The best value on many quality dog foods. One of those places you can find high quality treats and toys without a designer markup. I like the setting and the company culture. They love animals and are willing to help. Sometimes they hold events for pictures with pets and others with great sales on food.

Would not take a $100 bill for an $80.00 bag of dog food 🤔 WHEN IT'S FINALLY IN STOCK! OVER PRICED ON EVERYTHING. Found a higher quality food, more knowledgeable staff, and less expensive food at Cat and Hound on Liberty St. Everything dog and parrot related is WAY overpriced. They lost a very loyal customer today!

Stopped in to check this place out earlier today. What a gem! We are new to the area and I had no idea we had such an amazing pet supply store! I was going to specifically mention their amazing avian toy selection but there really is supplies for every pet you could possibly think of. Staff seems really comfortable. I hope everyone gives this place a visit before driving twenty plus minutes to one of the big box stores. It is great!

This is a great pet supply store! Everything you could want and then some. They even have all manner of supplies for horses. Name the pet and they more than likely have the supplies you will need. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are there to help you locate items and answer any questions you may have. Prices are very competitive and they go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with your experience in their store.

We went in to just check out the store, as we have both dogs and birds at home I was amazed at the variety of high quality foods and other items that were available for our pets. The selection of foods far surpasses any other pet or farm supply we have been to, and the prices are without a doubt much lower. The employees are very knowledgeable about their stock and the specific features of each. The customer service was wonderful, both when we were there in person and over the phone. Although I do not live close by, this will be my go-to store for all of my pets' needs.

Super friendly and over the top accommodating. Needed something to put on my pups feet so I don't have to wash them everytime I would bring him back in my semi. Gentlemen went and got a ladder and looked at his winter stock for me and found me what I searched 4 other places for and they didn't have them.Thank you!Store very well stocked and clean, I would definitely go back if I needed anything from their store.

A great selection of dog food, treats and toys. While I can't speak for other pets, it looks just as complete for cats. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience, and I'm there about once a month.

This is a good place to get most pet supplies. The chicken feed is a bit pricey but when we are in the area and absolutely need chicken feed we will purchase here.

The only place I can buy my cat's food. They have a really nice selection with limited diets, holistic, grain free in kibble and wet food. If you have a pet with food allergies, this is your place to shop. Anyone who has ever had to shop for a cat with a chicken allergy knows how impossible that task seems. This place has the answer and in a few different flavors for those picky eaters.

Great quality in both products provided and staff. Either this company is a family owned business or they treat everyone like family who works there. They have a great selection of products for many different types of pets and if they don't have something available they're more than willing to put a quick order in to have it delivered as soon as possible.The only place I go in Grundy County for pet food, treats and supplies!

I called ahead to make sure they had two bags of our purina kibbles...I spoke to the gentle men at the counter and they got it out of the back before I was done grabbing a few other items..I checked out and was helped out to my car...I come out from Joliet to shop there! And will continue!

This can be a great store, but my recent expirence is not what anyone would call "professional". The onlyreason I didnt go somewhere else was due to the young gentlemen who stopped what he was doing to come help me. There was another lady working as well, but couldnt be bothered to put the phone down to help. This is now the 3rd time I've encountered this problem or I get ignored for their conversation. They have good quality products and prices.

Had a bag infested with bugs...i will never go here again. This was my first bag there. I will just go back to Menards where i have never had this problem and we have had our dog for year. Now food disposed now...no more bugs!!

They have a lot of things including if you own a horse, more expensive and not as much for cat's like vitamins and other things but I'm pretty sure the area that I live is more of a dog then cat area? But I would still check it out if you need something
