Amy was very helpful and a very nice woman. I appreciate all Amy's help. The manager, Melissa, was helpful but unpleasant and brief, she didn't have much care for the situation and made me feel that is was my fault, after confirming with two other employees on the phone what the return policy was but maybe she was having a bad day? I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products at a decent price.

I was very surprised by this place. I was looking for certain shoes and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere. My daughter said to try farm & fleet. I left the place with two pairs of shoes that I had been looking for. I looked at a lot of shoe stores and department stores and couldn't find what I wanted but found them here. What a surprise!

I have gotten chicken feed and other supplies from them for about 20 years. They offer consistent quality and fair prices. I also bought an enclosed trailer to haul tools in. A decade later it's still going strong.

Farm & Fleet is so underrated! They have a great selection of toys, clothes for kids and adults, name brands and don't forget that candy and nut aisle! Also, the people in the store don't run from you, they actually help you and are so kind!

I gave 3 stars based on a few things. One, pricing. To be fair, most items found at Farm & Fleet can be found elsewhere much cheaper. Two, quality. A lot of the items sold at extremely high markups are of poor quality. Example: gas grill for almost $600 but upon inspection, the quality of materials used were cheap and flimsy. Another example: I purchased an item and got two uses out of it before it broke. I don’t fault the store for that issue but it does show poor quality seems to be a theme here. Buy cheap built crap and mark it up to a ridiculous price and sell it in a store that boast quality….embarrassing. I will say, they did handle the situation with the broken item well and was very pleasant. They did apologize and issued an immediate refund however I won’t be shopping there again anytime soon. My pockets aren’t deep enough and I’m not into expensive garbage. Not saying it’s all trash, just use your better judgement and inspect items before buying. You can also look up the product reviews as well as YouTube reviews before purchasing. This should help weed out what’s good and what’s ripping you off of your hard earned cash!

Ordered online around 7am and needed this order before I left the QC and made the 1 hour trek home. When at 11 and asked if we can just pick it up? Mark the guy in charge of online order pickups was mad that we were there early. He couldn’t find the jacket I ordered and was happy to say we just have to cancel the order! I said but we can take the other items as we already paid! Nope I’ll cancel and you can purchase these upfront! So now I have to wait for the money to hit the bank account so I can buy these items and that will be next week and I needed them today! Poor customer service I’ll never go here again and I’m a frequent flyer I buy all my paint and everything here!

Awlful...put 4 new tires on in the spring and nothing has been right since. Now just had a nail in my tires before xmas..they had to order new one cause they don't have it in stock...still waiting to hear from them. Finally just went to a different F&F and far better service!! So unorganized and poor help!

I had low tires in the front of my SUV and they were awesome no problem they said and put air in for me. I really like it there it's more than a farm equipment store.

Oddly enough, I go there primarily for the snacks, nuts, and dark chocolate. If you like cashews or pecans, this is the place to be. Their quick turnover ensures freshness.

Very bad service. Wouldn't go Here. I was there helping my mom get a battery. I really felt bad for this lady that had 3 kids. She went to in the store for 2 hours with little kids. She came back waited another 2 hours. The lady with purple black hair. Yelled at her. Said it's not really yet. Another hour go by. The Big lady with black hair. Told her they never worked on it.. 5 hours this lady wasted on this place..I felt so bad for her. I went out and gave her hugs. Bad bad bad service. Don't go here.

The search for hunting gear continues… I see we have multiple items online that says in stock in store. But fail to uphold the Blain standards… I hope the next time someone buys automotive soap, they drop it and the manager has to call someone to clean it up. Until next time David.

We picked up some baby chicks! They have plenty in stock and they are very healthy. Blains has everything you need for the baby chicks. Employee was helpful grabbing the chicks we picked out. Also I love just browsing Blains!

I like farm and fleet a lot. Only problem I have is sometimes you look online and it shows things in stock and you get there and they can't find the items. It's not like just one is missing but the inventory online shows five and there's none on the shelves and they can't find any. Kind of frustrating when you go for a specific item.

Well laid out and clean. Good to get to just talk with employees who are engaged and want to have conversations while they work. Stopped by to get some tools for an employee. Tools were locked up but there was an employee nearby who was able to create a list on his scanner and got me everything I was in need of from the back.

I went in for a 5 gal. Oil & oil filter. The book hanging from the shelf makes it so easy to look up your oil filter that you need. Great service.
