Great traditional Dairy Queen restaurant. It has been updated to a Grill and Chill. It has a good selection of ice cream trays, hamburgers, and chicken.The people are friendly.The Flamethrower burgers are EXCELLENT! It is my husband's favorite place because of that. It's a common place for us to have a date night! ❤️

This location is always clean and the employees have always been friendly and nice. The drive-thru line can get long but it moves quickly. Today while I was through, I think there was a misunderstanding between me and the person working the drive. She told me my total and I handed her cash, while I was waiting for my change I had my hand out the window and I was moving my fingers because I’m always fidgeting and can’t sit still; I think she may have thought I was rushing her because she paused and gave me a weird look before handing me my change. Then someone else handed me my items; I just want her to know I was in no way rushing her and am sorry if it came off that way. Her service was great and I’m sorry if I offended her!

So disappointed the last few times we have been through. Tonight we asked for our order to be corrected. No problem. Got home to find it was still not correct. Manager apologized and said it would be remade correctly to come back up. Go back up and manager now refusing to give us a correct order. When I called the girl didn't have me on hold, totally mocked me while yelling for the manager. Long story short, very disappointed. I understand it is high schoolers left in charge at night but they do need to be trained more and most definitely need to work on customer service. Mocking someone for asking for a manager is very immature.

Saturday noon of Labor Day weekend. Service was quick. Had the DQ $5 lunch specials. Cashier greeted me entering, was pleasant and helpful. Food was HOT, temp-wise, the way I like it, taste was great. Restroom was clean and tidy and a pleasant smell but not overpowering. Snapped a couple outside photos. The outside eating area is large with umbrellas for shade and again clean. Twice while I was there tables were cleaned indoors. The outside eating area has round tables and a fence to help corral the little ones. This DQ is on Main Street Monmouth, off the main highway 34, but it is well worth the couple minute diversion. You can't miss it downtown.

My girlfriend ordered a butterfinger blizzard with extra candy pieces; it's literally nothing but vanilla ice cream. It's horrible, just everything else in thus soon-to-be ghost town.

I just went through DQ drive thru in very cold weather. When I got home my fries were still hot and fresh, which never happens anywhere else in town. My ordered meal was correct, and delicious. The service was great. I give DQ an A+.

It's a pretty standard Dairy Queen. The seating area was a little dirty when we were there but not terrible. We ordered 4 ice creams and we had barely finished ordering when the first one was done.

Everything is wrong every time I come here 😭 Nothing's worse than ordering a large sundae and getting a small in a large cup, lol. It probably wouldn't bother me as much if I hadn't worked here a few years back, but now that I know exactly how big each sundae size should be, it really peeves me to have it served incorrectly when paying so much 😭

Well I should know better than to go to DQ at night but I was hungry and it turned out the same way it always does - I end up getting a hamburger that's been sitting under the heating lamp practically all afternoon and then the hamburger was supposed to have lettuce on it, no, it had pieces, small tiny pieces of lettuce not even bitesize it looked like somebody just wanted to empty the bottom of the bowl. Luckily the fries were pretty decent so they must have had to make a new batch. My suggestion is never go there to eat at night go there in the afternoon when they have to make the hamburgers for us because of the lunch crowd.

Condiments on the burger were just poured on the burger so it was messy and sloppy. Looked disgusting. I had to wipe off the excess mustard. Service was good though.

Had the tenderloin sandwich with onions & bbq sauce. It was pretty yummy! Food is always good here and one of the best things is.... the free doggy dish of ice cream! My dog KNOWS when we are in the DQ drive thru!

Rude gal taking our order cut me off midorder. Not cool. There where three people in our party only 2 got food. And then I see on the bill I was over charged! Are you serious, won't be back. Not even worth the one star you got. And even now she keeps glaring at me, like really even burnt the toast.
