I recently moved to this very small town. This is one of the few places that I can go where I can get just about anything. The breakfast pizza is delicious, hash browns are amazing and the chicken wraps are fantastic. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. Teresa and James are always so nice and friendly when I come in. They make me feel like a valued customer which is why I keep coming back!!

I don't want to pretend like this was the first time I've ordered pizza from here, but it was the first time I've been so disrespected. No taco sauce with our Taco Pizza and the WORST cheesesticks I've ever seen. It literally would have been easier to make these correctly. It will really make me rethink ordering from here again.

Walked into my local Casey’s to witness the manager with long brunette hair and glasses lashing out at her more senior employees and then coping and attitude with me and other customers. Insane to see the ogle county Facebook page literally ranting about this manager and how she treats people constantly and it seems literally nothing is done about it. Corporate doesn’t seem to care that the literal manager of one of their stores makes an entire community disappointed and uncomfortable. I want to be able to go to my favorite gas station and not feel like I’m going to deal with a grade A Karen. At that point I’ll go to the Mobile where all the ladies are always nice and positive. I only ever have a bad time or leave the Casey’s irritated when this one manager is working. Considering how all other employees are delightful, i can only assume Casey’s does a good job training and otherwise has a good staff, but that one bad apple taints the whole place. She should not be a manager, and should not work in the customer service business, as it’s the people business, and she has absolutely no idea how to treat others with basic human decency. That’s coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry her whole life. It’s utterly unprofessional.

Poor attitude amongst staff besides one woman with platinum blonde hair who’s very sweet, but other female staff is very catty, openly bashing other employees amongst each other, gives snotty remarks and answers to customers questions, and genuinely just don’t seem like they want to be helpful or kind to their customers. If you don’t like being in the customer service business, then please get out of it. It’s so unprofessional to talk bad about your fellow employees with 4 customers up at your register. Also the pizza we ordered came to us with the dough undercooked and chewy, when we called to let them know we were basically told that’s not their problem and they would not remake our pizza. Ontop of all that their machines are either broken or pour out water instead of coffee or hot Coco, overall I just genuinely don’t believe the employees care about their customers or their experience in their store. There used to be great employees there who made your day better by going in but it seems they’ve all left (as would I if I had to work in that toxic environment with those people). Sad day, I think I’ll go to mobile next time. Again thank you to the woman with the platinum blonde hair, you’re the only reason I go there in the mornings before work and also the only reason I gave my review 2 stars instead of 1

I love our caseys in Mt Morris ! Always a pleasure to go into. At least for me it is. There might be one employee that can be rude but who knows what type of people she deals with all day to make her that way! I've seen her on her good days so I know its not always like that! Regardless always a good feeling walking in there . I've been to several gas stations in Elgin that I dread having to go into paying cash . Being either because of the rude employees with rude faces..... or because of the crowd that hangs around those gas station and I've NEVER felt that here ! Always friendly people, always good food when one specific cook is back there ! The guy with all the tattoos! He's awesome at his job 👏 other caseys I've walked into aren't like this one so I think Mt morris is doing just fine 👍

Have been going to Caseys in northern il since 2014. I visit my severely autistic son weekly and have been bringing him to Caseys to buy snacks and use the restroom. I ALWAYS take pictures of him in the caseys, no problems,until today April 5 2022 @ 12:00pm to 1;:00pm. One of young girls that works there came up to me and asked why I had the camera out,,,are you kidding me????? I had told her I was taking pictures of my handicapped son,why should I explain my business to her?? This young lady needs to be terminated as her behavior towards her coworkers is appalling as well.

As a person who has lived in MM off and on since 1991, I am happy to have a 24 hours place that offers decent food. I LOVE that they offer meat products from a nearby local source... Headon Meats...their beef sticks are yummy & worth the price. I've had some of the brats & burgers...also worth the money.

Horrible customer service. Corporate office won't even respond to my complaint. Won't buy or recommend food from Casey's.i reached out as asked. no responce. customer service is just lip service. I stand by my earlierrating.

This location (unlike the 1 in Oregon) does enforce wearing face masks & most of the time the staff is wearing masks & wearing them correctly. The store is good & the staff is friendly.

Me and the kids ordered the Spinach and Chicken Artichoke pizza. It was ready when I came and picked it up Dez was making pizzas and it was so amazing!! Kids also enjoyed it very much!!

I was very disappointed in my pizzas tonight one pepperoni and one sausage. The sausage crust and meat were not done and pepperoni was only have done had to cook it ourselves in order to eat really unhappy

I'm in the store 5 to 6 nights a week around the same time,let's say 3rd shift time, they never have fresh coffee available, I've mentioned it on several occasions, and still nothing done, the coffee that they do have left is definitely old and always has coffe grounds in it ! It's the same lady every night, you'd think she'd get the point, but I guess she'd rather be talking with the other employee rather than work ! Very Disgruntled Customer !!!

I'm Sorry But the attitude from a couple upper employees at this location is ridiculous. To talk to and treat other employees the way they do is not Ok at all. Really makes me Not want to come in there.

I called to order some pizzas and she answered thank you for calling caseys, can you hold please... i said yeah.... so i hold for a moment and then click.. they hung up on me. So i called back and she answered with an attitude .can you hold on. Didnt even answer thank you for calling caseys. Ill take my business elsewhere.

18 for for a large pizza and there is no toppings no extra cheese total of 10 mushrooms maybe2nd time now ordered pizza and was like this never again will we order a pizza from the place again and I love there normal pizza by slice eat it all time
