Called to check on status of a prescription and it said "ready for pickup anytime after 11am" message also stated that pharmacist takes a meal break from 11-11:30am on weekdays. Arrived to pickup the medication around 11:35 and was told it would be 20 min, explained that I needed to be walking out of there by 11:50 to get home so my husband could leave for work. Ended up having to leave without the medication. Came back at 1:15pm to be told that it is ready, but they can't give it to me because there is a note that I need to talk to the pharmacist and they are on their meal break. I'm beyond furious that my daughter still doesn't have the medication that she needs to get feeling better.

Don't get your prescription filled at 3100 Archer Drive, Eat Moline if you need to talk to anyone. NOBODY answers the phone. Online says prescription is in process but they aren't filling it til the following day. No notification.

Worst pharmacy in the quad cities. No matter when your prescription gets sent in even hours beforehand they will tell you “not ready yet 30 minutes” after I spent 45 minutes in the line to even get my son’s meds. This has happened atleast 20 times this year! It’s ridiculous don’t go here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this pharmacy. Promised urgently needed medication in one hour, it wasn't ready1 1/2 hours later. They said come back in another hour. Intead I got my script back and went to a CVS and had the needed medications in 15 minutes. This is not the first time this store done this , but it is the last.

Horrible Pharmacy - sends emails that its time to refill your prescriptions and then places them on hold because it's too early? And when you call to ask why they are rude and provide no help.

I have been a loyal walgreens customer for over 10 years,This walgreens has messed up my prescription order FOUR months in a row. Since i am only using two prescriptions a month,I figured how bad could it be, this walgreens is worse than mcdonalds,at least at Mcdonalds they are not rude, 13 minute wait to speak to a rep,then given false info. regarding when and if prescription would be filled, It would not be so bad but this month i actually was speaking to the store pharmiscist,RUDE,RUDE,RUDE, Yes iwill keep going back to mickey dees as you at least get friendley servic and 40 percent of getting what you ordered,Please read other reviews!!!!!! Hyvee pharmacy here i come!!!!!

This pharmacy has messed up my medications on two separate occasions. The first time I was given less than a months worth of medication. I was asked if I was sure I had not taken some already, implying that I 'must have not remembered that I took them'. The second time, on two medications I was only given a seven day supply instead of a thirty day supply. I was told by the pharmacist at that time that they are short staff, as if this is an acceptable excuse. They take no accountability and if anything is messed up, it must be your fault. I switched to a different pharmacy and I would recommend you do as well.

I had an antibiotic transferred to this store and they filled it within the hour. Although the pharmacy was operating under staffed, they still managed to fill my prescription in what is now considered to be ASAP. Very good techs and pharmacists. They try their best.

Worst ever since the other Walgreens pharmacies have closed down, and they switched to a using an off site filling station. Plus, try to get your prescriptions transferred to a completely different name brand pharmacy is not a simple task. Major angst. I loved my pharmacy in East Moline. They were friendly, kind and prompt. Never a problem in all the years I used that location.

This store has gone down hill. I have cancelled all prescription's, refill notices. They still send refill notices, so I called to talk to the pharmacist. Apperentlly you can't, you get a customer care person that can't do anything. Good job Wallgreens your loosing alot LIFETIME customers!

As I was waiting in line my arms got tired of holding some of my items. When I was next I set milk on the counter. The cashier got visibly upset and said I’ll be with you in a minute very rudely. Another cashier came and she rang me out. As I was about done I said to her that guy is very rude. She ignored me and seemed to have trouble printing my receipt. She asked if I needed it. Knowing I had signed up for email receipts I said no thanks. As I left the other male cashier glared at me right in the eyes like he wanted to fight me. I assume he heard me. Also for the first time ever I never got my email receipt. I’m done with this kinda of poor behavior from people that work with the public.

Cannot talk to pharmacy anymore. They are a mess. . No one answered the phone at all on two half hour waits to check if scripts were ready. Made a wild goose chase to pick up perscriptions. Now I have to sit and wait a half hour. They stupidity called and said they are ready when they were not!! I think they're headed for going out if business.

This is the WORST PHARMACY EVER!!I have been trying to get a prescription for 6 days.. all because of PROBLEMS with this pharmacy!!I am sick of waiting for hours on the phone to get promised my prescription would be ready that day.. I've been waiting 6 days!!NOT SURPRISED WALGREENS US CLOSING STORES!!Very sadfor East Moline!!

Since they closed a nearby Walgreens pharmacy the location I go to takes way to long to get my prescriptions picked up I’ve been waiting over an hour in drive thru I am taking my business somewhere else like Walmart after 15 years at the same pharmacy they will be loosing my buisness

Switch your pharmacy before they tell you the prescriptions ready for you to wait in line 45 minutes for them to tell you it's on back order and they don't know when it will be available!! Thanks Walgreens worst Walgreens location ever

This is the rudest Walgreen's yet. Not helpful and treats the customer with no respect. I thought maybe a bad day but nope it's the way they treat the customer then dont have your stuff ready.if I could give negative stars this would be the Walgreen's that got it ho any where but there

Bad store. Lady at the pharmacy said I could only make an appointment online. Website wouldn't work. Go in find out she lied they can make one in there instead of apologizing they called me a woman. I'm a man who do they think they are A. Thinking calling somebody a woman is an insult & B. Insulting customers!

My favorite Walgreen's drug store because the employee's are super nice and helpful. I have never had an employee here be rude or crabby like they are at other Walgreen's stores.They have even found coupons to save me money on prescriptions.
