Covid booster yesterday...long wait before an excellent 'pain free' jab. Shocking how much research, paperwork, and preparation is required for one simple (or not-so-simple) shot. Error-free is their MO along with accurate record keeping. No more complaints from me!

Long lines all the time, prescriptions are never ready when they say. I was told "It'll be ten minutes or less", and I check back in 20, and they say just a few more minutes, I check back 15 minutes after that and it's still not ready. I'd rather they just be honest and say it's not ready and it won't be ready for a long time. I don't need to spend hours of my day waiting at a pharmacy or in an expensive grocery store.

Very helpful pharmacy staff, l definitely would consider them if I moved to either Morris or Minooka. I will do what I have to keep Jewel-Osco from merging with Kroger and having to deal with new pharmacy staff!

Everyone at that pharmacy goes above and beyond,except for this one tech. Her name is Emily,she's rude,has very bad customer service,she never smiles or greets you she looks as if she hates her joband hates being there

Normally I give 5 stars...but today I called in a refill for my albuterol neb solution. Then drove straight to Morris to pick it up. I was tight in the chest and getting short of breath. I got there at 5pm they were helping a customer. I was told they were closed. I told them that I needed my neb treatment and was short of breath and I was told to come back at 9a tomorrow. Not a very nice thing to do.

All the people in the pharmacy are wonderful! Nick the pharmacist is the reason I won't go anywhere else. Everyone who works here seems to genuinely care about the customers. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

Wrong information on when I ordered 2 prescriptions when I got there I couldn’t fill one until the 19th house but I was told it was going to be filled and I could pick up both prescriptions but that wasn’t the case I don’t have transportation I have to rely on others and running back-and-forth Morrris just to get a prescription and then not be ready as promised and it’s the most in personable people there

This is the worst place to get medicine from they will charge the ins company and not give you your medicine. And when you call the ins company they will lie and tell the. They tried to deliver not good business in a small town Jordan a pharmacist is will lie to your face what a joke
