Purchased Flooring today Ashley super helpful, arranged pickup in back since heavy load.Very helpful with trim ,obtaining a cart for me also then off to lumber for quarter round A.J. was super helpful bundled up trim for me. Great conversation customer service kinda guy. Joey in order pickup loaded the vehicle. Thank you so much for your help great employees Menards should be proud.

Best Menards!! Went in for gas line replacement parts and Ryan in plumbing and piping was terrific. He pointed out exactly what we needed. Hands down my favorite store.

What a neat store. We went in expecting just a hardware store and got surprised at the selection and variety of things they sell. From clothes, to hardware to even groceries and pet supplies.... lots of great stuff!

This location was awesome. Was kept clean, stocked, every where I look there was an employee either helping a customer or doing their job. Was nice to see people's smiles again. They have everything for spring coming. Need some groceries or house hold products they have it. Love Menards.

If I could leave less than one star I would!!! We bought a washer and they charge you 30.00 to take the washer in to your house and 20.00 to take your old one away!!! In a world where everything is so expensive, WHY?Then they proceed to deliver the WRONG washer. The washer they attempted to deliver was brown!!! We ordered a white one. I wouldn't be surprised if Menards charges us for their mistakes. That would be another 100.00 to deliver the wrong one and good thing they didn't bring it in to the house for another 30.00!!!!!!

ordered a fridge on aug 4, told me it was coming sept 23, never got an update, called the store sept 29, having not have heard any news on my fridge, they told me that it would be late november when id get my fridge so i went in to return the fridge i never got, it took them 20 minutes to do the return, i had sent in for the rebate on my fridge and they told me i would not be getting that money back, even after i asked if i could bring my rebate/store credit in for adjustment, so now i have to spend that money at their store even though they screwed me on my refrigerator? horrible customer service all the way around. Id drive to joliet to go to home depot before i spend another dollar here, ive spent thousands in the last couple months at this location. What. a. joke.

Never coming back here when it's busy ever again. Came here today to grab mulch which am thinking about returning after today. People are so rude and have no patience. Lady with her kid almost hit me and my boyfriend when she was coming out of an aisle when we were walking. She did not stop even when she saw us. Then when checking, out a couple and their 2 boys kept getting as close as they can behind me making me uncomfortable and almost hitting me each time I moved forward. I am so sick of people acting like their entitled/better, having no patience, and letting their kids do as they please. It's all pathetic. Do better and have respect towards others and their things!!! I wish stores would only let a certain capacity be inside too.Also cashier was just ok, could of been more friendly.

If I could leave zero I would. You stock items in the wrong spot and i mean multiple not one. Then tell the customer to pay more. Nope I spent $2-3k a week at this store. I'll take my buisness to home depot now even when I have to drive past your store.Update.... you send me a reply from menards owner on my review. You tell me to send a email address to the manager.... How does this help me when the manager is the one who wouldn't fix the issue in the first place. Menards you are priceless even on your replies to my experience at your store.

Being that Menards doesn't offer a place to review their products I will do it here. We purchased a Criterion 18.7 bottom freezer fridge and had it delivered today, I never really looked at it physically but thought I looked it over online pretty good. It was delivered without any issues and plugged it in after the waiting period and, then looked for the dials or knobs to adjust the temps in the freezer and the fridge, well there is not knobs, there's only push buttons and only 3 levels to set which is an issue for fine tuning to your liking, any fridge we've ever had there is a dial for adjustment, even the one this one replaced. The other thing I noticed is there is no brand plate on the fridge which both of these things tell me this is cheaply built refrigerator. We were also charged for delivery which in now days is strange for big box stores like Best Buy who had this same fridge under the brand name Insignia and was less expensive and free shipping. I hope this unit last like our last unit (25 years) for over 1100.00 after taxes and delivery. I would not purchase this again if I had done my homework.

It’s difficult to find anyone working in the section you’re in, and when you do find someone they don’t know anything. I’m replacing my parents doorbell but all the help I got was told which aisle to look in.

Menards has a lot but be very careful about orders. If you if you change your mind about a special order, it will cost you 25% restocking fee which can be very pricey indeed with big ticket items.

Their Christmas display area is quite amazing. The variety of products offered exceeded my expectations. And they have increased the sq ft of floor space used for holiday offerings in previous years. I went there for polyurethane and was attracted by their display area and spent $160. This is definitely NOT my normal buying practice; but I found so many nice pieces that I couldn't pass them up.

