Store was dismally quiet with about 4 employees to each customer. Store is kept relatively clean and they have a great selection of top quality power tools. I was asked about 7 times if I needed help as I walked through the store. I would shop Lowes more often, but for some reason can't pay my Lowes Pro card bill online, so I don't use the credit because I don't like having to mail them a check. Prices are slightly higher than Menards, but its not a bad store.

We bought five mirrors and had them shipped. Two were broken. We returned them with no problem and the young lady was very helpful and polite.

First they disregard my work schedule for delivery times. I had to take off work to receive my item. Then they came with a damaged unit. Then they said they'd bring a different one the next day, vso I had to leave work again to receive my item. I walked an hour for them after they had said I was next for delivery. They came while I was there, but they didn't call to tell me they were there, and they didn't ring the doorbell. They knocked. I got a call stating that they need to reschedule the delivery because no one was home. I was there. I had my phone in my hand. They didn't call. I am very frustrated now. Are they going to ask me to take a third day of work to get my item???

I purchased 3 deadbolt locks to be installed in my home in Rock Falls Illinois.The installers were hired through Angie's list at Lowe's.There was an installer that showed up late and then after just installing just one non bolt lock quickly left my home. Before completing the installation of three more deadbolts locks.She called a friend in Sterling Illinois to complete the installation. I don't think either one of them was bonded or insured. However they were hired by Lowe's off Angie's list.I was disappointed to find some things missing out of my garage after he completed installing the locks to the Garage.

Haven't been to a Lowes in years. Was impressed with the square footage and amount on products offered! Wish we had one closer to where we live but... worth the drive for something on sale that we wanted!!!!!

This was our go to home improvement store as well as appliances, holiday decor, plants and everything in between until tonight. Cashier W who was working self scan as all registers had no available cashier handy. My husband and I had 2 items and another couple on the other side was scanning and about to leave. They walk out the door and the alarm starts going off, they keep walking and W ignores the alarm as he is fixated on my husband. The two who walked out have a lighter skin tone than my husband. With how we/ more so my darker husband was watched scanning his two bags of plant food and inserted his card, W couldn't stop staring watching his every move and didn't blink an eye at the couple who set the alarms off. I'm appalled, 2023 and this disgusting behavior is still going on and I find it hard to believe we are the only ones that have had this treatment before. Lowe's needs to offer better training and maybe monitor the behavior of employees while interacting with a variety of customers. I will be reaching out to the general manager tomorrow and following up with someone in corporate. This person was not "just doing a job", he pinpointed a person based on color and watched him closer than any lighter person. Had my husband been a thief and walked out with those two bags we all know a cashier isn't able to stop you at the door, so again his actions were not warranted.

Absolutely horrible business and corporation. My credit card number was used to buy a large purchase online. The order was to be picked up in California, using my Quad Cities billing address. Lowe's never checked the pickup person's identification, and also didn't follow other protocols. When I reported this fraud to my credit card company, Lowe's admitted to not following procedure, but insisted that I benefited from the transaction. Thus my credit card company was unable to process this as stolen use of my card and I had to pay for the transaction.The Moline location is horrible in every way. There is no staff to help, and they don't even have a cashier sometimes, you either have to use the self checkout, which I refuse to do for my own legal protection, or find someone that can run the register.

Lowes knows that's for sure because they know how to be close to where I live and seem to enjoy the layout more but that's just because the many more visits not to mention they price match below Home Depot which can be controversial however saving money always takes presidence in those decisions.

Next to impossible to find anyone to help you. I've ordered appliances from them 3 times and every time they messed up the order. One appliance I paid to have it delivered and installed, and take the old appliance... They left the new appliance in my driveway (without the necessary parts to hook it up) and didn't take the old one. Ordered lumber to build a deck and the lumber they delivered wasn't what I ordered. Ordered a set of patio furniture and it was completely busted. They wanted to charge another delivery fee to bring a replacement. Only reason I go there are for small purchases because its closer than Menards.

