When you order it takes at least 10 min. Pre order on the Mobil app most of the time it’s wrong. The drive through is horrible takes at least 5 min or longer just for them to realize your there. Then it takes much longer to get your order in. 1 order at a time is what they take . You just sit there waiting. What’s the point of order ahead of your waiting anyway.

Please read they are not clean!!!! Dead bugs in the sitting area! I came to this Dunkin last week. They messed up my order so I came back this week to get my order they promised. They didn’t have no book like they said or my name written down like they told me they would. I obviously didn’t have the receipts or anything I remembered part of my order from that day… as promised they made my food. The bagels came out fresh and good the bacon was stale as the same before when they messed it up first time. Also attached are pics of their sittin area that had hair, flys, a dead bee and dead bugs on the table like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks. I was disgusted sitting down all tables were dirty not one clean. I won’t be back here for no food just drinks.

2nd time in life having Dunkin' and will not be back. 1st time got a dozen doughnuts had a hr or so drive home before I had one. It was mediocre at best, not wanting to give up I tried them a 2nd time. I had a sausage bagel breakfast sandwich, egg was semi warm with cold spots in the middle, also got half dozen fresh out of the case doughnuts. My conclusion is that Dunkin is way over rated and not a killer doughnut shop!

Can't make a simple drink. Just had to pour an entire med latte out. Husband ordered decaf iced latte w skim and 2 vanilla bean for me. Came back w a regular, not decaf, with 2 vanilla bean AND THREE vanilla swirl..one taste and I knew it wasn't right. Yep sure enough saw the above on the label, not correct. Wasting money ordering here so never again. Guess I should stick w Starbucks.

Was on way home from Loyola and tried to pay with a 50$ bill would not take it’s our policy they said I say bull. It is our American currency I’m sorry I will never go there again I pay in cash . I don’t have a debit card.

Took my daughter here. Got both of us a coffee I had a caramel ice coffee splash of almond with cream and liquid sugar was on point!!! My daughter wanted 2 donuts she got 4 very friendly employees and they can make coffee so I'll be back.

Went here for breakfast my order was 2 hash browns w/ 1 plain mini bagels and a meduim cocoa mocha signature iced latte my hash browns was fresh but they gave me onion and chives mini bagels instead and my iced latte have a piece of hair stuck in the cap see the picture I will be there as soon as I get off work today unfortunately it won’t be until 3pm this if ridiculous every fast food chain in Morris I had an issue with in the past 2 days from quality or service my last time getting anything in Morris

I have not been to Dunkin' for a few months honestly. It is pumpkin season and I love the pumpkin donuts. We drove up with my new puppy. Service taking my order was very smooth and easy. Driving up to the window we were greeted with smiles . The staff was happy and friendly. We didn't have to wait long. Now keep in mind we stopped by during a non peak time. Dunkin' knows how to make this basic white girl pumpkin spice girl very happy. The staff is dog happy and that made me happy to stop by with my new puppy. Thank you to all the ladies that were working yesterday afternoon you all are awesome.

I purchased a pumpkin Spice latte it was good. I also purchased the cream cheese filled plain bagel bites didn't care for them and I love bagels, not much cream cheese inside of them.

I have no idea how this Dunkin has this many stars. This is THE worst Dunkin around. It takes at least 30-45 minutes for online orders to get made and you will watch people order at the register and get their drinks well before an online order you submitted 15 minutes ago. The online orders are never ready when I get there even when I submit them 20 minutes in advance. It’s also about 50/50 whether you will get what you ordered as well and when you’ve already been waiting 30 minutes, getting the wrong coffee or drink is even more frustrating. If you go here do NOT order ahead, just sit in the long drive through or just go in because you will at least have a chance to get your order in 15-20 minutes.

