Placed pick up orders from here 3 times now… first time our order was done before the time we selected. The second time it was an hour after the time I had selected and I PAID to get express pick up. The third time my order was supposed to be picked up at 4. Waited an hour. Went in and my order wasn’t even finished. Got my order out to the truck and I was missing several items. 2 hours later and I’m finally out of there with 1/2 the correct items.Employees looked at me like I was a horrible mother because my daughter kept screaming/crying while we were trying to figure it out. Part of the entire reason I pick up my orders.The girl who took care of me was amazing so no shame on her. She said she wasn’t in charge of it in the beginning. Kudos for her for staying calm and quickly taking care of the situation.But never again. Walmart will have my business from now on. So upset. Will be warning others to avoid this store until they get it figured out. I also know of another girl who has nothing but problems with pick up orders here.

Parking lot is big but not farm truck big with cows. 🐄They have good Mexican grown corn in December for really cheap . 🌽This place has it all Starbucks,☕ fish mart 🐟, deli counter🐖, postage stamps📬, butcher counter🗡, pharmacy, 💊personal hygiene🚿, fresh imported produce🍐, cola,🍬 and so much more mid western super grocery store goodness.Offers good value but is a little more money. I would say $$💱Place is clean and well kept. 🎈Staff is accommodating and works effortlessly towards the endless goal of perfection. 👨🏾‍🌾👨🏻‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾Great for a quick stop or the super bowl party. 👷‍♂️

I get that staff maybe hard to keep, but the deli needs to get it together..I've been patient with the new staff, but to not even know a 1/3 from a half, say you want meat thin, its thick, ask for it thinned, its still thick, so I give up. Unless you want your meat and cheese clumped in a bag and sliced however you want, might want to go somewhere else. 3 deli items should take 15 minutes to get when you're the only person there. Customer service and skills are seriously lacking in the deli now.

I love the store has everything that I need. I shop there at least 3-4 times a week and I live an hour NW of Morris. The decision to open at 6 instead of 5 is upsetting. You have people in the area that start work at 6 and stop to get supplies for lunch or get food for supper when the store isn’t as busy. To my knowledge there wasn’t a sign posted and the staff didn’t say a word to me anyway about the change prior to this morning when there was patrons standing at the doors at 5:00 waiting for them to open.

This is the smallest and most ridiculous Jewel I've ever been to. I suppose it gets the job done for this community but what kind of grocery store doesn't have a liquor department? Not sure if it's a Morris thing because even the Walgreens doesn't either.

Apparently the deli is too busy not wearing gloves or hairnets while talking to make a hotdog. Walked in at 530 to grab hotdogs, as advertised, at the deli and was told that they would need "20 or more minutes to make them" mildly annoyed I said that was fine and went to go grocery shopping to grab the rest of dinner for my family. 25 minutes later I walk up and am told they don't serve any hot food at that time of night. I asked what time they stopped serving and I was directly ignored.

Called the bakery to have some doughnuts made last minute with custom writing on them, and they were able to make it happen, and it looked great! I was very happy with the results! Thank you for taking my last minute request!

I go here a couple times every few weeks and there is this worker in the deli who is just SO nice. I wish I knew his name, but he’s quick, kind, and funny.

The absolute worst Jewel I’ve ever been to. Deli & meat counters are closed most days by 5-5:30 pm.The meat counter was closed on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00 pm.When I inquired why they close I was told not enough staff.Most of the employees are rude except for the outstanding bakery team. Those ladies are extremely helpful & polite. Do yourself a favor and travel 15 minutes to Minooka Jewel. That store has an amazing staff it’s clean and the employees are extremely helpful and their deli & meat counters are open the prescribed times.

Beautiful store with great fresh salmon and a lovely produce section. The artisan breads are really good too. And these days you should really download the app so you can save significant money on the deals that are only available through the app. Download Good RX app to save money on Osco prescriptions.

