Clean lot, store, and bathroom. Plenty of parking for weary travelers to snooze and pit stop patrons for gas and needs.Large dog park with plenty of grass.Though I didn’t use the laundry there’s a sign on the fence mentioning this option.RV hook up spots for those staying for a rest is a win.Really nice stop within the Loves wheel house of stores nationwide I’ve visited in the lower 48 states

I absolutely love this place. Which is so odd to say about a place like this. It is always so beyond clean, it's close to my home, and the gas prices are unmatched. Everyone there is so kind. Jessica is a sweetheart and makes my trips there even better. She's always so kind and we always have great conversation. Don't pass this place up. Grab something from there. Get some gas. I’m usually a Love’s guy, but not this visit. Went out of our way to stay overnight with our RV, figured to give it a try. Sites are nice and spacious and easy to access. Unfortunately our site, the water access was damaged, as we turned on the water and it sprayed everywhere. We then tried the site next to ours, same thing. We had gone into the store, and the manager had offered a shower since we could not use the water at our site. This was around 7pm and he told us to come back in around 8pm or after as there was 8 people in line for the showers, so we came around 8:45 to our surprise, still about 7 in line. We ended up not waiting. My only other complaint was the excessive noise, but being a fueling station, your going to expect that. Not sure if I’ll be back.

They can never do the chili and cheese machine 🤣. That’s all I crave and I walk in there just to walk back out empty handed. Respectfully it might be hard to refill but it’s your job. I had someone help me once and she just said “oh it’s not empty or else you wouldn’t have gotten that much” I got like 3 drops of chili.. lol 😂. Overall good prices.

Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stole a $100 dollar bill from my wallet!! I accidentally left my purse on a chair in the food court and left. When I returned to get it, they were holding my purse but it was missing a $100 dollar bill that I had just put in my wallet before heading there. The gas station kid manager tried to show me video footage but it kept convienetly freezing. But called me 10 min after I left to tell me he reviewed all the footage (even though it wasn't working for the 20 min he tried with me) that he didn't see anything on the video of any theft and maybe I accidentally paid with it in the food court 🤔. " Umm so do they have a $100 bill in their drawer? Well... No." Then why would you even suggest that?! To cover your tracks! So someone there took it. I'm a small business owner and had just collected my weeks cash to go to the bank. I KNOW WHAT WAS IN MY WALLET! I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

This is how it should be! I was greeted upon entering the store with a friendly hello. Then everyone was super friendly every where I went around this store. It's so welcome! I am a truck driver and human contact is so nice!!! The Indian food is also amazing! I got a bowl of deliciousness!!! Now I will continue to have a terrific day because I stopped here!!!

Wow! Restrooms so clean. The dog park is a life-saver! Our 2 very large dogs enjoyed their space while 6 dachshunds were in the small dog park. What a relief to have some place safe along the highway for the dogs to run free.

These pumps are painfully slow! Also, their prices aren't as low as they used to be when it used to offset the slow pump speed. Step it up Love's!

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful experience stopping in here for a travel break today. The dog park was an absolutely wonderful oasis with a picnic table for lunching and incredibly maintained grass for the dogs and us to enjoy. The restrooms and travel station were top notch Love's quality. We both remarked how particularly nice this stop was to the point that she made sure to ask me to leave a review. 10/10 recommend for a break and breather if you need one between trip legs.

Beautiful large showers, And then you get one ignorant idiot to ruin it all by placing the toilet roll holder so close to the toilet that you have to sit sideways and practice your contortion moves to reach the toilet paper.

We used the RV sites. It was great. A little noise. Great for an overnight passing through if you need a full hookup. The water issues mentioned by another reviewer have been resolved. It's really a good setup. All the sites were full.