Blows my mind that people working at a hardware store have little to no basic knowledge of the products they're selling. I guess I'm the only person in the area that knows and uses MAPP gas....maybe if they hired people NOT based on a nice backside and a pretty face they would be a little more productive. Took being transferred 3 times for someone to "look" for all of 2 seconds to tell me they don't have it yet something tells me had I went I would find it right away...smh

I called ahead and got a price on an item for $16.99. I went to the store, found the item, and it rang up as $19.99 at the register. I informed the clerk, went back outside and took photos of the item and the $16.99 price label on the shelf. I waited 15 minutes as two different managers CONFIRMED what I had told the clerk. I was then denied a refund for $3, because I was told "whatever the register rings up, is the correct price." That is horrible customer service. Never in my 52 years have I seen a policy like that. If they weren't going to honor their price on the shelf, why make me wait an additional 20 minutes? Horrible store.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We special ordered some items and they were severely damaged, all while we had a crew hired and being paid on the clock. They wanted us to send them the one item back that would hold up the whole remodel and cost us more money. Tim the store manager would not give us any discount and was not willing to help us in any way othe then to send it back and hold up the whole project again!! Home Depot is 100 % better at customer service, at least they care about their customers 🙄 will not be shopping here again no matter what!!

Hard to find better pricing & availability. Easy in & out, friendly knowledgeable staff aside from the gate guard I had to wake up yesterday and today I tried to talk to him but his headphones were blaring rap music. I assume he is on work release from the pen...he would fit in well there!

We ordered lumber and had it delivered. The process only took a couple of days. The semi dropped off our supplies onto our driveway. The driver was quick and efficient. The order had exactly what we needed. Thank you menards for an making our screened in deck a successful project.

If you are handicapped and ask them to pick out wood for you make sure that you are there when they do so you don't end up with I see boards and or warped. Other than that everything went fine had the order picked out waiting at the register for me because I called ahead being disabled it's too hard to walk across the whole store but they do have carts that you can ride

I usually go to Home Depot especially for lumber. The whole going outside to pick up your lumber is a deal breaker for me. Just move it in doors. That being said, today I purchased a Hitachi miter saw. I called ahead because only one was in stock. The lady placed my name on it to "hold it" for me. They wont usually do this and it was appreciated. I was asked if I needed help loading as well as help picking out stand for my new saw. Very friendly people and I got a great price on the saw. Today was also the last day for the 11%rebate. I saved 43 dollars with that. Not bad.

Ryan in the Morris store was above and beyond the best service I've ever got from the plumbing section. I usually find my material myself. Ryan made my trip easy. I want to thank him again for being so helpful.

Great employees but general manager didnt want to price match a washer or even come down $50 dollars on a floor model and didnt want to come down from office to talk with me. And all the in stock models weren't in stock I found out after much time. I have no negative feedback with the employees there just the general manager and his lack of good customer relations.

After calling ahead and asking for the hours and specifics of THIS Menards, I was asked to leave my 13 year old children in the car on a 93 degree day. I was there to buy a chair and Jen, informed they did not want my business if my children were there. She informed me it was “outside on a sign”. How about the phone call? I heard a while long recording several times and spoke to an associate? Never a mention there, Jen. I’m not angry, but merely stating this fact for those who might consider shopping there. The people with kids, who are against leaving them in a car on a 90+ degree day. There’s a few of us I bet. Understood. It’s a free country and somewhere, maybe Home Depot, would welcome my business.

I've spent at least $4000 in your store in the last 2 weeks at the Morris location I get me a frigerator that's $749 without tax have it delivered it's damaged I call and have another 1 delivered 2nd one's damage call have another 1 delivered 3rd one is damaged paid a $112 for a delivery that I personally had to go to the store myself & pick up a fridge that I paid for a delivery at menards yesterday and then didn't have the frigerator I wanted so I settled finally found a frigerator that I loved then they put it in my truck and broke The plug prongs off so then I got a display model I had to pay full price for a floor model which I believe is absolutely ridiculous anyway Because that's all they had offer me after 5 damage refrigerators so so the one I brought home is humming and making squeaky noise. This is absolutely ridiculous and I think they need to figure out how to help me out here. Because I still need a frigerator that works properly It's horrible I'm gonna have to drive back to Morris get a refund and go somewhere else for a frigerator😡😡😡😡😡😡 I don't even want to leave a one star rating

I love this store. The employees know there stuff. It doesn't matter how young or old the person is, Menards training department here in particular is very thorough! I can ask anyone where something is and they can tell me exactly where it's at. They don't give you a general idea either, they walk you there even if it's not their department! They will give you tips and tricks on how to do whatever you need to get done. I will always go here for my home projects.
