I am surprised to see I only gave a 4 star rating previously....don't know what bug was up... well, you know.Place is really impressive! Didn't get an unwelcomed vibe like I got from Macomb (they have a peeping manager over there) and actually I'm going to bump this rating up to a 5 because how friendly the staff was! Extremely helpful!I must've been needing a Snickers the last time I reviewed this store! My apologies!

I'm at this store weekly, at least, for clients. The store is always clean and well stocked, but the employees are really what make the store such a nice experience. They have the kindest greeter that always has a smile on her face. The manager that I've seen seems to be so patient and happy to help customers whatever their need.

Very rude male cash register in a white polo and glasses in the spirit section. I had seven items, maybe eight, far less than the maximum of 15 at the register. The employee was rudely tossing my food into the grocery bags in an aggressive unnecessary matter. I wanted the receipt because I'm genuinely concerned the food will be damaged.

I had the pleasure of Hyvee Deli from Milan cater to my daughter's Funeral(April 6th). They were very courteous and eager to help. I had forgotten to order a couple items, and they were able to add those items to the service!I also ordered Flowers from the Floral Shop and was promised a Beautiful Bouquet...and they were Awesome! My Bouquet turned out Wonderful! Their Delivery Service was out of this world! They told me they would be there 2 hours ahead of time, and they were there at 8:50!My daughter even called that morning and ordered an additional Bouquet and they didn't disappoint! I will use Hyvee in the future as well! Thank you to all the Services we utilized from Hyvee, you are above and beyond.

They have a security guard in a vest patrolling the inside of the store while u shop. Everything's overpriced no wonder people would steal from them. Bathrooms are disgusting too should have Mr security go clean them up, do something useful big guy.

One of the few places I can still easily get Johnnie Walker. Prices are fair and employees are always helpful and kind. I love that the wine and spirits section has a separate entrance that's easily accessible. If I ever purchase any alcoholic beverages, I always try Hy-Vee first.

I like Hyvee for almost everything. Except for berries. They mold quickly. Prices are high. I have to watch what I spend. Ordering groceries online makes it easier to budget because I don't see stuff I want in every aisle like in the store.

The store is much busier since the Moline store closed. So with the added number of people, it seems as if they don't order enough product. The shelves are pretty empty at times, and the items we are looking for are not available. Plus, stocking shelves during the day or early evening hours really disrupts the flow of people and makes it hard to get through the aisles sometimes. Would be nice if they went back to doing this later at night or when the store is closed. Prices are way too high but I hate WalMart so I deal with it. But some items are just too high to buy at HyVee.

I made an appointment at the pharmacy to get a flu shot and a COVID-19 booster. They were prepared when I arrived and got me in and out efficiently. The pharmacy staff is very customer-centric. Rhonda that gave me the vaccinations was very empathetic and answered all my questions.

I am an unemployed veteran with a service connected disability, honorably discharged from the US Marine Corps, and US Air Force without personal transportation. This HyVee is closest and about a 20-minute bus ride away from my residence. The door greeter made sure I had a HyVee application on my phone and got me all registered enrolled and off to saving money, since money is one thing I don't have a lot of its nice to know they accept SNAP benifits. The only complaint I have is that I am not supposed to lift anything over 10 lbs for 6 to 10 weeks after surgery, and I heard a rumor that isn't true, it would be super cool if the store could link a customer's SNAP benifits card the same as a debit or credit card to be able to get SNAP orders picked and delivered for free but so much for a perfect world - the people who need don't get and those that don't need have a service that they never use... other than that, I can't complain. It was a surprise to me after spending nearly $300.00 at this store that someone thought I needed to be searched because I put my gloves into my pocket once I got into the store and the person watching the camera thought it was suspicious so I had a greeting party ask me to show them my pockets. But no one threw me on the ground or took me to jail it was just gloves.

I like Hy-Vee, not the cheapest, but great selection and a good store brand. Large beer/liquor selection. In California, I prefered Safeway, I consider Hy-Vee to be equivalent.