I have tried to call the pro desk and I have been hung up on 3 times in a Rowe , you would think I'd we do business with them and spend as much as we do monthly we could get a nice friendly person to answer the phone. Instead, we get hung up on redirected. And put on hold for 25-30 minutes at a time only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up on you. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Moline IL location...Had a wonderful experience today at the kids workshop. My husband and I brought our youngest son to build a bunny planter (super cute). Emma (worker that got us set up) was so very sweet and helpful. She even informed us of an Easter event for kids coming up this next weekend (definitely signing up for that).We unfortunately missed the last workshop that we registered for because we had to go out of town last minute. One of the other employees, Jeff, was so helpful. He went searching as much as he could to help find us a couple cardinal kits for my boys. At first he couldn't find them (I was just so grateful that he tried)...then as we were about to leave, he approached us with two kits that he had found.We had been so bummed that we missed it since cardinals remind my boys of their late grandpa (my dad). This just made our day! Thanks Jeff for going above and beyond to find us those kits. It was so kind of you!

I ran in today in hope to get the female scarecrow ( I bought the male last year and ran out of his friend)Found the last one and I’m currently sporting a broken ankle and in a boot and crutches. Kaitlyn helped me as soon as I walked in and brought it out to my car for me and loaded her. Thank you lovely one, she looks lovely

Ive been coming here for years. Bought almost everything in my house from here that I need. This past experience has been the worst of all. Bought a 600 Blackstone and a new microwave 4 weeks ago. To this day I still do not have either one. They have sent “workers” or delivery drivers to my house 3 times and each time they have left without installing my new microwave. First they had to measure, even tho I already did that, then they brought a defective unit, and today they brought the wrong one. Each time they say “sorry, we don’t work for Lowe’s, we are just deliver drivers”. They also never put my grill on the schedule to be assembled, when they finally did, the driver calls and says “sorry, it fell off the truck and is damaged”. Lowes has never once called me to follow up, it’s always be me having to call and find out when the new microwave will be ordered, when will it be in, when is the grill going to be put together, when can it get on the schedule for delivery….ect. Every person says “sorry, not my job” or “sorry, I don’t know anything about this”. Worst experience ever. Cancelling both orders today.

I wanted this on here to be seen by the people and not just email the company so that way others who are looking to apply know what might be coming to them..You never even gave me the opportunity to interview and prove my worth Karissa with staffing.You send me a text message for an Interview on May 3rd To set up a day and time I have available for one. I respond back to said text message stating the days and time (basically wide open), and never got anything back. Not even a phone call when I left a message with your staff. And then you have the audacity to email me today (28 days later) saying the position was filled? Or that you’re proceeding with other candidates?Lol what a joke. I’m glad I wasn’t hired by unprofessional people/company. You lost out on a very great customer service oriented, hardworking and dedicated employee.

I am a frequent customer and always find what I need and when I need service or help I can find someone reasonably quick. Last trip had to have carpet cut from roll and the employee was super friendly and helpful.

The store sent the delivery/installation guys with the wrong stuff to install my washer/dryer not once, but twice. Now they are telling me they don't even sell the thing I need to fully install my dryer. Each time I have been to the store the appliance department has been pretty inept.

Beware of this store. The delivery company was horrible. They didn’t hook up vents correctly to dryer. It wasn’t connected when we went to use dryer. Washer want leveled so it would rock back and forth when machine would spin. Also ordered a freezer which wasn’t delivered. The person at the store said we didn’t order one and then called back and said he was just a “part-time employee and he wasn’t sure what happened but he would have manager call us back and no phone call yet. Poor service.

I attempted to purchase a riding mower online and was unable to reach customer service. Decided to go into my local Lowe’s for assistance. Matt assisted us at the customer service counter and after I told him my experience, he worked diligently to fix the issue. Although Matt was unable to solve the issue, he promptly called Ian, who figured the problem was with my credit account, called customer service for me, and also had my mower delivered next day. I sincerely appreciate these two guys going above and beyond getting our new mower delivered.

Called to make sure they had item. Was hung up on. Called back receivers great service. Told had to buy item online or be at store by two others they can’t pull items rest of the day. Asked if item was in good shape told yes. Drove and hour to pick up item arrived to damaged box. Customer arrived allowed me to open item. Back bracket is so bent which is the support. Offered no support or options. Asked where accountability was ? Told to bad but if I buy anything else in store they can maybe offer discount. Waste of time gas and and money. Don’t waste your money or time. Go to another lowes or different store.

Don't buy a gas stove and pay to have them install it. Let's just say 4 days later and 3 different "installer's" later and I had to do it. They refunded us and gave a gift card. Going to Menards.

Need bigger bags. When you want to carry stuff for longer walks then parking lot. Lowes also needs to ask customers what is the price of something when it is not marked. Instead of making customers get out of line and wait for someone to check the price.