This is a brilliant idea especially for places where there are few accommodations for motor homes. My husband and I stayed at the Morris, IL, Love’s RV hookups for one night and really liked the experience. I noticed reviews saying it was noisy, but we were in the back of the lot where the dog park is and we didn’t notice truck noise. Our air conditioners were running much of the time so that could have been why we didn’t notice. Our rig is 41 ft and there was room to park our Wrangler in front of it sideways. The only negative comment would be that when we had to hook up the Jeep at checkout time, there wasn’t a clear area to hook up except the temporary RV parking towards the entrance to the lot. At checkout time, the gas pumps were very busy with cars and small trucks driving too fast around us and being impatient, which seemed to be unsafe. I think next time we would fuel up with diesel before hooking up and hook up on the truck side where the drivers are professionals.

Easy to make reservations online. The spaces are literally right in front of the store on either side of the fuel pumps. At least for us the traffic and other noises weren't a problem. You need to make sure you have at least 2 hoses length to dump tanks because the sewer is so far away. The water faucet didn't work right so I (space 3) had to run water to the next space (space 2) that was already being used by those on the first space and that faucet had a Y on it. Obviously they knew they had faucet issues. The next morning a plumber showed up and fixed them. The space isn't perfectly level but an easy fix. Handy to fill with gas and propane in the morning. For $35, I'll take it.

Will have to give a 1 for this stay. Booked two nights, paid in full. Pull behind unit parked next to us ran a generator all night under our bedroom slide, asked Jeff at Loves to have them turn it off at 2:30 am. Said he wouldn't. Manager in the morning said they couldn't ask them to shut it down as there was nothing in their policy to stop peoplefrom using a generator. He said we could ask them not to use it at night. We are here tonight and so are they. Now we have paid for 2 sleepless nights. Will reconsider staying in the future.

This is a brand new store that hasn't been messed up yet. This store also has all the spots numbered in the truck parking incase you have a breakdown or need food delivery you can tell them the spot your in. Seems kind of neat idea. I think I remember the being six Facebook stalls in the men's restroom. Most of the parking spots here have plenty of room to back into them. Over all the place is nice and clean, for now.........

Got the cops called on me for hitting my vape once (1x) in the store. I stopped right after I was told vaping wasn’t allowed, I still got the cops called on me and kicked out of the store because the girl working was having a bad night.I usually prefer loves over any other truck stop, but steer clear of this one!!!the manager on duty at night (girl with black hair and gauges) is miserable and wants to ruin your day/ life if you don’t look like normal Illinois folk. We had been driving for over 20 hours and desperately needed some food, also they lacked many of the regular food items most love stops have, but we were told to drop our purchases and leave even though we had paid $50-$60 for the RV hook up in the parking lot.The RV hookups we’re great, very easy to find and connect too and close to the i80. But wow I recommend never going to this store and dealing with what I did. One star. 0 stars if I could.I hope she reads this and realizes she was way out of line for accusing me of “hitting my vape” after she rudely told me the fire alarms would go off if I hit it.. LOL. Don’t worry , I’ll never be back 😂

We been to love everywhere in USA.I am CDL driver we found raciest women employee on this location here name was Kelcie live should need take real action about that racism on this location we never had any issue on any of other loves.We refused ti give a shower she ask us bunch of question she ask us real card after giving lives card she ask us about our identification question about me in front of everyone she also need know about customer service.

We experienced an unexpected RV breakdown right in the parking lot and the staff was very helpful to us, letting us stay in an RV spot until it was fixed. Shout out to manager Gino for his customer service! The place was clean and all staff were friendly!

The mechanics were so professional and did great by assisting me with a coolant level issue adequately and honestly. Thank you Kyle and Steven the cashiers, etc…! Respectfully, Amongst all others and kind drivers present as well. It was wonderful working together to help each other out!

I go inside at midnight before i get rolling thinking i was going to make me a chilli cheese dog, well there are 2 restaurants inside both closed and and loves cant even keep hot dogs on the grill. What the hell is going on with truck stop now days, listen up, heres a news alert, TRUCK DRIVERS DRIVE ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, THEY EAT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT FOR GOD SAKE AT LEAST HAVE HOT DOGS AVAILABLE..

One of the nicest and cleanest truck stops I've ever been in. Very nice location. Friendly staff. They have RV hookups to plug into. Worth stopping at. The bathrooms were spotless.