I usually come here about an hour before they close and I honestly already hate that I do that because I know they're trying to close. Your girl just needs her caramel latte after a rough shift. Lily is the one who usually helps me out. She's always so sweet and pleasant to talk to. It's a great way to end my day. Not many people are kind anymore, but she was. She makes some great drinks too. I'll look forward to seeing her when I come through the drive thru. Thank you Lily!!!!! Hope I'm spelling that right (: Hope is very sweet too. I really enjoy ending my days with them. Thank you! Maya is amazing as well, not sure why it took so long to get her name to stick, but i adore her. Additionally, Tabitha is also so very sweet and amazing ! Nick and Amber are great too, i see those 2 in the morning and afternoon hours. I love this team. To lazy dunkin goers, stop throwing your trash out in the drive thru lane. You're trashy, and shouldn't have the opportunity to use a drive thru if you can't clean up after yourself.

Every time I have been in to this Dunkin the employees are friendly and fast. After reading other reviews I am surprised they are nice after how people seem to treat them. Last time I was in the store I overheard a creepy old man (Rich) talk about the cute young blonde girl and how he wanted to “hit it for the one time”. If I were her I wouldn’t be nice to the trash that seems to frequent the store. The workers deserve more respect and decency. Every time I’ve been there they always try very hard to accommodate to the customers with what little they have to work with.

Worst management ever. Manager Dave s*xually harasses his workers and his manager Jeremy defends his behavior. That's why they can't keep any workers because of the unhealthy environment. Hence the long wait times and revolving door of staff. Plus, those only two managers are NEVER there but happily take that salary pay while their workers do everything while making half the amount of their managers. Please don't ever let your daughters work here. And if you value your mental health, stay away. Also, that place is filthy and they don't wash their dairy machines like they claim. Absolute health hazard.

They make good coffee. It's not super strong but it's good. Their cold foam I like better than Starbucks but the service is really slow. Even before COVID and the short staff problems. But the employees are so kind here.Vegetarian options: They got plant based sausage here.Parking: When it gets busy you can't park by the building because people are jerks and they will block you off from pulling out so you have to park further down to be safe. There is no way out.

2x in the past 2 weeks. Order ahead on the app for “walk-in”. Show up to the lobby door locked due to staffing. I’m not complaining about not having staff. I’m complaining you allowed me to order ahead on the app for a walk-in. Not to wait 20+ minutes in drive thru. They can turn off mobile ordering. They are just too lazy to do so. My suggestion is to go anywhere else.

I always get the mocha latte with almond milk. I have sensitivities to real milk and had stomach aches often, so I decided to go in and order so I could ensure I got almond milk. I saw the lady put whole milk in my cup and thankfully she realized, but then just dumped it out and left all the milk residue behind and reused the cup. With the customer service in this place, I didn’t even bother to tell her anything because you could tell she did not care at all. Most of them clearly hate being there. It’s a little obvious now though that I’ve probably been getting whole milk whenever someone is lazy and either doesn’t look or just doesn’t care. On top of this, my boyfriend gets tea frequently there and has received bitter iced coffee instead. So many dollars down the toilet. Don’t think they care about your milk substitutions here because they 100% don’t. I go to Starbucks now. They are so much nicer and actually put some effort into their jobs.

Went in today for a large carmel and pumpkin coffee with cream and sugar and they didn't put any carmel or pumpkin flavor in it nor did they put in the cream or sugar... But the sticker on my cup had the correct order. Not to mention the coffee was burnt tasting as well. This isn't the first time this dunkin has not gotten the order right. 9/10 probably not coming back to this dunkin.

I have just had the worst experience at the morris Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru. All I wanted was 3 coffees and 3 bagels when we asked if they could make something off menu one of the workers on shift, amber, had yelled no through the store and was speaking with a nasty attitude the whole time, the manager on shift, Jeremy, stood there the whole time clueless and defended her actions when I had called to speak about the situation.

Really slow and my order has been wrong the last 4 times ive went there. Ordered a nitro cold brew and donuts and they gave me regular black and the wrong Donuts for example. Expect to spend 30 minutes in the drive through if theyre busy.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever gone to. This is the second time that I've ordered and they wait until you get to the window to tell me they are out of what I've ordered. Waiting for 25 minutes in a drive thru is terrible customer service.
