We took our sheepadoodle to get groomed (bath & cut) for the first time and could not have been more disappointed in the outcome. His paws were left looking horrendous. He was fully shaved after discussing with the girl, Becca, in length about what we wanted. We work hard to take good care of his fur, but understood he had some matting on his legs that needed to be cut shorter but she said they’d keep his body, head, and tail longer. The girl even called shortly into his appointment to ask if we were okay with his legs being shaved shorter than his body. We agreed, but when we picked him up, his tail was left completely untrimmed, his body was just as short as his legs, and his ears were shaved down to the skin. After specifically asked for his head/ears to be left shaggy and long. We did the consult at the beginning and the shaving of his ears was never even mentioned as a possibility. I will never bring him back after the horrible experience. On top of all that, we were charged an extra $60 for brushing so we expected they had managed the matts and kept him longer but there’s truly nothing left on him to brush aside from his untrimmed tail. Would also like to add that I told the girl he looked awful and she did not do anything to rectify the situation

Kylie was perfect, so kind very sweet and our Cleo looks like a new dog! She needed a groom so bad and we can tell Cleo loved it all. Top notch groomer!

I took my daughter this evening to purchase a guinea pig, her rat had just passed away a few days ago, it was 7:38 p.m. the website says the store is open until 9 p.m. The lady who came to help me was very rude about the time saying they stop selling 30 minutes before close, then treated me like an idiot about all the necessities for the guinea pig as if I'm a newby to the game of pets to only refer to the time again more rudely this time. I feel she could have handled that better and maybe you should have the time changed online. Needless to say my cart with 200 dollars worth of stuff was left in the aisle and nothing was purchased.

This is our local PetSmart. We love coming here. We always find everything we need, the store is always clean, and the workers are always pleasant to deal with. Large selection of items for any type of pet you may have. Check it out!

Always a good place with friendly staff and customers. You will see a dog or 2 with their owners. I like visiting the cat adoption area to see the available cats and kittens.

I love PetSmart! I can get foods there I can't get other places. They have such a wide variety of food and other products. The staff is always helpful. Their pets they sell appear healthy and I think it's awesome that they adopt out the cats. Their aquarium department is awesome. I highly recommend this store. I buy things fir my 2 cats here.

I’m not a fan of big box stores. That being said when the small shops like Teskes or Roe aquarium are closed this is my go to spot in a bind. When you have multiple pets there’s always some sort of need after my favorite spots are closed. This one is a good one!

Fish were sick and now lost a 14 12 in coy don't buy fish fro. Here I lost big timeBecause my daughter wanted 5.99 goldfish lost 4 years of taking care of fish ! I should be compensated.!!!

I called there Saturday and was told they didn't have any crickets in stock. I found out today that a friend of mine was there Saturday night and watched them bag crickets for a customer.

Nice diversity and amount of aquarium supplies. The fish themselves weren't encouraging. My 3 yr old enjoyed watching them, I felt sad at the drastic overstocking and death in the tanks

The girls are so sweet with my velvet hippo WHISKEY!! They really do a great job!! He was soooo exhausted after his spa time. Highly recommend!! And Alicia is so sweet and does an amazing job with my big.boy.

I haven't been here for over a year, but the staff is very friendly and if you have a question about reptiles like a bearded dragon they will certainly point you to the material you need to read and how to get your terrarium started as well.

I had this super kind girl becca groom my dog and let me tell you she was just the best if I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She was speedy and super helpful. She even took the time to explain how short the nails could be grinded to prevent the quick from being damaged! I’ll be stopping back in soon!

Zoey had a great experience at Petsmart! Megan was so patient and gentle with her! We had a mobile groomer say that she was too anxious to groom andwe would need to take her to a groomers at a vets office. I highly recommend Megan and Petsmart ! Zoey looks beautiful!

I called to get our Mazie's nail trimmed. Spoke to a gal name Renee. She was super personable and answered all question. Brought her down right away. Once we got their Renee was soooo nice! We went with a pedi special she told us about. She treated Mazie gently and talked to her the whole time ♥️. We will be going here for grooming as long as Renee is here!The rest of the store is great! The employees go over and beyond to help with a of our needs! It's our one stop and Mazie loves to go and pick out her own toys!Thanks for spoiling our baby!!!
