I’ve been in here several times and I’ve never had one bad experience. All the guys are very professional and extremely helpful. Prices are pretty comparable to bigger box stores but with a small town good costumer service that I thrive for. Highly recommend. It would be nice to have an RP lumber credit card. Kind of like lowes. 5% off or 6 months 0 interest

Chad Cottrell has helped me locate items I needed in a very professional and courteous manner. Chad even directed me to things I was not aware of that I needed. He is a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person to deal with. I will go back because of Chad's attitude and helpfullness.

My friend had to load lumber myself in Monticello, IL on 6-14-19, while 2 employees (1 male, 1 female) sat at the desk and pointed where the lumber was and told me "there's nobody out there, you can get it, it's along the fence" Your motto is "best service" That's a joke. Did not want to give a star but couldn't post otherwise.
