I went in yesterday afternoon to grab some soda for my nephews birthday party, didn’t grab a cart thinking I’d get one 12 pack no biggy. Saw they had a sale so I grabbed 3, now I’m carrying (3) 12 packs in my hands 2 people are in the main cashier line and these things were getting heavy so I look behind me and see a male employee is at the photo register. I walk up to him and ask if his register is open. He looks at me, ignores me, does not answer and as another woman is walking around the corner NOT stopping at the photo station he stops her and asks if she is ready to check out. She says once her photos are done she will, looked like she just planned to keep browsing until things were done. He said they are and goes around to go find them and get her checked out so she steps up to the check out line. All the while never acknowledges I’m there, that I was in front of him first or that I’d asked if his register was open so I too could be checked out. The whole thing was just super surreal. I’ve never left a bad review and had he even said oh sorry I was about to grab this other person or for whatever reason he’s unable to check out my 3 items I’d have said okay no problem but there was no help, no acknowledgment and honestly the whole thing was rude. I just ended up going back to the other line because I’d rather wait with a heavy load than deal with someone who acts like that. The lady at that register once I got checked out, was very nice. She’s the only reason I added a star.

I went to return some headphones I purchased as they did not work, and had the most unpleasant experience with the cashier named Tracy. When I asked if I could return she responded with a very snobby attitude. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location while she is on shift. Went in in a great mood and left in a bad mood thanks to her unkindly customer service.

Made a trip to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy decided they were going to be closed between 2pm and 4pm today. Now I have to make another trip to pick up my prescription.

I been costumer at this Walgreens since like 10 years ago they always treated me fair until today by the store manager (James) he flipped out on an online order that I was going to cancel due to out of stock items.He told me I was wasting his time making orders and canceling them so I just told him that I wasn’t going to pay for an incomplete order that part of he’s job was to deal with returns, isn’t it that his job? he was even trying to tell me how to shop lol by adding substitutions, and looking at the stuff I had in my shopping cart to keep arguing with me instead of apologizing or something. Sorry but if I’m paying for something it has to be the exact product I want, Story is longer but that (James) manager should get a class of how to deal with costumers I even had to call 1800 number to get it cancel because he did complete the pick up hope he really gets punished some how.

I have always gone to this pharmaceutical. I grew up in that area and always used Walgreens since they opened the first one across the street (now Salvation Army). The pharmacy staff has always been very nice and they always new me when I drove up or walked up inside. BUT now there is no one I know. The staff has all changed and service has changed. The hours have changed. I have trouble getting there to pickup my prescriptions .I moved and continued to go there. I am now close to the Ave of the Cities and 41st Street BUT you have to wait soooooo long in the drive up. People sit at the window forever. about the only time you a go without a line later evening and sometimes long lines then. I will not use these pharmacy’s anymore except the store part. I have switched to mail order through my insurance.

I had ordered some photos and poster from this Walgreens online that I was going to use at a visitation. On one of the poster I had used the wrong back ground and color for the text so I had gone into the store to see if it was possible to change my order before they printed it out. It was near closing time for the store so I was trying to get there ASAP.I was helped by a lady named Ellen who had helped me in the days before as I gather the photos I needed. She had been very cheerful every time I was in which was a lot in the past days. Luckily my order hadn’t been printed off, she was able to cancel my order and help me reorder it. She really put a lot of care into making sure the posters I ordered all turned out good and helped to make sure that the photos would be a-lined.She said she never wanted anyone to leave unhappy with their photos. I am so great full for the effort and time she put into helping me. They all turned out beautifully, thank you Ellen for your kindness, it really meant a lot.

I used to to live right by this Walgreens and even after I moved I still go there...but their pharmacist manager is very rude and seems to not have time for questions. He hung up on me today when I asked why I had got conflicting answers from him and his staff. Very unprofessional and I will be switching pharmacies.

Your job is not difficult, the pharmacist Katie was filled with attitude but lacked any information regarding COVID. I am disappointed and will be returning to CVS from now on out. I felt mocked for asking any questions and had to interview her to get answers. I am not sure if she lacked the knowledge, competency or humanity. It’s sad to see my hometown degrade itself every holiday I come home. TEAM CVS!

Had appointments scheduled a week in advance for Covid Booster and when we arrived was informed they were closing. The girl was very indifferent and not helpful at all. Very lousy customer service.

Nice and helpful folks at the pharmacy, but they can't keep it staffed. Hours change all the time, and are regularly cut shorter and shorter.

I will never have any of my families prescriptions filled at this walgreens pharmacy. This is the closest location to me but the stuff are extremely rude and lack any type of customer service

This place is rude. The hours posted are not followed. The pharmacists are not available when they are supposed to be and their customer service is nonexistent. Go to CVS instead.

This is our go to pharmacy. They are not open 24 hours, but they do a great buyers reward program, fast deive through prescription pick up, and walk in flu shots
