They have no signs up facing certain ways so if you go in the wrong way you'll have to basically cut off traffic to get around. Half the streets say no trucks, very inconvenient. They did get me in quick but the young guys are so quick to run off the they don't fully spot you backing in. It's dark, you can't see anything and I damaged my trailer in the back. Very frustrating, they need to spot drivers better at the very least.

OTR Driver here. Picked up here. It's directly located amongst residential streets. There are No Truck signs on many streets.The most direct route here for trucks is (I took this and easily okay for trucks): Hwy 34 to 180th Ave, to take left unto S.Main St., to take left unto W.6th Ave, to South B St. take left and immediate right unto W 6th Ave. Their dock area is on the right hand side(Google it you'll see). There is a Love's on Hwy 34 not far from the 180th Ave. mentioned above with CAT Scale.Checkin good, docking area descent, loading appx.1 hr.15 mins. Friendly folks. Limited ovnp I'm told.

Great first experience. 45 min to load dry van. First come first serve. No overnight parking.There are no truck route signs all over. Best way I found to go in was if you leave the Loves truck stop there in Monmouth off HWY 34, turn right out of the Loves, turn left on D Street, then turn right on 6th street. Destination is on the left. Turns are a little tight but pretty easy to get there. Park in the street and go check in.

This place is good in and out in no time. It says they close at 5pm and yes that is correct, BUT if you are picking up they are actually open until 10pm. Also very important any street you want to take it says no truck, so here is a quick and legal way take 34 to Main Street turn left go roughly mile or so you will see 6th street it will say truck route make a right and it will bring you here without a hassle.

Fast check in if you have all your info ready(trailer number, pick up number, final destination). The lot is kind of small but not too difficult to maneuver. I was in a dock within 15 minutes of arrival. There is a bathroom inside in the break room.

OTR driver with frozen raw stankie material and they acted like as if they didn't know what to do with they own merchandise. Been here over 2 hours and they still haven't figured it out. Do not recommend delivering refrigerated freight here.

Arrived, was told to back into the dock. Then I was asked to pull back out because they wanted to unload one of their own trailers first, I agreed. Then watched as the yard driver spent 5 minutes trying to back into the dock. I got impatient and offered to help. I backed the trailer and truck in the dock then waited for them to unload that truck. They did so quickly. I was then given the go ahead to back my trailer in again. Now I've been sitting here 2 hours waiting on someone to unload me on top of the one hour I spent waiting to get into the dock.

Called at 4pm to check on unload time to the front desk... Was told no problem we unload bulk 24 hours a day. I told them I would be in around 10:30pm to 11:00pm... was told by lady that answers the phone that was no problem there will be someone to unload!! Showed up at 10:45pm rang the bell in the back several times... walked around the building rang the front and found someone... was told no one was here help went home at 11... can't unload me! Rushed through another 600 mile day to sit on there lot for hours on end....Another frustrating moment brought to you by another disorganized company!!!

Good people to pick up from. The people who work here have always been friendly to me. I get about 1 to 2 loads a month from them. I do not know how good or bad they are to work for though. The location is terrible to get I to with a truck, even with a truck route. Do watch out for the telephone polls. They are close together and seem to get stuck often. They have an onsite scale. It is around back by the rails.

If you're unloading potato flour, dried peas, etc, prepare to be here 4 hours minimum. They don't have a regular pit, only a vacuum system. Poor engineering, if you ask me. I will not be hauling this product here again.

If your delivery requires you to go to the back dock behind the scale be ready to wait! It's one dock and it's on an angle but the side walls and railings are way off so every time you hit the dock it's still crooked until you have to practically park diagonally to get centerd on the ramp. It looks a bit odd when your watching from the side. Also the smell is just too strong!

Wasn't too busy so got loaded in short time. Downside? Apparently their computer system cannot accurately calculate weight, because bills stated 40,700 lbs, but ACTUALLY was 46,300 lbs when scaled. Also, when I called them to suggest they better account for the weights, I was told it must have been a "one time" mistake. 😧

This business deserves five stars for the promptness and friendly service that I received when I had to pick up a load from this location. For other drivers this location is just outside of a residential area where there are lots of families and deaf children play at so please be careful driving through this area.

Great place for truck drivers, friendly employees and very fast loading, I checked in at 8am and was loaded by 9am ..... Shipping and receiving hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday NO over night parking

This plant, along with Smithfield, produce an enormous amount of pollution to the city of Monmouth. At least, Smithfield is on the outskirts of town. This place makes my entire neighborhood smell terrible some nights...but as long as they employ people, and make lots of money, who cares about residents' air quality, right?

Typical pet food plant. Not much regard for truck drivers time. Actual unloading time it's was not bad but there was a lot of time spent waiting for no apparent reason
