I went to the quick Mart where I can drop in and purchase a fountain pop and a bag of ice in just a few minutes.It's clean, things are in order and that's all I can ask from them. Some staff is friendly, some staff come across as being annoyed that they have to be there at all. That is just my perception.

This is one of the best Hyvee's in our area. It has a larger variety of items offered compared to other Hyvee's. I like the self checkout out lanes in this store. They have the long roller belts. Also the Starbucks has a nice setting. Kinda like if it was in a book store.

I did an online order yesterday. I got a tube of cool whip which said 25 cents on fuel savers with spending 15 dollers. It wouldn't let you click to see the details . We'll now they won't give me my fuel savers. They like to scam you as much as they can. This isn't the 1st time they have done this. I will not be shopping at any hyvee anymore.

I haven't been to this Hy-Vee for maybe twenty years, but I wanted to say it's still a great place to shop. Prices can be higher, but not so much in the current economy. There are always sales that get me to come back. The management and cashier's are pleasant and very helpful.

The staff was welcoming and the produce, grocery and flowers are always fresh. They also offer a wide range of food and bakery items. You can also book an order if u want a cake, I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was perfect...The cream, the cake and everything was just perfect!!

Amazing store, overwhelming, almost compared to most Austrian grocery stores. Don't get it wrong. The stores in Austria are just right. Hy-Vee was only out of stock on one item I needed, just 3 days before Thanksgiving, so it's not bad at all.

We were in Illinois to have Christmas with our family. We stopped at Hy-Vee to pick up some things before our gathering. We were so impressed with the store we stopped on our way back to Wisconsin to load our cooler with pork chops and more! We used to live in the Quad Cities and were regular shoppers at Hy- Vee. We miss it!

How can someone who works at the customer service desk that provides usps services not understand how to send a package to someone in the US Military? I've been here multiple times in the past couple months and have never had a problem sending anything to a member of the military until today. I stood there for 15 minutes. He even called a MANAGER over and she didn't know how to do it either. I was told to go some where else because he was never trained how to do it. So somewhere else is where I shall go from here on out.

I'm THAT woops person on Thanksgiving Eve! Oops..forgot this. My COPD can make me STOP my thought in a moment.My phone call with McKayla in customer service at 41st and Avenue about Tator tot casserole of Moline was awesome!! McKayla has the patience of an angel. THANK YOU MC Kayl!!👍🏻✌️✌️BTW..she deserves a raise

Just had a bad experience at this location proceeding to check out at register 6 and experience racial discrimination by 2 young employees told management and their response was they would look into it I left in tears what is this world coming and by the way they are white and I am black help me after all I am a senior and they didn't do Nothing

I do all my grocery shopping here. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would change is to do away with a lot of the self check out.

I placed an aisles online order to pick up after I got off of work. Drove to the store picked up my order without incident and went about my way. I later receive a phone call from Will with aisles online asking if I received the 40 pack of water I ordered. I hadn’t noticed that instead of 40 ct pack I had only received a 24 ct pack. I confirmed with Will that I had in fact received the wrong merchandise expecting for him to offer to hold it until I could return to pick it up. Instead, Will immediately offered to have the water delivered to my house and within the hour. As promised, Amber arrived at my home within an hour with the correct case of water. Kudos to Will and the aisles online team for the great customer service it is appreciated!

Quick and easy, the staff is helpful and friendly. Had Beef Broccoli dinner last night and it was great as always. Having the customer service desk made it quick to pick up some stamps.

Love, hyvee, always easy to get in and out. I've been going here for over ten years. I've recently shopped at some other stores to check prices. Seems like hyvee has marked up prices, then they put signs saying price reduced or matched. Sadly, I've found that some hyvee brand items cost more than name brand items at other stores.

Great store with a good variety of products across the store. Not all products in 1 store are available in another. I go to 2 different hy-vee's regularly. Minimal amount of cashiers prompting many customers to have to use self check out.

I always use a living cashier because I enjoy the friendly exchange of human to human contact. The majority of people I talked to will agree. But when absolutely necessary, they at least have an employee to help with self checkout.
