My experience was fantastic. Found all the items I needed, and the produce looks fantastic. The best part about the visit was the young man Caleb, who checked me out. He completely made my day. Efficient polite and so engaging. Don't lose him.

Always check the expiration date on your products, I’ve purchased items that have been completely expired 3 different times at this location.Photo for reference. Today is November 28, that heavy whipping cream expired November 18… 10 days ago.

My favorite place to go. Personal favorite is in the back by loading docks. There is so much exciting things to film. If you're lucky there's a rare pokhermon. The one that's the Lickitung evolution. Shes got perfect stats too.

I love this store! My wife and I travel from the Iowa side of the river to do most of our grocery shopping at this location. By sheer, dumb luck, we discovered it thanks to a $5 coupon in a fundraising book that our school's robotics team was selling. The sales are usually worth traveling for and the staff are top notch. "Deb P." and "Tasha M." are always extremely helpful.

Nice supermarket, comparable to Safeway in the west, but I still prefer Hy-Vee in this area of the country. Very small beer selection. They do carry decent sourdough bread! (And they have employees who know the band Swallow the Sun! 🤘)

Store usually looks good. I was there doing an Instacart order and I let a manager know about a out of stock item and they didn’t do anything. They just kinda looked at me strange.

Okay for a quick stop, but parking is terrible and the store is too small for the amount of business it gets. Anyway, I'm here to complain about the ready to go bucket of chicken wings that taste like they were battered in corn dog breading when they're supposed to be hot. Paid almost $20 dollars for a quick snack that couldn't be eaten. They were soggy, smaller than my hand and had zero flavor GROSS. I'm used to Publix though. I knew they weren't going to be good, but I wanted to give them a try. Ooops

Do you miss KFC bbq chicken? All you have to do is get the honey chicken wings and then when you get home put your favorite bbq sauce on it, microwave for a few minutes or you can bake it as well, both are good. But this is the closest I have gotten to the bbq chicken I miss from KFC. I used one of my favorite BBQ at Aldi's which is usually seasonal in the picture attached.Jewel Osco has a chicken wing bucket deal on Fridays. Bucket for 9.99 plus tax. I would recommend though going early. Normally if we go early in the day, line is short or none. But I went around 4:15 this last Friday and there was a line. Like 5 people ahead. They would take order and name. Which is great if you have additional shopping you can do as you can come back. This would be the only time I did not do it. And normally I only have to wait 5-10 minutes but this case I was there 25 minutes before I received 2 buckets of honey chicken wings. Note that if you order other stuck like chicken tenders etc then you may get it sooner if they have available as there were three other orders that came in after mine that were done before mine. But in the end it was worth it.

We used the Floral Department for our Brunch Wedding and couldn't have been happier! We worked with Kristin and she did an absolutely phenomenal job! Her attention to detail is incredible and her ideas are amazing. I simply showed her a few Pinterest photos for inspiration and she ran with it! We received so many compliments on our beautiful flowers. She decorated our Wedding arch that we got married under and it looked like a dream come true. THANK YOU Kristin and Jewel for helping create the Wedding of our dreams!

Good selection of healthy options and a well stocked "drug store" side. Staff is helpful and friendly and ther is sanitizer all over the store.. Only negative is the prices are high!!

The one star is for the deli, in particular the fried chicken area.Such terrible customer service, inconsistency and untimely.Jewel knows how popular their fried chicken is. And for good reason. It’s delicious. Mondays they have a sale.On Mondays it’s so chaotic and unprofessional. They make the customers wait way too long. There is no order there. People can cut right in front of you.Just get a number system. It would work so much better for jewel and the customers. Mainly the customers.If you know there is gonna be a lot of customers buying chicken figure out how to keep the long lines short and be consistent.Needs an overhaul in the deli area with the fried chicken. The way they are doing it now sucks.

I hardly ever post a negative review, so when I do, something really ticked me off. I shop your store mainly for the deli. Your selection of deli items is excellent, the chicken is addictive. I go out of my way, and pass many grocery stores, to get in that deli line before it closes at 8.Here's why I'm writing this. Of my last six visits, 4 times I was informed by the deli staff that the deli was closed. Jewel employees behind the deli counter...well before close...a couple of times there were 3...giving me excuses as to why they were closing early.Tonight was the clincher. I show up at your deli at 5:30 and stood there for at least 2 minutes while 3 deli workers just wandered around doing various things. Finally one informed me the deli was closed "because of staffing problems". And the annoying thing is when I spoke to costumer service about this, he was perfectly content to tell me it was "staffing problems".I will never shop your establishment again. I think having less then a 50/50 chance of service is a horrible way to do business.

I bought balloons last night at 6ish and this is what they looked like this morning. I couldn't even give them to the kids. Only thing I can think is they are very poor quality. I buy balloons all the time at the party store and last for days. So upset. Only gave 3 stars because the clerk was nice and helpful. Never again...

I called the deli dept to order some chicken and was told that they are no longer taking orders that they have been filled! Which is hard to believe since I am on the phone calling in an order. The chicken counter is a hot ticket for Jewel. I have watched how they operate, and me with several years in the business, they don't manage that area very well. Very disappointed.

