This the the worst experience I have ever had with a vet. Took my sick cat Friday morning and was told they would call me between 3-5 pm to pick up. VERY long story short, they have not contacted me at all over weekend. I tried calling, messaging, emailing repeatedly Monday with NO response. I even went to office. No one there. Dogs barking, cats laying in room. Now, message on machine says closed tomorrow, Thursday and Friday. I WANT my cat back!!!!!

Doctor Turner and her staff have always provided excellent care for my personal animals as well as our rescue’s animals. They keep in constant contact, have the animal’s best interest in mind, and don't give up with hard cases. One of my extreme medical dogs gets insanely excited when she hears she’s going to the vet, and Doctor Turner is the only veterinarian out of THREE (one being a specialty clinic) that figured out that a cat with behavioral issues in the rescue had been shot and removed the bullet. There had been no external wounds or any indicators he had been shot, but she refused to give up and found it.I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Turner for your animals.

employees are great but dr turner is a quack. she never shows up for work, and leaves it on her employees to pick up the pieces. her staff ends up scrambling to get everything done for her since she only shows up one day a week. i feel bad for anyone working for her.

For years we took our dogs to Holly before she passed away. You could tell she loved what she did and truly cared about her fur patients. She went above and beyond when our dog started to get his skin issues. She was great and always available. After she passed, the clinic went downhill fast. I knew there was going to be an adjustment period but years after her passing, it still seems like they can’t get it together. The vet techs are amazing and really friendly but the vet is 100% unreliable. We are always having to reschedule for one excuse or another. It took us 5 times of having to reschedule, take days off of work, leave work early, and come into work late when we tried to get our puppy (at the time) fixed. We tried to stick it out, we really did because when we do get in to see her, she’s great and our dogs love her but it was the same thing over and over again. We finally had enough when we scheduled a routine shots and exam appointment. I had to get off work early for the appointment. The techs gave our dogs shots but we had to reschedule for the exam because the vet had an “animal emergency” and we rescheduled for the next day. We had to take off of work early again for the exam and as we were pulling in the parking lot, I got a call saying that they had to reschedule because the vet was sick. If it was the first time that this has happened, it wouldn’t have been a big deal but it wasn’t. I didn’t want to but I finally had enough and told them no more rescheduling and we would be looking for another vet. It’s sad because I used to highly recommend this place to everyone but now, it’s hard to do. They really need 2 or more vets in there or a backup vet just in case one is out. I think that would help a lot. After posting this exact review on their Facebook page, Rex Turner, which I’m guessing is related to Dr. Turner felt inclined to call me a “whiny bitch”. Although, that isn’t something that Dr. Turner can control, it shows a lot about a company by letting (and not deleting a comment like that) a family member call former patients names on their company page. No a great way to conduct business.

This place is a joke, they have the weirdest hours to begin with and then they constantly cancel your appt cause the Veternarian dont show up. 4 weeks in a row, first time the Vet had Corona Virus, second time they cancelled they said they didnt have the shot my dog needed, third time they cancelled they still didnt have the shot my dog needed a week later and 4th appt I showed up too and nobody was there and nobody answered the phone then a lady came out and said the Dr never showed up today so theyd have to cancel! Taking my two dogs elsewhere and recommend you do too!

Dr. Turner was excellent. Our cat was sick and so we took him in and they gave him some medicine and sent him home. The next day (Christmas Eve) Dr. Turner texted us to check up on Chewy. He still wasn't doing well so Dr. Turner suggested he be hospitalized. He was there for about 4 days. Each day Dr. Turner gave us updates on how was doing. He's home now and very active and we are so thankful for Dr. Turner and the staff. Everyone was so kind.

Putting my 15 yr old companion down was the kindest thing to do for her, but was the hardest thing I have ever done. The kindness, care, and compassion shown by all of the staff throughout her care before and after, towards her AND me was always above and beyond. They were very courteous, kind to every animal I saw go in there. With my cat who was leery of new people, the Dr took extra care and didn't push him.If you want a fantastic clinic and Dr for your animal I recommend this place highly!!
