Could you tell this wood floor is not wood? BUT VERY PET FRIENDLY, PET FORGIVING.......... Can you tell this carpet is able to withstand PET FORGIVING MISTAKES? You need to check out this new flooring and Shaw pet friendly carpet and Dandy's Carpet. All clean up is easy peasy, no smell no stain.Coretec floor is easy to clean with the spin mop, and Shaw carpet just regular carpet cleaner,. If you are considering any change and you have pets.... you might want to get these products. BY THE WAY GREAT SERVICE

Don't trust these people. Bring your lawyer & make sure to get a signed contract! Their installer never replaced the mop board because he broke several pieces when removing. Then they tried to charge an extra $325 over their quote, because they couldn't get their regular installer & they had to pay another installer an extra amount (they claimed) but they never notified me of the additional costs until I tried to talked to them about the broken mop board. I had to buy & replace all of the mop board myself. To sum up, I went to complain about broken mop board & not replacing any mop board Store owner refused to talk to me about problems & tried to charge me $325 extra? Don't TRUST them! Don't deal with them. What a mess! Never ever again!

This is the best flooring store in the area. We are building a house and found Dandy the place to purchase all our flooring. Randy is super helpful and knowledgeable in all things flooring. If you are looking for a no pressure flooring retailer, this is the place. This store reminds me of customer service from prior eras, (before big box). No need to go out of town for flooring. This place is all you need. Highly recommended!

I had Dandy Flooring install carpet in 3 bedrooms and tile in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms 3 years ago and they did a great job. We decided to knock out a wall and needed more of the same carpet laid to match one of the bedrooms. When I called to schedule this, the man I talked to was unable to answer my questions when I was on the phone with him so he had to keep calling me back which was a pain. He was pretty hard to talk to on the phone. Wasn’t super helpful. I had to rearrange my schedule so they could come on April 1 because he was pretty difficult about scheduling and didn’t give me a lot of options. As you know, this was during quarantine, and I wasn’t sure for a couple weeks if they were still coming until the day before when he called to confirm. When the men showed up one was terrified of my dog. Wouldn’t even hardly come in the house cuz of her. She’s a huge sissy and is very friendly. Having a job where you go into peoples houses, you can’t be scared of dogs. Once he was in he would open the door and yell hello throughout my house (while my son was having a FaceTime piano lesson) until I came and he asked if the dog was away so he could come out. And yes, I put her outside. Then proceeded to tell me his vacuum didn’t work and he wasn’t going to clean up. So he left my new carpet filthy! How do you go to someone’s house to install carpet and leave it so dirty?!Happy the carpet matched and it is installed but very disappointed about the customer service and installation process. Will not be going back for anything else.