This is almost perfect, great food, great products and phenomenal service. Except..... the liquor department. Since the addition of their new liquor manager, they have shifted away from their loyal customers for hard to find and allocated spirits to raffles for almost everything. These raffles draw people from 100's of miles away that have absolutely no intention of shopping in the store at any other time. I keep hoping that the new manager will learn that loyal customers are far more important than a photo shoot to support his ego once every quarter or so. Until then, I will continue to by my groceries there and wine/spirits elsewhere.

Update: this time the salmon was so rotten that it left slime ontop of the tin. It smelled atrocious! Even worse, the expiration date wasnt for 2 more days from the date received. Talk about sea food poisoning! I have loved ones that cannot smell & may have eaten this (if the slime wasn't a dead giveaway). I also only ordered 3 filets and the shopper grabbed 2 prepackaged tins & forced me to pay for 4 filets! All of this is so troubling, as hyvee is extremely CONSISTENT on giving spoiled/rotten seafood while dating it multiple days out for expiration.I called and reported immediately, & Hyvee quickly provided new filets, yet that does not trump their faults. How disappointing.

Pretty awesome grocery store. It's great that they have a Wahlburgers restaurant and bar IN THE STORE! I can just waltz right past the grocery carts (aka buggies!), past the Asian take out spot - yeah, they have that, too - toward the deli and hang a quick left where I'll find a smiling bar tender willing to take my good order or serve an IPA or whatever beer is on tap? How cool is that?I can go to $10 steak night on Thursdays. It's just ehhhh so-so.I do live their selections. Cheese board is uhmazing. Fresh deli meats, a variety of unique cheese and lots of relishes, jams, and crackers that have charcuterie written all over them.I generally like the HYVee brand of items as well. Most items have been of great quality. The store is well organized and clean, and the staff is mostly friendly. Not like Southern hospitality friendly, but helpful none the less. They have a florist, pharmacy, and adult beverage section. Baby items, all natural/organic items, to protein powder! All there. If you're a Wegmans fan (if you don't know, look 'em up) you'd give this store 3.5 if Wegmans was a 5:5.Either way, great option for family shopping! Prices are higher than Aldi BUT selection is on point.

Nice store.. The self check-out lanes were all closed though, they don't open them until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait in line. Also , I was disappointed that the sale items I picked didn't apply to me and I had to pay full price because I wasn't a member of their exclusive Perks club. Be careful.

I have visited several HyVee locations since moving back to the Quad Cities 3 years ago.....do they keep ALL the friendly employees at this location?! I had almost sworn off the brand until I visited this store. The customers seemed lots happier too. Having spent 40 years in retail, this means one thing to me......this store must have one fantastic management team. Keep up the great work!!!

The service manager Ethan was so incredibly helpful. The store is very big so I had difficulty finding many specific items, but he pointed me exactly where I needed to go! He was very nice and smiling the whole time. He even recommended replacement items when a few of the things I wanted were out of stock. He gave me estimates of when these items I wanted would be back in stock. He clearly runs a very tight ship! After I had checked out, I had attempted to give this gentleman a tip, and he refused. I wish I could give this man a raise myself. Hy-Vee, you have yourself a wonderful employee!

It's a very clean store with friendly workers. The prices are higher then most grocery stores though. The price signage is misleading. You think you're getting a deal at HyVee, until you see their competitors regular price! Time's are tough for everyone, inflation sucks but you can do better Hy-Vee!

I have a bad back & having a knee replacement in a couple weeks. I was so exhausted! The cashier asked if I needed help carrying my groceries out. I said that would be nice & a nice gentleman helped me get my groceries to my car & loaded them into my car. God bless him & the cashier.

Pretty much all self-checkout. They barely have what you are looking for. And their stockers start coming in at 7 or 8 and fill the asides. This Hyvee has gone so downhill. I drive to rock island or Moline. Milan needs a new grocery store, in my opinion. So I don't have to waste gas to go to another one of their stores.
