Just put my stuff back and left. They lost a sale because there was only 1 cashier working and there was a line 11 people deep. There should be 2 people working the register during the holiday season. Ridiculous!

If I could give Zero stars for my interaction today I would. I went into the store and bought a couple items that totaled $4.02. I gave the woman a $20 bill. She made a face as saying she just got there and didn't have enough change in the drawer. So I used my cash app instead . My cash app had $3.94 on it, leaving a remainder balance of .13. This woman rudely waited with her hand out, saying 13 cent is due when I just tried to give the woman $20 to settle my balance. I have never had a worse experience and I probably won't go back to the dollar tree in Moline, Illinois. I don't know her name, but I do know that she was in the second Row with a black and gray sweater on between 1:30 and 2 pm on February 10th 2024. Dollar Tree if you continue to hire people like this, your customer percentage will definitely go down. May she have the day that she deserves.

I was not greeted when I walked in, even though lone cashier Corysha was not busy. When I arrived at the register with the basket, Corysha didn't alter her speech, nor her stride in telling her manager about some personal business; since the manager seemed bent upon hearing the end of this gossip, I put the basket away myself. Corysha neither greeted me, nor thanked me; she did manage to tell me my total. As she was handing me my receipt, she started saying, "Did you enjoy your..." (Silly me thought she was going to ask me if I enjoyed my visit to Dollar Tree); she finished the sentence with, "Did you enjoy your break, Nick?" Nick was another cashier. Of course, at this point is when I said (with a smile), "You neither greeted me, nor thanked me, but you did manage to ask Nick about his break and gossip with your manager." The lone star was given because I had to.

Was there at 1pm July 21st 2023 and the lady wasn't wearing a name tag (how convenient, but the receipt said her name was submariza) but she was rude as hell. I was taking my stuff out of the basket and she was getting lippy with me over it.Every time I have came here the employees always make a stack of baskets next to them, for what I assume was sanitization, and she got lippy again rolling her eyes telling me how the basket dosnt belong on the rail.We got in an little altercation, and I left. She wanted to fight the minute she saw me. Maybe it was how I dressed or what but I hope you get fired lady 🤷‍♀️.

I don’t know what’s going on in Moline but the last few times I’ve been there it is a complete disaster! Tried to buy gift bags for Christmas and most of them were on the ground and I’m sorry I’m not digging through like I’m at a yard sale. Rock island however was so neat and organized and they’re friendly. People need to start going there and give them more attention because it’s a great store

This store needs better customers. There was more merchandise on the floor than left on the shelves. Packages were opened and just thrown about. There was only one clerk and she was on the register. Just because it only costs a dollar doesn't mean you get to abuse the merchandise.

This store I love but I have to say it's not as nice as it use to be. I'm retired from Walmart , 20 + years putting up freight and zoning. I'm on SS so I can only work 16 hours but I would love to put up freight and zone for your store.. I'm not sure if you are looking for anyone but the store could use a little tlc..

Men’s bathroom was absolutely repulsive. When it’s so unsanitary and you have to use the store hand sanitizer on the shelf because you can’t wash your hands in the bathroom, that’s when you know it’s disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, urine stuck on the tile and it reeked of urine. Never have I seen their bathrooms like that. I would’ve been better off to go to Walmart for my gift shopping. At least the sink would’ve been usable.

I went into this store on 44th Ave in moline yesterday and Omgosh it was a nightmare, the store looked so horrible every single isle was trashed, how about before putting out your truck you pickup and organize the store firstI’m so disappointed in the new management there

Extremely unhelpful experience. Was told they accepted Apple Pay when I walked in. Then when I tried to pay, the lady ringing me up just watched as I could not get it to work. When I asked if they maybe didn’t have it she told me that she didn’t know how to use it because she “ doesnt own any credit cards.” She seemed uninterested in helping and I eventually just left because I could get no assistance. This was terrible customer service.

Run of the mill dollar store experience. However store was clean well stocked and we'll kept. Majority of staff was unattractive but helpful with one exception that was both. Overall well done.

I personally have never been into a Dollar Tree I drive my wife there two to three times a month she will spend an hour in there and looks like she buys the store out she enjoys it and enjoys the prices and quite frankly I don't even mind taking her there
