I have taken many of my friends animals to Dr. Shawn. He takes time to answer all my questions and explain things so I can understand them and he is gentle and caring with the animals. Right now he caring for our dog as he is nearing the end of his time with us and Dr. Shawn and his Staff again are so considerate and compassionate. Taking calls after hours so we know we are caring for our dog correctly. They never seem to mind all the questions. They truly are the best.

The vet is great and every animal I have had taken he knows their name and they are not fighting me to go to see dr shaun.first vet I am very happy with.he is very. Reasonable and treats the animals like his own.if animal has to stay he tells you to bring its blanket or toy to make them staying better.i had to pick up my dog to leave cause she wanted to be with shaun.i tell everyone to take their pets to him.

I don't feel my dog gets good care. They even posted on Facebook since there isn't a big chance dogs would look at the sun during the eclipse, it was ok to have pets outside during this time. I love my dog too much to take even a small chance. Makes me wonder how much they value my dog's health.

Their annual plan of paying once a year with as many office visits as you want saves me lots of money. They do it because often people will not take a pet in if there is something they are unsure about. Instead they will let it go and hope it isn't anything. This leads to alot of problems for pets. By paying once a year for an annual check up, with free office visits for the reast of the year, this allows me to bring my dogs in any time i am even slightly concerned. Normally I would not have had the money to do this, so this helps alot. This business model is the most impressive i've ever seen in any business. It is literally geared towards saving animals and not money.The staff there are extremely kind.The name "Noah's Ark" is awesome as there's a sense that an animal that goes here is safe.I've gone to many vets in my life, if you want to go to THE BEST VET, go here.
