We have been having our golden retrievers groomed by Tori at Petco. She is awesome. Our Goldies have a lot of hair and they always come home looking and smelling wonderful. She is patient with them and always takes their individual needs into account. We will continue to have Tori groom our Goldies. Thank you!!!

I used to take my dog here. We would explain the type of haircut we wanted, but he would be left all choppy!! There was also times they wouldn’t cut/file his nails correctly, leaving pieces of nails hanging off. It would take up to 4 hours for him to be finished, which is way too long especially for him to not look good! He would always whine and shake in fear before entering, so I decided to take him elsewhere.

They got my pup in last min without a second thought, my dog is a Tibetan mastiff and has tons of fur and they did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable also!. This is the first place that knew before hand not to shave her down and how to work with her coat. It's a week later and (doing after care as they instructed) and she still looks and smells great, I was so impressed I booked her next appointment right then before we left!. Will take her there from now on! You ladies rock!.

I was high anxiety to get the dog's nails trimmed. He's never been in a dog grooming situation before. He is a rescue that was abused. And then on top of that oh, I had a dog that the vet technician broke his leg while she was trimming his nails. I paid $4,000 for an operation and the dog died. All over getting nails trimmed with a hot head with a Nippers in her hand. The dog pulled back and she yanked his leg so hard that it broke. The girl that waited on us was a terrific. God bless her

I had been taking my husky to Petco now for almost a year.. today I went to the scheduled appointment and was told my dogs hair was matted under his belly and that there was a note from the last groomer that he was aggressive and if he came in and needed his under belly done that they would not groom him... I am giving a one star because this is the first time anyone has ever told us there was any issues... I wastold if i had brushed him and he didn't have matting they would groom him...my complaint is that there was never any communication to me regarding a problem. Not the last time or anytime i picked him up, not when i called and made the appt and not when they called me back to change the appt time to eairlier to accomodate the groomer. In my opinion very poor customer service and communication. A complete waste of my time.I took off work, today to bring him in, and rearranged my schedule for them.. now I am sitting here with a smelly dog who needs grooming a wasted morning and now I have to find another place to go. I completely understand if my dog is nipping at the groomer when she does his underbelly, but why wasn't I ever told of this. All she kept telling me was its in his notes..last time I checked I do not have access to my dogs grooming chart in thier system... and I am not a mind reader. Need to train your staff to communicate to the customers. My time is valuable just like anyone elses. I can't address problems unless I am aware there is one.

Stacey is so good with both our dogs, Peanut and Maddie. Easy accommodations, close to home location to take our dogs to go have Stacey groom them. She does excellent, very caring job with both our dogs. Very pleased with her work and knowledge of products for dogs health and happiness. Thank you very much , again Stacey.

They have work with chrono (my dog) so much with grooming! He use to be terror about getting his nails done but because of the girls he doesn’t even try to fight anymore. They are always so friendly when I walk in and always willing to try working with him on other stuff that he has a little bit issues with (the dryer) As a dog trainer that is amazing they will work with me in training!
