Love having a dollar tree so close. Have a 4 star because the restrooms were horrible, definitely not cleaned in a long time. Staffing I’m sure is an issue at times but this has been to the wayside for a scary amount of time! Spared sharing a picture of the restroom though I was tempted. I’m sure if staff was paid an extra incentive to clean once a day even it would be a huge help!

It's getting over priced! Loved that they were cheaper than Walmart, they increased distilled water more than Walmart! We're in a poverty area I think it's good business to compete by having lower prices update they lowered prices & everything is 1.25 one of my favorite places wish they would open one in Coal City behind dollar general ☺️

It's really amazing what you can get for a dollar here! And there is always someone to ask where things are. And it's really conveniently located at the Southwest corner of 47 and highway 6.

My low review is not directed at the employees, they are great. However, there are never any carts! It's kind of hard to buy the things I want when I have no cart to put them in. Even when the store isn't busy there aren't any carts. I think there's only like 3 carts in the store and good luck getting one.The other issue, which I'm sure isn't the store's fault, but the parking lot is a joke. I'm sure at one time these were potholes, they are now craters... Not even exaggerating. The parking needs to be shut down fixed, desperately. It's very hard getting in and out of the parking with these giant holes everywhere.Get more carts and speak with the landlord about the horrible state is the parking lot!

The cashier named Barb was horrible. She decided that she knew how to arrange my stuff and separate it from my mother's. My mother is accident prone and has a thin blood issue. Those dividers are broken jagged pieces of plastic. Very dangerous to her. I had to tell her not to touch it several times. I dont see why she kept insisting that we use it. We are big girls and know how to pay attention to our purchases.

Love this store. I always check here first for things because if they have it, it will truly be $1 (not $5.99 like some other "dollar" stores). Great selection and very friendly staff.

Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience at Dollar Tree as I did when Lachanda (I apologize if I'm misspelling her name or not remembering it correctly). She's a wonderful, young girl with black hair and glasses, I think. I had a shopping cart overflowing with items and she was able to scan EVERYTHING quickly and with ease so that the line which I created behind me did not have long to wait. Thank you Lachanda (again, sorry if I'm mistaken on your name) for making this hectic and stressful time of year so much brighter and easier! 😊. (This is my wife's account, I was the guy with long hair).

I can appreciate making small talk with customers but when the line is 12 people long and they have to wait a half hour just to check it is ridiculous. Either put her on a less busy time slot or make the other cashiers do thier job as well. Nobody has time for that nonsense no matter how well meaning. Its gotten to the point that if shes on the register i will turn around and walk out.

I miss Manager Jim! Older lady (small) blonde pageboy hairstyle who is a Manager is unhappy and rude! Never smiles and argued with me over the bags I wanted to use. (I like the large bags to load up). I mentioned I ask for these all the time with no problem and she said she could fire people for this. She just seems angry. Cashiers seem unhappy since Jim left that store.

It's a dollar store. Not much more can be said....it IS 1.25 but I guess "Dollar and a quarter" tree just doesn't have the same ring to it LOL

What's Not to Love?!?! Everything is a buck! And for party supplies to kitchen gadgets, to crafts and on and on! Your a fool if your wasting your money elsewhere! Have you bought wrapping paper, occasional card, gift bags, party supplies lately!? These other stores are robbing us blind! If you don't already shop here!? You should! Win win! 😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍👍👍

It's nice that everything is a dollar, but you can't get what you need because of that, for example, I needed a quart of oil for my car, but they couldn't sell it for a dollar. Do you see what I mean!

Great sales people always help if I can’t find something. Pretty good selection
