very very rude when when my grandmother, who doesn’t have fb btw, tried to call and make an appt for her dog. will be taking my business else where since you don’t know how to talk to people nicely. sad i worked for arty when i was 16. she’s changed a lot over the years. old age must have turned her bitter.

They are one of the few places that grooms cats, and let me tell you, she does a great job. So as long as this business is up and running, I'll use no other. 5 🌟 all around.

First groomer visit for my 11 month old Golden Retriever was a huge success. Very friendly, confident and professional staff. Took the time to meet and become friends with him to ease any anxiety he may have been having which turned out to be more me stressing about how he would do and how he would be handled. When I picked him up he was still his happy go lucky self who looked like a champion ready to enter the show ring. We will definitely be going back for his next clean up. I would definitely recommend them and will first chance I get. Thank you for making my pups experience a happy one.

I brought my two dogs in for the first time for a grooming. A Goldendoodle and a Doubledoodle and I couldn't be happier with the results. A very caring ,friendly and professional grooming experience.Both dogs were finished beautifully and were not all stressed out.Our new groomer.

I bring all three of our dogs for the works, they love it. She is the only one I have found able to cut their nails. Knows the dogs by name right away and actually gets on the floor to give them loving. I LOVE IT, THANK YOU :)

Trust your dogs body language, something changed our dog came home and was in lala land until morning. To me she was given some type of pill (s) without us being asked or told after we picked her up. I have no proof and am very disappointed, just when you think you have found a great thing.

What a Love about this place, They have the best customer service friendly, and they take care of your pet as if it was their own, I have a cat named Max and I work at Sam's Tobacco & vape and Max has to get the lion haircut and he looks amazing.😁
