'm not trying to be rude but I could've done a better job. His hair is so botched that I'll have to take him somewhere else to fix it. One leg very noticeably long the other short and his bottom is the same along his ears looks the same. He has razor burn on two places, one is his private area so he's constantly licking!. His hair was cut exactly like the dog she was cutting when we walked in! Even with us showing a picture of what we wanted. I read some good reviews so I'm baffled as to why our dog got such a bad cut? Don't want to go on and on but feel people should know what could happen. The place was very dirty, I should've known better.Definitely not worth what we paid.

Charged 35 for a bath and nail trim. My problem was a shedding dog. I was assured that the shedding would be much better. There was visible patches of loose hair still and shedding was just as bad, if not worse. The people there were really nice but I just wasn't happy with the services. I also worry about sanitation, as the place smelled pretty bad. Baby girl was there for an hour and a half and she is an old dog so I'm not happy about her being kept in a cage... I just wouldn't recommend this place

I like the lady that cuts the hair she’s a very nice lady and she’s very hard worker but there’s a lot of friends that hang around there I don’t know why they don’t pitch in and sweep up and clean up for her and help her out instead of just standing around doing nothing she’s so sweet and she probably don’t want to say nothing to anyone but I think she needs a lot of help with cleaning up the place all wise I think she’s very nice and I like the cuts . it just needs to be cleaned up the place (so your friends that hang out there clean up for her help her out she’s a good person)

Stacey is amazing at what she does, but she also cares deeply for the animals and to me that makes her shop one of the best I've ever seen. She is kind and compassionate and I trust her with all my animals. Her grooming skills are great, she's always followed the styles I've requested and goes beyond to make them cute with bows and bandanas that match the holidays if I ask. Stacey you're a gift to this community!

I have been with Nails n Tails for years, after taking my shih-pom to different groomers before, where they claimed they couldn’t handle her, to the point that they wanted to knock her out to work on her! The groomers here are friendly, they know how to communicate, handle, and treat them. My Mimi is very happy with them!

Took our border collie/aussie cross in Monday May 20th to be sheared. We had no idea how she would turn out, but she was beautiful!! They did an amazing job. Also had our small yorkie groomed and they did an excellent job on her as well. Would recommend them highly. Thank you!!

I was in to visit, not grooming, but Stacey did a great job on pets she groomed while I was there. She is very good with the animals. She would be my choice of groomers in this area if I had pets to be groomed.

They butchered my Yorkies hair, I'm honestly in tears over how he looks.... absolutely worst cut I've ever seen on a dog... we requested a specific cut and they basically shaved everything off. Avoid at all cost.

Great place, I've been taking my dog to Stacy and her crew for 4yrs+. I've even adopted a puppy from her. 5stars
