First off 5 stars isn't enough. I am so grateful to Oak Knoll. They were so kind and understanding. They helped my bunny during an emergency. They could have turned us away but instead they took the time to find out what was wrong with our bunny and actually helped him. They went over and beyond. We left feeling reassured and hopeful our fur baby will be back to his happy self soon. Thank you ❤️

We’ve been bringing our fur babies to Oak Knoll for a few years now. We’ve always had good experiences, but after one of our dogs had a life-threatening situation, I have even more respect and gratitude for the hard-working ladies at Oak Knoll! They immediately got us in and started treating her. Dr. Clinton called me to keep me updated on my dog’s condition, explained everything that was happening, and answered all my questions. Though having a sick pet can be a scary situation, I can rest assured knowing my dog is in good hands. The staff at Oak Knoll love and care for every animal like their own. It doesn’t hurt that they have super affordable prices, too. Instead of worrying about expensive vet bills, I can just focus on taking care of my fur baby. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Oak Knoll Animal Hospital enough!

While the staff was friendly, their vet recommended a leptospirosis vaccine for my senior chihuahua, who ended up reacting so horribly to it I was worried I’d lose him. Come to find out upon a quick google search, most people decide against this vaccine for small dogs because they’re known to have bad reactions to it. I just cannot trust a medical professional that wouldn’t even warn me about that happening. My poor boy still isn’t feeling right and it’s been two days now. Perhaps some of this was on me for not researching the vaccine before letting them administer it, but the fact that I wasn’t warned about this extreme of a reaction at all makes me lose all faith in this place.

Our experiences with Oak Knoll have been very good. The staff is friendly, and we've found that we don't have to wait days to get an appointment when needed (a real problem at our last vet's office. We often couldn't get in sometimes for 2 weeks).

Their bedside manner for pet parents is comforting and refreshing. They listen and provide compassionate care for your cats (and other pets). Bonus points for being able to schedule online as well. I think their pricing is in line with other veterinary clinics as well. Highly recommend for all you anxious pet parents out there.

Oak Knoll is truly family. They care about my kitties as much as I do. All of the doctors have examined my youngest and fluffiest boy, who also happens to be spicy. They have taken the best care of him while we figure out the best way to manage symptoms and find underlying causes. Shout out to Dr. Trammell as she has dealt with him the most and gone above and beyond for my handsome muppet. I always recommend Oak Knoll and after all we have been through with him it's easy to trust my other two with doctors and their wonderful staff!

Minus the circumstances, sadly we had to let our 20 year old Shih-Tzu go to sleep. The staff at Oak Knoll we so kind and truly had our/his best interests in mind. We were able to get him in during a horrible blizzard when everywhere else in the QC's were closed due to the weather, they even called us back for an earlier appt arrangement. I would recommend this veterinary to anyone. They were wonderful and we were able to set up everything after-the-fact through them as well.

I did love taking my animals my 2 dogs and 1 cat but they fell under new management they do not take payments anymore so us with loved ones if they need something that is costly and you don't have the full amount they will let your loved one die. Sorry to be the one to tell you but they don't tell you until you pick them up.

They saved my girl from Pyometra very nice people especially Dr. Trammell she basically knew right away what was going on and the X-rays showed she was correct. I would recommend.

Thoughtless service, they a refusing to vaccine records for my dog bc they are unable to determine who the owner is when I've been in 3 times and paid for everything. Vaccinations records for a dog, my dog for a year, not a hippa violation

They do everything correctly, but the impression from this business is that they are more interested in earning money to pay their employees than treating your pet. They do not attempt to diagnose an illness with your pet, they simply suggest a ton of tests and x-rays. This shotgun approach to medicine is effective, but incredibly expensive and wasteful. And indicative of unskilled veterinarians. If you have a lot of money and don't mind paying for what you don't need then this veterinarian will suffice. However, I highly recommend City Line, they will only charge you what you actually need and ask pointed questions about your pet's illness that lead to the correct tests. Each visit to City Line has cost me under $50. Each visit to Oak Knoll has cost over $200. Keep in mind that all of the tests that Oak Knoll ran did not result in any benefit to the specific illness of my pet. They were pointless, but were immediately suggested upon making the appointment.

Greatest staff ever! They are all wonderful, but our puppy holds a special place in her heart for Tabitha. 💜 She helped nurse our Maci back to health, and she was so good with her. Dr. Clinton and Dr Trammel are awesome!!!! Very caring veterinarians. Wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else

Our rescue dog is Very Anxious about the vet, but the staff is patient and understanding about her needs. They answer all our questions and provide options for her care, as well as reminding us of her yearly shots.We've been coming to Oak Knoll since we moved to the QC 20 years and three cats ago. They cared for our cats and helped us through the passing of each one.Simply put, Oak Knoll loves animals as much as pet owners do.

We have had an excellent experience bringing our 2-year Goldendoodle, Java, to Oak Knoll for all his veterinary needs since he was a puppy. The staff does an excellent job to make him comfortable to the point that he is excited whenever we show up again. They are also very communicative over the phone whenever we have questions regarding the health of our dog.

After a not so good experience with my normal vet I was recommended to Oak Knoll and man am I glad I found this place. During my first visit they went above and beyond taking in my cat. The same day I called even though they were all ready full they took him in immediately because they could tell something was very wrong with him, to staying over an hour late to get him some much needed help. I will FOREVER be grateful to this vet and they have now gained a new loyal customer. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work to try and save my cat.

Way too expensive. They overcharge because they can.Went in for a checkup was sent home with some medication-$300 everytimeThey also told me my dog needs two teeth extracted and they told me it would be $1200 or more. I went to a different vet in my small hometown and the same procedure with an additional spay would be $500. The hometown vet didn’t think the teeth needed pulled either.Oak knolls has hopped on the pet insurance band wagon and overcharge because they can. Try to get other opinions before spending money on a. Surgery and go elsewhere especially for check ups.Oh but wait oak knolls does offer a subscription service if you want discounts … gotta love profit driven companies

Have taken our 3 Rottweilers there for years. Always treated well and they are great with dogs big and small. Am taking our pit bull we rescued from the shelter there.
