All I can say is the ladies here are awesome! I had been shopping almost everyday for 2 weeks straight for a nice dress and failed everywhere. When I stopped here one of the ladies of course asked if she could help me and I told her my dilemma that I needed a dress for my stepsons wedding and hadn't been able to find anything. That was all it took, they all went out of there way to help me. So after trying on multiple dresses there was one they all liked and said that's the one. They even found jewelery to match. They always have the nicest things here. So thanks again ladies for being so kind and helpful. I'll definitely be stopping by regularly.

I had a very terrible shopping experience here over the weekend that I cannot stop thinking about. It started when I first entered the store. I was never greeted upon entering, I walked in and an older woman behind the counter with shoulder length hair looked right at me and wouldn’t acknowledge me in anyway. Not a huge deal, but it felt off as she looked right at me.I was never engaged with at any point while inside of the store. The store was mostly empty and the workers were busy replenishing items and talking amongst themselves. When I went to check out there was no one behind the counter, and or in sight of the counter. I stood there patiently until finally the phone rang and the same woman (with shoulder length hair) rushed past me, again would not acknowledge me. No apology for my wait, not seeing me standing there, nothing. She then proceeded to pick up a bell from behind the counter and place it in front of me without saying one word to me. After placing the bell in front of me she turned her back to me and took the phone call?! At that point I placed my purchase on the counter and left. I did not feel right about purchasing something after such a poor experience.I am still pondering the reason as to why this bell was placed in front of me without instruction? This was an extremely rude gesture through the eyes of a customer. I worked in retail for over 9 years and would never imagine treating a customer in this manner.I have never left a 1 star review for any other business and hope to never have to again, especially to a small business. It is my hope that this review will be taken seriously and will assist in creating a better customer experience for others in the future.

I love to shop this little treasure! I would have given it a 10 star before today. Had a glitch with the card reader. Might have been my fault for not pressing my pin in correctly. My clerk was, and is always awesome. I felt like the other clerk was annoyed that she needed to help fix it. It really was not a big deal,but I felt like she wanted me to know I was the "problem"! I will continue to shop here,but I will speak up next time.

Pretty good selection for a consignment shop. I found that the items were the quality and price that I was looking for. Nice selection of women's clothing, but nothing for kids. Cute furniture items and dishware. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Great friendly place. Filled with items that are cheaper and in better condition than the Salvation Army and the Goodwill. Place is clean and I do not fear bringing bedbugs home!

This place has everything you could imagine! It was HUGE! Theres no way we looked at everything and we were there a little over an hour! They have new and gently used merchandise. We just decided to stop because we've never been there and if you look at the from outside it looks like a small store until you enter, youll be suprised. Also its very clean and as organized as a consignment shop can be! Lol...im going back again and again!

Just so-so in terms of customer relations.Kept me on the phone for 10 minutes while chit-chatting with co-workers I heard in the background. No phone manners.Selection ok, but not my style of clothing.
