I really don’t understand their services with medications. I just united with them to receive my meds in their location; but since the med is in Bolingbrook, I need to pick it up in another Walgreens. When 4 days ago, they told that they were going to ordered, to be brought to Orchard. And the pharmacist have a problem when I asked her if we have to go thru this every time we need this med. So, they don’t honor their customers. I’m about to take all my meds and give it to a different pharmacy that care about their customers. Believe it or not, Walmart can give us better service…and is across the street.

The worst experience i’ve ever had at a Walgreens. Spent thirty minutes going back and forth with two ladies in the pharmacy about a situation they were obviously clueless about. Giggling and gossiping behind the counter and laughing because I had my sister call to help. Belittling me and making me feel dumb over a situation I had absolutely no control over. Will never be going to this Walgreens again. A waste of my time and energy.

Store is pretty nasty and needs better cleaning , ppl always got a bad attitude at the front ,Manager is lazy and they need to hire better workers this Walgreens is by far the worst and also lots of stealings at this location due to workers not caring.

Worst walgreens ever. Pharmacy is so slow. They told me I can pick up my medication, then i come in and pick it up, and it was a extremely long line. I get to the desk and she says they have to call my insurance company tomorrow and the pharmacist will give me a call because their system wouldn’t process it. I need my medicine now!😡😡😡

Extremely slow pharmacy, was told that my medication would be filled by 2pm. I showed up around 3:30 to get them and they said they needed another hour. I called to check the status around 5pm and they said they said needed even more time…If you need your medication quickly I suggest going somewhere else.

I had put a order in for my seizure medication and said it would be in tomorrow. After 3 phone calls through that week I was told tomorrow every time. 8 days later still no medication. Called again and they said the same thing. Now that I'm out of it all a sudden they care about getting me some. Don't go there for meds.

The cashier named Jet is very rude. This is not the first time she has been rude to me, in fact it's the third time. I purchased a bottle of Pinot Grigio, and I came up to the cash register and she was behind the counter. I worked in retail for many years and I know it can be a thankless job so I always make it a point to be pleasant. I said "HI!" with a smile on my face, and she looked me in the eye and completely ignored me. So, I said "HI!" again, and Jet stated "I heard you the first time, I just didn't respond" and I said "OH. OK." This is the third time and I finally decided to repeat "HI" and I decided to complain. Hopefully, you will talk to your employees about not ignoring customers, considering they DO work in retail. It was irritating especially because I wasn't a rude customer. I spend about $1500 a month in Rx's at Walgreens. Luckily, the pharmacy employees are pleasant and professional. Jet is NOT.

This Walgreens would not accept my Federal Government issued US Passport as a valid form of ID. I do not have a drivers license and a US passport is the MOST valid form of id there is. I am appalled and will never be coming to shop at a Walgreens again.

There pharmacy is the Worse they take absolutely forever just to get a prescription I waited over 20 minutes just to get a prescription that is called in earlier today. If they could move any slower I'm pretty sure they would.

Service can be lacking at the front. I haven't used their pharmacy where service is likely to be better. I prefer the Walgreens on Galena for better stock and service.
