Customer service is as good as it can get, and the speed, they've got it figured out to get you from order placed to food in your hand in no time at all, especially with the influx of patrons wanting to try the new place out! Accidentally ordered food with wrong card was told they couldn't cancel so I asked to have the food instead then they told me it wasn't in their system so they couldn't make it even though I clearly had the receipt showing I paid for it like no refund upsetting since it made account negative but can't even make my food just cause you can't see it even thought I showed you like worst service I've ever had

All the staff were very nice to me and when I ordered my food it came in 5 minutes, So this why it is one of my favorite places to get food.Kid-friendliness: Right when I walked in they said hello to me and there were very nice so I gave them a $20 tip.

The owners work there. They are nice. They make sure your satisfied with your food. It took about 4 minutes to get my pork tenderloin sandwich since they cook it fresh. They have ketchup packages on the table not the actual container. There is mustard containers, salt and pepper shakers at the table. When a person leaves they disinfected. They know what table you sat at since they bring it out to you.

Not the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, but it was down there for sure. The chicken strip basket tasted like it was cooked in very old grease, the gravy was like water, and the staff wasn't exactly friendly. The store itself needs lots of cleaning and maintenance. In the women's restroom, the soap dispenser was both empty and broken. Makes you wonder what they are washing their hands with...We will not go back.

Went through the drive thru for a blizzard, when I got down the road there was no sign of any candy pieces just a few crumbs. This was a second chance I had given to this location. Seems like the owner cares more about profit than a quality product and great customer service. The service is less than desirable. This will be the last visit for my family and I !!!!

I was passing thru Monticello to go home 45 minutes away. I ordered in the drive thru. I ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich with NO TOMATO. I am highly allergic to tomatoes & I repeated NO TOMATO 3x's. I get home and find a BREADED chicken sandwich WITH TOMATO! I tried calling them 4x's....NO ANSWER. I guess I'm stupid for not checking the order before I left, but I shouldn't have to. People wonder why consumers get mad...follow directions people!!!!!!! Needless to say I threw the sandwich away. Never again will I go to DQ!

This is one of the better DQ Braziers I've been to. Everything is freshly made, the fries are crisp and tasty and never soggy. Of course the frozen goodies are great, but the food sets this store apart.

Precooked burgers. Sloppy service. Used to be an open kitchen. New owners built a wall so cooking practices couldn't he seen. Has made alot of people sick. Really went downhill since new owners put profits over quality. 5 star reviews are from the owners and family. Beware

Rude beyond belief. Many of the workers here are not native English speakers. I have no problem with that in general. However, at this place, when they misunderstand your order and make you the wrong item, they won't make the correct item unless you pay again. That's right, if you ask for a Caramel Funnel Cake and they make you a Caramel Frappe', you're choices are to take your Frappe' and like it or break out your wallet again. This was no isolated incident, either. While this was going on, another customer came to the counter who had ordered 2 banana split sundaes at the drive through and got two banana split Blizzards. The response was the same: if you want two banana split sundaes, that'll be another $10. Two orders wrong in a matter of 5 minutes, and both times they steadfastly refused to accept any responsibility or do anything to make the customer happy. Utterly ridiculous. My advice? Go to the McDonalds 2 blocks away. They don't have the selection of treats, but at least they have a clue how to treat paying customers.

Well where do I begin. They took my order. And 3 people after me got their ice cream before me. Then they ask what I was waiting for. I had to remind them I needed my ice cream and the stares we got very unfriendly place. We don't live there. I finally talked my wife into ice cream from DQ.And she said it will be a long time before we will go back to any DQ

Sadly, this place has gone down over the years. I use to love to have a Flame Thrower burger, but the last I had there you could tell was microwaved. The ice cream products are still good though.

Milkshakes here are not thick what so ever. If you order a sundae they'll give you more of the topping than the ice cream. Food has gone down hill dramatically as well.

Asked for a pup cup for my dog after going allerton park and the lady just straight up says they dont do that here... pretty sure you do give pup cups and I think the girl was being lazy and didnt wanna give me a free cup of ice cream.. i woulda paid a couple bucks for one but u lost me at not even doing that here.. wont be back
