This location is horrible for many reasons. We would rather take the drive to another location farther away simply for the lack of quality and care at this place. The workers and owners seem they hate their job. The quality of ice cream is bad, and they don’t know how to make their recipes or simply the cones correctly. The ratio for a small was too large, and the ice cream tasted sour. As well, the my never make their sundaes, orange Julius, or coffee desserts right. They also never know how to count money there. I gave exact amount before and was just given a dollar right back. This falls upon the owners to take the time and care about training their employees correctly. Please take pride in your store.

Went at 8:50 to get food after work. They are supposed to be open until 10pm. They would not serve me any food. Only had ice cream because "They were closing soon. Over an hour later. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Went and bought food from another restraunt. Literally the same items they carry. Overall very disappointed and this is our 2nd time this has happened

I WISH I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW.I PAID EXTRA FOR A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH SHAKE. only got chocolate with literally two pieces of cookie dough 😂😂 dont charge extra if you arent going to do it . OH and next time pls dont just try taking someones card without telling them their total???

one of the boys working here has the worst attitude ever. doesn’t greet you, looks at you like you’re causing him a problem, just nods when you tell him your order, and is making me not wanting to come again. i have been coming to this dairy queen for as long as i could remember and i have never had an issue with one of the employees until now. i am not the type to complain about a cashier or a worker. i understand if you don’t like your job but come on. there’s no reason for a worker to act like that to every single customer.

Blizzards are great but food is alright. Staff is ok.Update: I ended up applying and working here for a few months. The food is fine, and the service will most likely be different everytime you go. I hope during my time there I was able to treat each and every one of you well!

Over priced ,a bunch of young kids running the place, talking about other customers from the drive thru in front of me and a friend while we were still in the store and the kid running the drive thru told other employees that they couldn't take any grill orders,which if the store is open till 9 pm and it was only 8:30 pm then maybe they should post that on the window. Then a friend wanted a little more topping for part of her Sunday and they refused to give her any more, over all not the best place to get ice cream

I get an ice cream cake 10 inch every week and I’ve never got a bad one yet, they know me by name up there and Joe the young man who works there has always done me right and makes sure they make my items just exactly the way I want it always takes the time to listen and understand what I need and the way I want it I’d recommend going back like I said I’ve never been treated badly or shorted on anything. And Joe will take care of you and the owner always is very nice and helpful to me as well!

Arrived at 8:30pm. All lights outside were off. They were closed half an hour early. People were just standing inside looking at the clock on the north facing wall. Just wanted a shake :(

I had to give a 1 star, to be able to comment on this site. Waited in line for 30 minutes , the door was locked at 830. At 859, now one car to the speaker, all the lights shut off, and the girl on the speaker says " were closed". The couple tried to get something for the kids in the car who had been waiting longer than us, a guy gets on and says says the same thing super rude. Don't go here!!!!

Every time I've been here, my experience has been all-around good. The staff is very friendly, and the owners are just as friendly. Last, give the food options here a try- the Chicken Bacon, the Turkey BLT, the KC BBQ Pork, pretzel sticks, snack melts, and chili dogs. They're not what you might expect to get at an ice cream shop, but are awesome none the less.

I love getting the mini blizzards. I really want a treat but it helps me not eat a ton of ice cream at once, and it always tastes delicious. And there is a flavor for almost anyone.

If you're in the QCA and want ice cream, then this is the place to come.I had another great experience there, today. The cashier was very friendly, and had a smile on her face. Also, I had the best ice cream I've ever had from here (I've been to a lot of ice cream places, too). They made the blizard right in front of me, and the ice cream was filled above the cup's top- bonus!

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of great places for ice cream, but there's something about DQ ice cream! The drive thru is a nice feature and if it's a nice day it's fun to sit outside and enjoy your ice cream while sitting on the picnic tables. Be warned ahead of time if you plan to sit and eat, they do not have a restroom, so if you have a young child with an emergency you have to go next door to Village Inn and sheepishly ask to use theirs. But again, with the drive thru you can also avoid this issue 😀

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes for someone to take our order and no one ever did so we went to the window and all the employees looked at us like they didn't know what they should do. After a minute we just drove away frustrated and went to the Silvis location where they were awesome and served us quickly as usual. The Moline employees have never been great.

Delicious treats! I usually get blizzard or hot fudge sundae. Wanted to try smoothie but mix was frozen solid, tried orange julius instead, was not bad. 😋

It's Saturday night, and I pull up to the drive thru at about 8:50. They tell me their "blizzard of the month", I say no thank you... give me a moment. I decide what I want... I say "hello?". .. nothing. They then turn the lights off. I pull to the front, and the doors are locked... they're just standing in there looking at me. It's actually kind of funny as I stand here in Whitey's thinking about it, but it was incredibly rude nonetheless . Keep it classy DQ.

Everytime our family or me come here for ice cream it's on point with fast and friendly service!!! The employees always have smile on their faces and our aimed to please!!! Ordered some food their one time and it was good as well!!!

The girl taking the money was very rude. Ask for a pup cup and she gave me about a nickel size for my dog. Never have we gotten such a small amount. Will never go back to your store again

Says they close at 10 showed up at 9:15 and they where closed they had all the lights shut off and would not not take a order or answer a door this is frustrating because this is not the first time and honestly I was not surprised

First time that we tried this DQ location, fast friendly service and we even got a free pup cup! That was a nice surprise & my Lab Jazzy loved it. Thanx DQ we will be back
