THE BEST groomer I’ve gone to. My 1 yr old pit bull had a wash, nails trimmed, blown out and the cutest scarf for Christmas when finished. I’d gone to other places and you couldn’t tell she had a bath. My puppy smelled so pretty and you could tell she was treated so well. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby. I’ll be back every two weeks! GREAT JOB!

I have taken my 2 furbabies here a few times here to have their nails trimmed. My dogs are not the easiest they wiggle! However, the owners here are the best. They are caring and patient. They have 2 little customers for life. Ty for being so good with Bella and Rizzo. It gives us comfort knowing they are in good hands.

I hate giving bad reviews because the groomer is very nice. I was there once before and my dogs looked great, no issues. I explained that one of my dogs was grouchy beforehand and she said they deal with that a lot. So I brought both in again last week for their appointments. They called after about an hour and made me come get the grouchy dog and suggested I get him tranquilized next time. They put two deep streaks down my dogs back and he looks truly awful. She said she wouldn’t charge, really? The other dog had already sat for an hour and a half and they asked if I wanted to take her back too. I took them both, not wasting another trip back. Now I can’t get an appointment anywhere and my dog looks disgusting. There is zero reason they couldn’t put a muzzle on him and at least do his back. Never again.

This place is one of the best out there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful with animals. They are extremely caring and make sure to get your pet the best possible service. They also make the experience for the animals as painless and anxiety free as possible. They did an amazing job with our German shorthair pointer after he was sprayed by a skunk. Do not hesitate to go here, you will not be disappointed and either will your pet. Great staff, even better service!!!!!!! Lucky to have a place like this locally.

The Dog Wash is awesome! I love that they will groom my dog or I can bathe him myself there. They have elevated tubs so you don't hurt your back and they provide the towels and shampoo. Either way this place is great. You can walk-in for nail trims too.They are very gentle and kind. This is the only place I will take my dog.

Have been taking my dog here for probably over a year. We always use self serve, which is honestly incredible. They provide you with towels, combs, aprons, and practically any shampoo you can think of. The employees are super friendly and always recognize my dog whenever we walk in. Although it is about a 20 minute drive from my house, its definitely worth it for the amazing services they provide.

My dog had an appointment today 1/13/21, a Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday I was calling to confirm what he was getting done, pricing. etc. I called multiple times and no one answered. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail because their mailbox was full. Also, the times they say they are open on their voicemail doesn’t match up to what is online which was confusing. I received no call back anytime I called. I had been there one time time before. Last year, I want to say in November. It was fine. No complaints. The last time I was there the girl at the counter I talked to told me to book a future appointment in advance since they book up fast. I wasn’t going to but I said sure. I booked about two months or two and a half months out, which the girl recommended. I wrote it in my calendar and was given a card. The lady wrote my name and everything down in some book. I don’t think they do computers. That’s what I was told. I called the day of my appointment, after calling for the past few days, and finally got an answer. I asked to confirm my appointment and they said they didn’t have anything written down. They were quick to brush me off and said “You probably have the wrong place.” I told them I made the appointment about two months ago when I brought him in for his first appointment. I was told “It doesn’t ring a bell.” They said they didn’t have my dog written down anywhere. I was also told that they don’t make appointments months in advance. Which is strange because I was asked if I wanted to make a future appointment the last time I brought my dog in. They said they didn’t have him written down anywhere for today. Seems unorganized. Then someone asked if I had the card I was given from my last visit and to send a picture to see who’s handwriting it was. Strange. I guess I was on speaker because another person chimed in and said it didn’t matter if I had the card or wrote anything down because they don’t have anything available and won’t have anything available for weeks. This would have been nice to know 2 days ago when I called to confirm my appointment but received zero answer upon multiple calls. Which I have pictures of the time and date of the calls. Everything felt unorganized and the only response I got was “We can schedule you in a few weeks.” No thanks. Very unorganized.

This place is AWESOME!!! The staff there is very friendly, helpful and great with my dog Rosco! Its nice that you can either drop your pet off or bring them in to give them a bath yourself. And the Shampoo they have there smells great! I only take my dog there for his baths and nail care. The owner there has never clipped a qwik on my dog and she is soo patient when my dog gets a little finicky about getting his nails done. This place gets 5 stars in my book! :)

I went there for a self wash service and It was only 12$. It was a nice bonding time with me and my dog. The staff was EXTREMELY nice. They made sure we was ok and all set up. The only thing I didn’t really like was the cleanliness. Other than that I had a good trip here.

They do ok haircuts. Prices are reasonable. They over book themselves. Your dog may be there 8 hours. Unnecessarily long. really nice people tho.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! Please...for the sake of your animal, do not take your pet to this facility. My two dogs came home with flea's !! I was absolutely beside myself. I was given this place as a recommendation and had gone there a few times in the past, but I started noticing that when I picked up my two pups they seemed like they were drugged and in a daze. After about a week both of them had very noticeable flea's. I cant stress enough about avoiding this facility. Never again will I go back there. Avoid at all costs.....Reported to authorities.
