I'm really bummed, the new store is really cluttered and there is mostly new stuff to buy, not really any used stuff anymore which I do try really hard to buy as much used stuff as possible but I feel like the new shop is filled with too much stuff that is common to come across, I like to find things at a thrift store that are unique and more like if you found it then you are the lucky one! I understand that they need to build back up their donations but I think this is just too much like a gift shop for me to really enjoy spending "thrifting time" in. It also feels a little too different and not as home like as the old building.

I stop into this shop a few days a week. The vibe is so happy and everyone is glad you came. I’ve bought furniture, clothing, gardening items, baby clothes, but mostly I support this business for its mission to help animals in need. The owner is kind generous empathic and you gotta love someone who loves animals as much as Erin does. If you’re looking to donate to a great non profit this is your place. You can always drop off gently used items and know that your helping the communities animals. Erin always a happy smile to greet a new customer and her faithful volunteers are there to lend a helping hand. I highly recommend this quad cities “voted the best resale shop” to everyone.

My baby needed surgery badly from bladder stones and they helped me pay. So instead of doing it all on care credit, I can pay them back with more leniency. They talked with the vet and helped get the appointment set up and problems up with quite quickly. They stepped up for my guinea pig when my pet insurance wouldn't.

I've found some really good books here several times, but they sell a wide variety of items. It's nice supporting a local business that in turn supports a really good cause. Much better than the "transactional" vibe you get at big box stores or shopping online.

OMG, I always find the most adorable home made gifts courtesy of the wonderful supporters of Rescued. Today it was colorful stuffed cloth pumpkins for fall decorating. Last week it was office clothing for my daughter's new job! It's a wonderful boutique ❤

This is a WONDERFUL place, and I donate any higher end items that I think they could sell. It's a good cause, and I'm so pleased that they're in the area. The parking can be a pain, but if you're just dropping off, it's easier if you have someone drop you off and swing around to pick you up because the parking spaces are always full.Great business plan for a great cause!

Very cute little shop. It's a little tight on space, it's a converted older house, but that just means there is something new at every turn. I will for sure be back.
