The staff has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING! Every Employee you come into contact with, is over the top Friendly and Helpful! There is a young Man that is ALWAYS there, I think he is a Manager. I believe his name is Isaiah. This Sweetheart has an AMAZING work ethic! You can tell that he has a ❤️ of gold, and will go above and beyond to take care of his Customers. I just hope that this company pays him what he deserves!

Extremely rude white blonde person in the front. Obviously hates her job but that’s no one else’s fault. Rushing customers out the door who are there to grab one thing because it’s 15 minutes until she wants to leave. Had the absolute worst attitude. This place needs better employees who are meant to work in the customer service industry.

It's what you expect from a dollar general. The staff are always welcoming but the management could be more friendly. Wrongfully labeled products should be sold as is. No argument. But management wants to argue the price. But she/they are in the back most the time and she/they are not controlling the placement of products with the proper labels. Just sayen. Its dollar general! But more should be done!!

Love that they have everything I need and it cheaper than the Grocery store. I purchase all my cleaning supplies, paper products and bath & body products there exclusively. Very friendly helpful employees at this location. Also love their seasonal garden & holiday items as well.

There are closer dollar generals to me, but the staff here are friendlier than any other ones and the store is cleaner and more well-kept than any dollar general in the area. Never had a bad experience shopping here, so when I’m looking for cheap household things, this is my first place to go.

Go here all the time since its walking distance, they dont restock very often though and some things they used to have they dont anymore

Your workers are great but your starting to get too pricey and you don't carry products that were your best selling items you stopped carrying them which caused me to go else where the store started off good but now it's not like it use to be what a shame .

Boulder Hill's own market. Staff are great. always friendly and helpful. everything is usually kept in stock and they keep decent hours.

Good store lots of things for cheep but the management is very close to dirt poor as far as customer service & class. This woman named thersa was very disrespectful to myself as i went in to spend a good amount of money. My change came out to be around 5 dollars & i asked for 2 dollars in quarters (she had 2 rolls in here drawer) she tells me this isnt a bank & i should go to my bank. But before all this i hear her using foul language & she was very loud well there were a few kids around & after her told me to go to the bank i asked her to watch her language around kids so she threated to call the police if i didnt get out of "her store" because i asked her politely to be curtious of others but she could careless no class.

Pretty clean as far as most DGs go. Very friendly staff but you always have to wait to get checked out.

Very dirty And old building. Aisles are very narrow and store is very crowded. Ok store if you really needed a bag of potato chips and lived right there.

I checked store hours online and closing time shows 10pm. When i got to the store at 9:10 the store was already closed. Sign show that store closes at 9pm. Online info needs to be updated.

Love this dollar store! Huge selection and they offer frozen food items.