Prices are crazy high. Only give them a three because they have a couple gluten free items, which berkots carries zero in comparison. But even then prices are crazy. That is always how jewel has been. Also, only one register with a person open. Sad

I can always find what I need at Jewel. They're meat selection of always good and the fresh fruit & vegetable section is always well stocked.I came looking for low carb hot dog buns and left with half a cart-full of "as long as I'm here I should get this" items.The store is clean, the employees pleasant & helpful and I've never had to wait long to check out. What's not to love.

Normally I don't have a problem. But today pharmacy dropped the ball. My Pulmonary Dr called in Rx for me. 4hrs later My husband went to pick it up & was told Rx never called in. I recalled Dr and he assured me that he called it in immediately after we hung up this morning. Said he left a voice message along with his cellphone number. So apparently pharmacy never checked their voice mail..

Wife ordered Sushi at 8am with a 7pm pick up.At 6pm order was cancelled and was told the sushi guy left for the day.60 rolls for my daughters birthday only 20 made.Was told I should have known as a customer the possibility of my order not being complete.They blamed the website…..and told me my order was complete because they picked what was made and cancelled the rest. And again I was reminded that this always happens I should have known.Also was told I should have ordered express if I wanted on time…Very poor management and no accountability just blamed the website and did not bother to fix process that is obviously broken.They said they will bring it up in meeting next time.They say shop local but Sam’s club it is next time…

It's a little pricey, but there are alot of nice options. Unlike Walmart you can still get deli salads and stuff, so that's a big bonus. They do offer good sales that often beat Walmart prices along with being better quality food.

I really dislike Jewel in general. Occasionally though they seem to be the only store that has what I'm looking for in stock.This Jewel though was awful. Isles and centers were cluttered with displays which made it difficult to maneuver though with the crowd that was there that day. On top of that isles seemed to be mismarked making what I was looking for a challenging task.

Haven't been in Jewel in a long long time, we don't have one locally. Stopped in....I forgot what it was like to be in a real grocery store! By that, I mean everything was stocked, displayed, pricing all marked and so many items on sale, some advertised, some not. Enjoyed my visit immensely!

Really tired of things being out of stock when I do a pick up order.Also shouldn't have to do substitution. What I want is what I want. You just need to have things in stock, that's the issue. It's EVERY order I place there's things out of stock. And the app/online should be correct on what's in stock and what's not!And not happy jewel has stopped selling certain items I used to buy.

The staff is kind. Sometimes, you run into some cranky people, but that is anywhere, and I just try to be compassionate and understand that maybe they are having a bad day, but overall, the staff is amazing. I really like it here. I have never had a bad experience.

I like this location. They get only 4 stars because blocking the isles with cargo/incoming products is ridiculous. I do understand that sometimes its necessary, fine. Otherwise, friendly staff, good products. That bakery is fantastic! Great cuts of meat. Super Fresh and it stays well for a few days. The app has great payouts!GET THE APP AND USE IT BEFORE YOU SHOP!! THERES PARTICULAR DEALS PER STORES!!! If the bill was $150, its because i got $60 in the savings from the app! Loyalty app works.

Pharmacy can be quite a wait but with good deals(especially through the jewel app) you are able to multi-task and accomplish 2 things at once(shopping while waiting for line at pharmacy to die down)

Everytime we go to Jewel the savings are great everything is clean stacked neatly n there are always associates around n if they can't answer my questions they accompany me to someone who can. Kudos to the young senior in deli w knee hi socks she was so fast n efficient she seemed to be on skates. Best of all, all produce n products are FRESH n delicious.......

Was Super busy/crowded the last time I went (as expected; it was the weekend before Thanksgiving). Managing all the people (and their carts, and their kids...) was kind of a pain, but to stop in for a couple of things I couldn't find elsewhere, it wasn't too awful. Self-checkouts made getting out a lot quicker than having to wait in line for a cashier, so that was nice. Not sure when they added those, but it was much-appreciated.
