Dirty..gone to this store for over 10 years.very clean..not sure what happened maybe different manager..it's disgusting..milk section has old milk all over the floor..it's stinks...I've told them for 3 weeks..no one cares gross..went to get salad all old..really gross..went to pick up my tea buy thr juice..12 pack of beer pushed in the back...my favorite store got disgusting I need my jewel back! Silvis is much cleaner

This location continually runs out of products in all departments & are slow to restock. When you talk to them about it, they blame the warehouse instead of taking ownership of it. We now just use the Osco side since they seem to be better organized. The meat quality & variety is poor as well. Rarely have these issues with their competitors.

Nice place to get things, without parking fast away from the doors. Staff is courteous and professional. They have good produce and meat sales that are good for the good quality product they have. It's convenient to have the grocery store and the pharmacy together. A bonus is the fresh items in the bakery. Solid place, that's worth the price, plus you beat the crowds.

I had to repeat my phone number three times as it wasn't in the computer. Then the clerk was happy I remembered an old number from 8 years ago. Why did I need to give a phone number to get my receipt ? I don't care to give any number, actually, as others can overhear me.

Up until today it would of been 5 stars. I guess three employees putting meat on the shelf, is more important than a customer trying to purchase meat products less than 20 ft away. Every other time I’ve been there Sunday morning someone has always eagerly assisted. This was the reason I came to the store. The selection and quality of meats. I ended up leaving the store and going down the street to Hy-Vee.

Way higher than Hy-Vee on normal everyday items. But, a lot of good deals in the frozen food section. And of course a great deal on fried chicken on Mondays. There's always a line there!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Also, they have unique balloon arrangements, square and diamond shape birthday balloons, and a huge and beautiful flower selection! I'll go out of my way to get my flowers here for all occasions!

You have a lot of stars as a grocery store. Your fruit is very good, your fried chicken is delicious, your bakery goods are the best and I buy a lot of your meat. My only problem so far is your pork. The last two times I bought pork chops they have been bad. Yesterday I took back pork chops that still had two days to sell. They sent me to the meat counter to fresh ones. The ones like I bought were still out in the meat display and I told the butcher they were probably spoiled, too. He went into the cooler and got pork chops that were dated for the next day. When I got home i took them out of the package and put them in another plastic bag. They were already starting to smell. So I've decided not buy anymore of your pork chops. I checked the other meats that I bought (both beef) and they were fine. Two times is enough for me. Hope you check into this problem. Thank you. Gloria Flynn

It is a good idea to unlock the entrance door when the store is open. I arrived shortly before 6:30am and couldn't get in because the door was still locked . The store opened at 6 am. I called to see if someone forgot to do their job of unlocking the door and was told that entrance doesn't open until 7 am. There is no signage posted of this and that is ridiculous I stood out there for almost 10 minutes before an employee approached me at the entrance I was at. Just unlock the door if the store is open!

Trying to find an employee to help get something out of a locked cabinet was like pulling teeth. No wonder why they have such big issues with people stealing stuff, I walked around half the store 5 times before coming across someone who worked there.

Gas station store rarely puts hot dogs or sausages on warmer. they just do it if they feel like it, you can't count on them to do it and there appears to be no one to see if they are doing their job.

So, I have always felt that Jewel is pretty pricey. One thing though that always keeps me coming back is the great deals and quality of the product. Although , I did miss out on a few deals I was hoping to get for tonight's dinner, do to the gentleman behind the counter not being able to find the items, I do not think it was because they didn't have them, but because he seemed to be fairly new, very understandable with they way things are. Seemed to be nervous so I didn't push him to find the items. I will continue to use Jewel.

Great store. Produce section is impressive with a bunker up front that has discounted deli items. The discount rack isn't as good as Cityline. Customer Service will cash paycheck at .50 for 99., 1.00 for 100.00 to 150.00, and so on. Pretty reasonable. Also they've had a ton of 2 for 1 deals on 5.00 items lately. Great store. I'm probably going back on Monday.

Store was fine, used the self check due to long lines. I rarely go to Jewel because I've always felt prices were considerably higher than other grocery stores. Won't be back for a long time as this is still the case. Prices are so high on many staple items they even made Hy Vee look like a good deal!

Recently remodeled and looks great. First time in the store in over a year for me. Just picked up a couple of grocery items and annuals. I thought the outside garden had a nice selection at great prices. Social distancing measures were marked.

This is usually an over priced store but they do have great deals.... you just have to look for them. They have nice seafood and meat selections. The frozen food section is pricy as well... but.... again they have the red tagged items that are 50-80% off. They have an array of liquor and beer choices here for you winos too. I do shop here but it's usually not my first stop.

This is not for the whole store but for the pharmacy. I get it everyone is over worked and under appreciated but that does not excuse the rudeness I received from the pharmacy. We are all in the business to help each other. So for the future can we not have horrible attitudes when we answer the phone and talk to patients who are just as confused as you are. There is no reason i clients crying to me over the phone because the pharmacist was rude and unprofessional.

A reliable place 85% of the time. If you ask often the 15% an be filled. Obviously the workers are working diligently to accomplish task and serve the customer well. Rain checks, substitutions or an explanation are a available as needed. Clean, decorative, well lighted and still some space with many buying opportunities from displaysPrices I feel are very competitive with sale prices giving really good deals. Clearance items priced at exceptional bargains.Friendly, happy, knowledgeable and hard working employees, but we're all human.Diversity rules this establishment.

The greatest place to grocery shop. Tuesday is senior discount day which is nice for the seniors who shop there. Plus they offer carryout service. Jason is the greatest customer service employee. I have personally seen him helping seniors safely to their vehicles. Good job Jewel in hiring him.!!!

I do not want to buy their delicious fried Chicken there anymore because everyone is so grumpy! Either there's employees are overworked or they don't have enough employees for the people themselves are just grumpy no matter what so they lost a customer for that reason. We go to Kentucky fried Chicken now for our chicken it's easier.