Greg in the Deli likes to drink before work or during I smelled liquor on his breath. He gets into it with customers all the time. The girls are eating chicken an cutting up their own deli meat to take home. They have product that they let sit in the back because their to lazy to move it where it should go. They wont prep the food right, wont clean the weight scales. The whole environment here is unprofessional negative and disgusting. Management doesn't communicate effectively with each other and have every excuse why information is not being passed along..MANAGMENT MANAGEMENT POOR MANAGEMENT FROM THE VERY TOP of the store to the departments employees are asked to wear name tags, well in the Deli the guy doesn't they tell him to wear it an he takes it off their half way scared to ask ppl in the Deli to actually work. New hires run away from this poorly ran establishment RUN AWAY. I see jewels closing due to poorly ran management the end of 2024

This is by far my favorite store to shop for groceries. I've converted most of my family to Jewel as well. I have Fresh Pass and only use their pharmacy, the staff back there is AMAZING.The reason for the one-star review is their cart had a very sharp edge and ripped a nice hole in my brand new coat. No resolution from the manager I spoke to.

Unbeknownst to Hannah working self checkout this afternoon, I’m a person who does my own reviews. Hannah proceeded to walk over as I was checking out and input her own review on the self checkout register. She did not ask me about my service. Michelle in the deli is an awful person. She needs to be moved away from the customers. She ruins my day everytime I have to try and deal with her. She is very rude to the customers.They should just close the deli as it fails almost every time to have what they advertise actually ready to eat. And their no care attitude is quite off-putting

Edit: Attendant at self check out was rude. Self check out kiosk was having a problem which i let her know as i was trying to use another one bc i told her I'm in hurry, I was not rude about this, and she was busy with another costumer. She "fixes" the one and calls me over so i dont have to rescan my items. Kiosk does has same problem. I look up at her and she's smirking. She's checking out another costumer at this point and tells me that all the kiosks are doing that. Would have been nice to know the first time. installed the self check outs again. I left my items there and got them elsewhere. This occurred 2/6/24 @940ish am.They are the worst compared to any other grocery stores. Guess they forgot why they took them away the first time a couple years back. Will not be using them.Edit: Everytime I go to this store I have to check the expiration dates on packaged foods. I can not even count the amount of times I get home and one thing or another is already expired. How are they able to sell this without getting in trouble?

One of the many things i love about Jewel is that it's pretty much the only store in the qc open till midnight. They always have a wide range on what they carry and great weekly deals. Always a helpful staff member around.

I was going to try putting this on their website or email them, but I couldn’t find an option for my receipt info, so I’m coming on here instead. I didn’t have a bad experience shopping in the store there, (I don’t usually shop at jewel, I just had a gift card) but while checking out my experience was unprofessional and gross. DISGUSTING!First of all, I’m 32 and I don’t look like I’m 40 or older so I get a little offended when I’m not carded for booze. I used to work at a liquor store and it’s a law actually, to ID someone who doesn’t appear to look 21, and if they look under 40, you should ID them just in case.Second, my cashier never greeted me or anything. The only words that came out of her mouth was my total. THAT’S IT. Period.Third and final, the bagger packing my things coughed multiple times IN HIS HAND and continued bagging my food. I didn’t say anything at the time to save him from embarrassment, but like SERIOUSLY! it was soooooo gross and I was uncomfortable..Hopefully I never get another gift card because I will not be returning there.

Shopped at Moline IL store on Fri 5/26. My daughter was paying for her purchase via applepay and got as error message telling her to use another payment method so she used the same account as a credit card. It charged her twice for the same transaction. We live in the country so didn't want to drive back into town. We tried calling the store, no answer and after being on hold for almost 15 minutes, she was cut off. Called the 877 number on her receipt and got a foreign CSR who couldn't understand or speak English well enough to be of any assistance at all. After enormous frustration, we reached someone at another corporate number who filed a challenge to one of the charges, but will still protest it with her credit card to be sure it gets resolved. It shouldn't be this hard.

The store is fine but drive up and go sucks- they substituted some items for things that are not equivalent/don’t serve the same purpose and then just completely left items out when a good alternative was available. Didn’t even call to ask if substitution was okay. Process of returning unwanted items defeats the purpose of driving up and going.

Great place. Want more stars? All to often expired items are not removed from shelves. All to often self checkout is only option besides express checkout. I don't want to use self checkout due to low height of the stations. Have more people to check out and your sales will increase. I might be willing to try a self checkout if it was made for someone other than ants! Update was just in and found more expired items still for sale. Purge your cases! Lowered one star.

My favorite grocery storeLove the Senior discount days. Finally, a reason to smile about my age.while shopping for Gift cards and holiday baking items, I went in during the evening hours. the shelves were getting pretty bare. the employees were busy stocking. I asked a young, tall guy to reach the crackers on the top shelf that were towards the back of the shelf, to reach them for me. he did gladly. @ Isles over the Marshmallow crem was on the very bottom shelf!! Really,WHO, thought that was a good idea??? I bent over to look for some in the very back of the shelf. Now I could've gotten down on my hands and knees to reach way back and get it BUT 75-year-old women on her hands and knees is not a pretty sight. nor could I have easily gotten up! Back over to the isle with the stock boys. I requested his help again. told him he's younger, he can get on the floor. which he did. 4 jars, , 2 different brands, not sure if they were expired or not but the 2, I took were not.Now on to the gift cards Per the granddaughter's request. I found all but one. I wasn't familiar with Spotify, so I slowly looked them all over.No Luck, back over to an isle with a different stock boy who looked like he would be familiar with Spotify. He located it on a card with other options on that same card.I left with all things needed.

We drove about 100 miles to this store to shop as we had a $150 gift card to use. Very clean, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, great selection of products, and pretty good store layout. Very happy we had such a great experience here today! Our cashier Brenda was so friendly with us. Wish we had a location closer to home.
